Anniversary trip

This property has everything! Fully equipped with top of the line appliances, Shampoo, conditioner, even a bag of coffee to start you off! The views are gorgeous and it is conveniently located. We were truly in paradise. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

The condo was Very clean and organized with comfy chairs, couches and beds. It was nice that they left a bag of coffee, but the kitchen is pretty minimum. There was salt, pepper and oil only. No Tupperware, little plastic baggies, or kid-friendly flatware, utensils or cups. No issues with the place, except for it it would’ve been nice to have some more stuff for the kids there, like sand toys, a stool, and an extra mattress for the pack and play. They did provide the pack and play though, so that was nice. They were very quick to respond to any/all my requests via Email. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our first visit to Maui, and we traveled with my wife, our 16-year-old son, our 3-year-old son, and my mother. I asked the manager for any recommendations they may have. He sent a very detailed email with multiple suggestions and ideas. The view of the mountain side is surprisingly underrated, and the view of the water can’t get much better. Clearest water I have ever seen was immediately in front of the property. Parking was consistently convenient. Overall, it was an amazing trip—10/10. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for making our stay at this woso memorable for our family.

Mostly amazing!!

Mostly amazing! The condo appeared to be clean, however the floors were very dirty and turned our feet and socks black within minutes. I emailed the property to ask about getting the room cleaned for us. After going back and forth a bit, they apologized the room wasn’t clean when we check in and returned my cleaning deposit. Other than that, everything was incredible.

Spring Break 2023

The Condo was as advertised and very nice. Really enjoyed the spaciousness and two bedroom layout. The chairs and coolers available in the closet were very nice for trips to the beach. Snorkeling in the water in front of the property was better than expected. The view from the Lanai was better than expected, except that we happened to be staying at the property while they were doing maintenance that involved the use of two boom lifts on our side of the property. The booms were extended to the top of the building during our stay and partially blocked our view of the ocean. I understand that maintenance needs to be done and is outside the control of the owner, and management company, just a disappointment when spending so much. There was quite a bit of maintenance to the property occurring during our stay. Just luck of the draw, and we were unlucky this particular week. Was a little disappointed that none of the pools were deeper than 3 1/2 feet, not as enjoyable for people with older children like mine, but excellent for younger children. My only complaint would be that the taxes and fees nearly double the price of the stay. These were all known at the time of booking, but the fees tacked on really add up to a huge expense.

I stayed here with my dad and was amazed by how big the apartment was. It was a beautiful view with amazing amenities. The property managers will so responsive and there was some construction going on during our stay and they gave us a discount after. Really great customer service.

The property was very nice. Unfortunately, we got off to a rough start because one of the bedrooms had VERY bloody sheets and blankets (!!!). A call to the concierge solved the problem fairly quickly but it still was not a good start. The pools on the property are nice, but the pool described as a "Lazy River" did not have any current and I found it to be fairly murky looking... I did not see any "walkable" dinner options, but we had delicious dinners within a 5-10 minute drive away. All in all, we had a wonderful stay, but there definitely are improvements that could be made.

Once again, perfection.

This property is spectacular and has it all! Pools, great walkway down the beach, beach access, views and all the amenities needed! Each unit is equipped with chairs, and umbrellas and a fully stocked kitchen (supplies, not food). Dukes is busy but their order out process is quick and delicious. I brought my kids here a couple of years ago and it’s wonderful, and family friendly.

Happiness on Maui

The view and location to the water cannot be beat. For our group of 5, 4 adults and 1 child, the space and amenities were perfect. Refrigerator took some time to chill and the clothes dryer left things a little damp. Other than that, it is a quality home and location. We had an amazing time. Mahalo!!

Fabulous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 736...this is honestly, in my opinion, one of the premier units in the entire complex. The views from the lanai were beyond exceptional, and we loved being able to see both the mountains and the water and pool areas. The unit was sparkling clean, with just a few tiny little nit-pick flaws (but nothing that detracted from the overall stay or that would prevent me from staying again). Would have liked more than one and a half rolls of paper towels for 6 people over 9 days, but seriously, not a big thing, as we just grabbed a pack at Safeway and left the remaining rolls there for the next family. Master bedroom headboard could use an upgrade (some staining/bleach spots on it), and so could the pull out couch bed...but again...these aren't things that would ever prevent me from staying again. The unit is so nicely equipped with lots of beach chairs (we left a boogie board and pool noodle we were given there for future users...paying it forward), plenty of dishes and silverware and a dishwasher and washer and dryer (we used both a few times). Snorkeling right out front of the resort was wonderful and the location was so central and convenient to so many things. We used the communal bbq's most nights, and it was a great way to chat with people and enjoy the perfect weather. Duke's is great, though wait times are insane if you actually want to sit and eat there. Super nice having the market downstairs and the other one in the other tower for quick things you may need. Our room was quiet and we only heard furniture being moved around on the 8th floor room above us a few times, nothing late or that was really distracting or frustrating. The property manager was wonderful to deal with, always super responsive and did everything possible to make our stay perfect. I only wish that check in was a little earlier in the day, as 5 pm was LATE considering our 10:30am arrival time on the Island and having to tote our luggage around everywhere until we could check in. Loved being able to open the entire unit up to the afternoon breezes and just enjoy the view with a nice drink in the evening. We hope to be back again someday soon!
