Spacious and calm

Nayem was incredibly responsive to our questions. Property needs a bit of a refresh but very spacious and clean overall. All amenities were available. This retreat certainly served its purpose for us!

Loved the property

My daughter and I stayed at the property for several days and absolutely loved it!! Due to the time of year and the high winds we were unable to use the fire pit or the hot tub. I’m sure the vineyard is absolutely beautiful during the summer months and we look forward to returning sometime in the future. We had an amazing time taking in all the sites of Toronto. We really appreciated the hospitality.

Perfect Fall Weekend

This home was perfect for our group and had all the things you needed for a fun and comfortable stay in the Niagara on the Lake region. The location in the countryside was very peaceful and a short drive to the wineries, restaurants, St. Catherines and NOTL. We saw a play during the Shaw Festival in NOTL that was very well done and is something we will surely do again some day. Host communication was excellent before and during the stay, wanting to make sure everything met our needs. The fall weather was perfect, the time passed all too quickly, and we had a great time!

Great Visit In Wine Country

Thanks Nayam for a great week and being so attentive to our needs. The property was amazing and just as described. Great place to visit the falls and surrounding attractions and truly smack dab in the middle of wine country. We all had a great time!!

Canadian family get away

We had seven adults and one infant. There was so much space for us! Plenty of seating when we wanted to be together and lots of space when we needed to spread out. The property is 30 minutes or less from so many sites. When we did want to just relax we enjoyed all the amenities on the property which included the beautiful sunset over the vineyard behind the house. The property had already been reserved for a portion of our trip so we only got to spend half of our trip there. It was so worth it! We were all disappointed we couldn’t spend our entire vacation there.

Excellent property - HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful property on a vineyard. Immaculate features with a hot tub, pool table, ping pong, sauna, and a number of other things that make for a memorable stay! We will definitely be recommending this oasis to our friends that visit NOTL.

Summer Wine

Had a fantastic stay at " Summer Wine". Great setup for large groups or families with all the extra activities available. Our family enjoyed the hot tub,bbq and had ourselves a fire late into the evening. The privacy and open space was very relaxing. My interactions with the owner was extremely easy. Answered all my questions very promptly and was great to deal with.

Summertime Wine

The property comfortably accommodated 6 people and the deck, hot tub and bbq were much appreciated by the ladies. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well supported with everything we needed for all our meals. The devices used in the vineyards to scare away birds weren’t overly intrusive but you were aware of them in the morning and evenings. The location of the house to Old Town and Golf was a little far out of the way but manageable. Over all we enjoyed the time spend. Thank you Nayem!

Simply Amazing!

This was an amazing home. There were 4 adults and two teenagers and it had it all! It was clean, beautiful, fully outfitted with climate controls, three levels, a stunning view, and all the amenities. Even the kitchen drawers are labeled to allow for ease! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful country setting

Highly recommend this beautiful home in the country with easy access to Niagara Falls and the quaint town of NOTL. The host made the whole process easy and was very responsive during our stay. It was evident that every detail was attended to for the most comfortable stay.

Wonderful Wedding weekend in NOTL

My extended family and I had such a wonderful time at this VRBO home. The house was spacious (we didn't even end up needing the extra beds down in the basement) and fit my family of ~10 people very comfortably. We had everything we could have possibly needed for preparing meals. Nayem was also very accommodating. We are so appreciative of the ability to create memories in such a beautiful setting. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a retreat in the country!

Wonderful getaway

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Summerwine to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house was perfect and accommodated 8 of us comfortably. We very much enjoyed our meals made from the well appointed kitchen and spent some time relaxing in the backyard overlooking the vineyard. Nayem was very responsive to our questions both before and during our visit. We would all love to come back someday.

Incredible location

We could not have asked for a better location and property manager. There was tons of entertainment for our kids and the hot tub was awesome. Gorgeous location right on the vineyard. There is a loud noise every few minutes to scare away the birds so it’s good to be aware of for anyone who can’t stand noise. Other than that it is quite, serene and beautiful. Close to the falls and close to The awesome town of Niagara of the Lake. Nayem was exceptionally responsive and diligent. Would definitly stay here again!

Great Stay

Beautiful House and Property

We spent the long weekend, as a group of 4 couples. It was such a lovely place to spend time, the backyard is perfect. Nayem was a fantastic host and all the little touches (coffee provided for the machines, makeup wipes in the bathrooms, charging station, etc) just put such a special touch on this place. Truly enjoyed our time!!

Gals NOTL vacation

We had a great time at Nayems property! Big house with lots of sleeping areas so we all had our own beds. Beautiful view of vineyard, lovely sunsets and cozy wrap around porch. Very good location for theatre and dining in NOTL village.

Fantastic location and house! We rented bikes and it was a magical weekend. Nayem was also a fantastic host! Would highly recommend! I hope to come back to the same rental next year!
