La plantación de piña es una casa 3/3 con vista al golfo bellamente decorada.
Ubicado en el nivel principal se encuentra la sala de estar que cuenta con un sofá, un loveseat a juego y dos sillas para asientos adicionales. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana. Aquí encontrará acceso a un porche con una mesa al aire libre y asientos adicionales. También hay una cubierta extendida, y escaleras que conducen a la cochera donde se puede encontrar un camino a la zona de la piscina vallada. La piscina se puede calentar por un cargo adicional.
La cocina y el comedor también están en el nivel principal. La cocina está completamente equipada con cualquier cosa que creamos que necesitará durante su estadía: ollas / sartenes, utensilios de cocina, vasos, vajilla, cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, etc.
La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas, y se pueden encontrar asientos adicionales en la barra de la cocina.
También hay un dormitorio en este nivel con una cama queen y TV de pantalla plana. Un baño completo se puede encontrar en el pasillo.
Arriba encontrará sus otros dos dormitorios. Su primer dormitorio tiene dos literas con dos camas individuales y un televisor de pantalla plana. Hay un baño completo ubicado en el pasillo con una combinación de bañera / ducha.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king con un baño en suite que tiene una ducha con azulejos. También hay acceso a un balcón privado con excelentes vistas del golfo.
Esta casa admite mascotas, solo perros.
La piscina se puede calentar por un cargo adicional.

Amazing stay on the cape

Our family of 6 stayed for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience at Pineapple Plantation. The pool was amazing. The ocean was steps away and the house was exactly as described.

Great location

We had an excellent time but slight issue with stove not working which took several days to resolve. The pool and location were the best features of this property.

Beautiful beach house

Pineapple plantation was a great house for our family, complete with great views. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the whole family loved the heated pool. Everything from the screened in porch to the games to the appliances was great. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway!

Winter Getaway

We had a very nice stay for a week in January. A short 100 step walk to the beach, weather was in the high 50s low 60s when we were there. Our dog really enjoyed walking the beach which was beautiful. Very short walk to the trading Post, grocery and liquor store And Saint Joe seafood!

Great house and great location. Bathroom on main floor was not that clean. Shower curtain had, what looked like poo on it. Needs to be removed and washed.

Vacation

The house was very clean and as a family of 5 we had plenty of room. The beach was only steps from the house and we had beach views from several areas of the house. The air conditioning unit for the 2nd and 3rd floors went out one night but Coast Line had a technician out to check on it at 10:00 pm and we had a new unit the next day. They let us stay in another house that night because it was very warm in the house. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable!! We loved our stay at Pineapple Plantation!!

As advertised and more

We stayed at the Pineapple Plantation and had a wonderful experience! The check in/out process was very easy and convenient. The property has AMENITIES GALORE!! We didn’t have to bring anything except our swim suits!! There are so many beach and pool toys provided that it made our trip to the ocean and the pool fun and easy. On the first day I reached out to the property manager about the pool needing to be vacuumed and low water and by the next day it was fixed. They were quick to respond and act, which helped make our stay more enjoyable and less stressful. We would definitely come back to the Pineapple Plantation in the future.

Awesome time

We had a great time. This house had so many games, corn hole, ladder ball, floats, chairs, etc. it was the most stocked house in that regard that I have been to on the Cape. The only thing that we wish was better was out of their control. The beach is pretty crowded because of a couple houses that take away the beach space. We had to be really close to people on the beach. We almost felt like we were at Panama City. Again not the owners fault. Just one of those things. Beautiful home, beautiful water, and beautiful sunset.

Clean & Close to beach

Upon arrival, unit had been thoroughly cleaned. Everything was in good working order. Was very close to the beach. Unit was well stocked with beach/pool toys & beach chairs. (We left a new collapsible clothes drying rack behind in the laundry room. It came in handy.) Kitchen has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Plenty of pots/pans/pitchers. Didn’t need a thing as it was fully supplied. There is a good size “mud room” at the entry level where we left our shoes. This kept the main living areas free of sand the entire week. The lower level also has a washer/dryer. The washer is a good size- considerably larger than I have in my own home. There is also an extra full sized fridge downstairs in the laundry room which was really handy for storing drinks we’d grab on our way to the beach. We got a beach fire pit going our last night there. The trading post close by sells firewood. People here are all around really nice and friendly. The morning we left there was a pool service company that came and had the pool serviced for the next occupants as we were rolling out. Everything about this place is efficiently run and well maintained. Had a great time overall. If you rent here, check out Ronnie B’s and The Sand Bucket restaurants in Port St Joe. Both were delicious. Also ate at St Joe Shrimp Co right down the street. Good place for lunch. Outfitter/supplier had our rented bikes and chairs there for us upon arrival. Actually didn’t need beach chairs because the unit had quite a few already there with the condo. We visit FL yearly x15 years and this was best stocked and cleanest rental we’ve had. We highly recommend!

Great location and perfect house!

We enjoyed staying at Pineapple Plantation. Great location for our trip. Coastline Rentals was fantastic. They stayed in co tact our whole trip - even during Tropical Storm Fred. Highly recommend booking this house!

Good location

Nice big house, close to beach, quiet and comfortable. It is a short walk to ice cream shop, small grocery store, and a fresh seafood store. My only suggestion is to bring extra bath towels, paper towels, TP, garbage bags, laundry soap, and a sponge to wash dishes. The towels provided were fair but if you are used to big fluffy towels bring your own. We also had to buy more laundry and dishwasher soap to get us through the week. We ran out of trashbags but were able to use grocery bags to finish the week. Had quick responses from management company when issues arose.

Never a bad time here on the cape

I havent been back here in 4 years and wow has it changed! Still so much damage from Micheal almost a year later!! The people here are so friendly and it was the most crowded i’ve ever seen the beach! I live staying at pineapple plantation because its so roomy and so close to the beach! Plus you have your own private pool! We will be back with the dogs next year for sure! Thanks for haning us!!!

Great house!

House was very clean and well laid out. Had all the amenities we could ask for. Pool was super nice and clean. Beach was very short walk, almost gulf front. This has been one of our favorite houses. No complaints whatsoever. Coastline Vacation Rentals is top-notch to work with.

Fantastic Week

We had another fantastic week in Cape San Blas! Despite all the destruction from the hurricane, the people of the Cape were as welcoming as ever. We loved the cosmetic updates to Pineapple Plantation including the coded entry. Just as last year, the house had just about everything that we needed to make our week comfortable. We would only suggest a little attention to the screen/sliding doors that are very sticky and come off the tracks easily as well as getting some very sturdy patio furniture. Other than those minor issues, we were very happy. We would definitely stay again. Location can't be beat. We were just seconds from the beach as well as a very short walk to the trading post, Weber Donuts and ice cream! The independence we can give our girls (15, 13, 10) is priceless. Can't wait to go back soon!
