Spacious Quiet Home with Resort Feel, Pool & Jacuzzi

Beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom home with a pool and jacuzzi, located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Situated directly across from a beautiful park with a playground. 5 minute drive to Target, Publix, and Walmart. Proximity to shopping, great restaurants, and access to nearby beaches and all that SW Florida has to offer.

The house comes equipped with a propane grill, spacious ready-to-use kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and cookware, 2 bicycles (with helmets), towels, bed linens, TVs in each room, and Netflix.

There are 3 security cameras on the property: one on the front of the garage and on top of the roof (facing the street), and one more in the pool area. The cameras are there for security purposes when the house is vacant. We will disconnect the one by the pool before your arrival. However, the street facing cameras will remain on throughout your stay.

I understand last minute changes, if more people are coming beside the amount set on the reservation please let me know as we live next door and there is an extra charge for each additional person per day.

We're available for any issues that may arise during you stay.

Summary: Beautiful home, wonderful pool and hot tub, close to stores. We enjoyed being able to relax by the pool and have some quality family time. It was nice to take day trips to Captiva and Sanibel Island. We appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, and toys at the property. It made traveling with littles so much easier. Mary and Angel were great hosts and very responsive! The welcome gift was a nice touch.

We had a wonder stay at this Cape Coral gem! The host went above and beyond- incredibly responsive, attentive, and very kind.All questions were met quickly and warmly.Home was spotless, well laid out and perfectly suited for our group.Pool and hot tub were a hit for the kids and there is a park right across the street.We highly recommend this property to any family looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We highly recommend this home! This home is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is excellent. The kitchen is very nicely stocked. The homeowners live right next door. They are wonderful hosts, they are very responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful clean house! Great Location!

Very nice place to stay. It is right across from a park that the grandkids loved to play on. The pool and hot tub was a favorite also. Comfy beds and the owners were wonderful hosts! Anita - Breckenridge Colorado.

Wonderful Place!

This property is fabulous! The house itself is beautiful. It was well-stocked with the necessities, and is in a very centralized location in Cape Coral, so it was easy to get to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Cape Coral, and downtown Fort Myers. We really enjoyed the hot tub!

Fabulous!

What a fantastic stay. Had everything you could want for a great relaxing vacation. The kitchen was more than stocked with anything you could possibly need. Pool and hot tub was a hit for the kids- they didn’t even want to leave! The house is in a nice peaceful area. The property owners were fantastic to work with. We can’t wait to come back.

March 2024 Visit

The house was very spacious and easily accommodated the seven of us that were in town to surprise my dad for his 80th birthday. Mary and Angel were great hosts and were very responsive to even the smallest request. We had mentioned why we were in town and found a gift basket and happy birthday balloon for my dad when we arrived. The pool and hot tub were great too. We'd definitely stay again.

80th birthday

Went to a siblings 80th birthday, house was perfect ! Clean, organized and updated! Very nice surprise staying here, hosts were great, very accommodating . All amenities included in the kitchen if you have the desire to cook ! Loved Mary and Angel ! You won’t be disappointed in booking .

Beautiful house, peaceful neighborhood, great hosts

My husband and I arrived on February 14 and stayed for two weeks. When we turned down the street where the house was we noticed how pretty the neighborhood and the kids' baseball park across the street where kids practiced.The little park was not noisy at all. When we walked in, our eyes lit up just seeing how beautiful the house was. On the kitchen counter Mary had put a basket of Valentine's Day "goodies." What a lovely thoughtful touch. The house was very big, clean, decorated, lovely and with a lot of extra attention to details. There was everything a person would need for a two week stay. The bedrooms were very nice, the beds soft, and the pillows were top notch.On the outside was a pool and hot tub. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was one of the reasons we picked this home. Angel did a great job of maintaining both. The grounds around the house were tropical and fun to walk around and admire the trees, bushes, and the rest of the landscaping. There also was an outdoor shower head to wash off after swimming. Everything you could possibly need was there, including beach towels, bikes, games, books, laundry soap and so much more. We were invited by Angel and Mary to be their guests at their home for Sunday breakfast. We not only enjoyed the meal but we sat and talked for quite a few hours with never a lull in the conversation. I feel that I made two new long distance friends! Two thumbs up here! We highly recommend staying in this house. Hope to come back again!

Great host and wonderful house

The communication with the host was unbelievable and even thought the property suffered min or damage from Hurricane Ian it was clean and a great location. I would love to see the place under normal conditions because it was beautiful after a Cat 4 hurricane. So the host cares deeply about her property and it shows.

Great place

My family was in town for a wedding. The house was jut perfect for us. Did not get to watch it much but the tv was huge. The host kindly put out some great treats for us which was greatly appreciated.
