Family vacation

We had a fantastic time. This was the perfect vacation rental for our families. Twelve total! It was awesome. Can’t wait to rent this again!

One of the better Splash Condos

Place was clean and nice. Kitchen was well stocked. We had 5 kids with us and had enough room. Place also comes with two beach chair rentals. I would rent this unit again.

Family vacation

We haven’t been to PCB in 10+ years. We stayed at splash back then and enjoyed it this go around also! Our 2yo first beach trip was a success. He loved the water activities. Perfect place for the kiddos

Love Splash! I do wish they heated the kids slide area and that the pool was heated a little warmer. The kid area is way to cold, even in the summer for younger kids. I would pribably not stay in this particular unit again. The living room furniture was not comfortable are suited room for a family. This unit was infested with bed bugs! I do realize that no matter the cleanliness they can be brought in at anytime from anyone. I hope that it will be treated multiple times by professionals do get rid of the pesty bugs. I would greatly brag on the property managers! They did an awesome job at promptly getting us another unit after we seen the bugs. We did wait till morning to contact them because it was midnight when we found them running everywhere. We had already stayed the first night but our kids arrived the next night and discovered them in the other sleeping area. The next morning we discovered them in our bedroom also. But again the property nanagers were awesome! They gave us a partial refund and extended our check out time. They checked on us multiple times to make sure we was taken care of.

Pretty good

There were a couple of dirty dishes in the drawers, the refrigerator leaked water, and the coffee pot wouldn’t work properly but Other than that the condo was nice. The resort itself was a blast for adults and kids!

We didn't get to stay in this room. Panhandle Getaways contacted us and said that the owner forgot to block off these days and that they wanted their room so we had to find another room.

Wonderful trip for our family!

This unit was very nice. We stayed here with our 7 children (10 and under) and had plenty of room. The unit was very well equipped with cooking utensils, pans, dishes, etc. It was also nice that there were some puzzles, books and games also. The check in process was very easy & we loved being so close to the beach! We did email the property manager on Wednesday telling them that the left side of the sink was draining slow, but never heard back from them. It didn’t really affect our stay, so we just tried not to use that side of the sink. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the condo

Loved the condo. Wish the activities added would have been more specific about letting us know it only paid for 1 adult. Also our email information about check in said we could check in between 4:00-6:00 pm and we arrived at 5:00 and the check in desk was closed already. Our locks on the sliding glass doors would not lock, along with and bathroom doors. The only lock that worked was the front door lock.

Terrible customer service

We didn’t get to check into our room for 4 or 5 hours after check in time, called and spoke to 5 different people at Panhandle getaway, and each one of them said they would call back and never did! Joe, Susan, Melissa, Mary and another person, finally was told they would refund us for the 1 night stay, we paid way to much for 5 nights only got a very small refund back, something does not add up! We will not be staying at splash or using Panhandle getaway, We will book directly

Great vacation

We really enjoyed the property. The 16th floor gave us a great view of the critters in the ocean. The room was large enough for 5 of us to stay and not feel like we were crowded. The free chairs and umbrellas that came with the condo was greatly appreciated. My main complaint was the ladder to the top bunk was not affixed to the bed and had to be held for my daughter to safely go up/down to her bed. And….the ladder broke on the 3rd night. You could tell one of the rungs had been repaired before and it broke again. She did not get hurt and there were other places for her to sleep so this was not an emergency. But it does need to be fixed. Overall, a good time was had by all.

Generic yet clean

The unit had plenty of room. I appreciate that there was not a lot of clutter/furniture/decor like some condos have, which can make it challenging with luggage space and guests. We had plenty of room. Just wish the housekeeping had done a better job of cleaning off the porch (sweeping it and even washing it off). Very generic condo but it fit our needs for the weekend soccer tournament we attended. I remember when this condo was first built(early 2000’s). Unfortunately, it has not been kept up like others in the area. HOA needs major improvements in the common areas (pools/walkways etc).. it hasn’t had good TLC over the years. The cabinets and finishes in the unit are all existing as well. The shower in master is tiny , yet there is a ton of room in the bathroom and a massive tub. But overall unit is fine.

Don't expect expect ANY service

Our confirmation email sent us to the wrong property and apparently there were multiple ones of us that day with the same issue. Confirmation let us know we'd have to pay to park but NOT there was a 7 ft clearance in the parking garage. Had to unload the top rack before parking. Didn't have enough bath towels for the members of our party, no linens for the pullout couch, no soap or bath mat for ONE bathroom. Called about it and received towels & linens at 11:30 pm the SECOND night of our stay. Condo was really dated with no hooks in bathroom to hang toiletry bags, beach towels and life jackets to dry except hooks in hallway on sheet rock. Condo located on the 16th floor and only 2 elevators. We had to wait up to 20 minutes for an elevator every time we went to the pool or beach. Free activities weren't explicitly listed in the email so could not receive them. Beautiful beach & nice covered pool for kids but at the end of the strip and not much to do nearby. Overall disappointed with the condo.

Ultimate family vacation spot

We will definitely be back to this resort. The condo was perfect! The amenities that the resort had was perfect for all ages from infant to our 8 year old to their grandparents. Everyone had a blast. Only complaint was the check in process the staff would leave before check in time so you would have to check in the next day. When going to check in the staff was not very friendly and honestly condescending. Overall though after that process was fantastic! The room and view were amazing!

splash heaven

loved the condo. enjoyed my coffee on the balcony each morning. we were disappointed that the lazy river was not working, but my grandchildren loved the kids water park. we look forward to coming back next year to the same condo.

Very disappointed

Had to wash sheets before we slept on them, hair and dirt in beds..had to wash dishes before we used then, nasty glasses put up in cabinets with dried milk in the bottom. Couch smelled like a wet dog. Not enough towels or bedding for the number of people the unit is advertised it will sleep. Will never rent this unit again!
