Bienvenido a la locura de Ka'anapali - Honua Kai Konea 639

* Tenga en cuenta que Luana Development construirá 72 casas adosadas en un terreno vacío frente a la Torre Konea. La construcción comienza a principios de 2018. Dada la ubicación del patio interior de mi unidad, la construcción no afectará sus vistas. Tampoco prevemos que el ruido sea un problema importante tampoco.

En "Ka’anapali Folly", disfrutarás de las comodidades del resort y de las impresionantes vistas desde nuestro condominio bien equipado.  Estamos ubicados en el oeste de Maui a lo largo de la orilla del mar de la famosa playa de Ka'anapali. Ya sea que viaje con la familia, con un grupo de amigos o en familia, hay algo para todo el mundo.  Venga a disfrutar de la vista con nosotros, ya que lo ayudamos a crear recuerdos que usted y su familia nunca olvidarán.

We loved our stay! It’s a beautiful condo with an even better view! We had everything we needed and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Stephanie was very communicative and answered all our questions/requests promptly. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Great stay

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The condo is exactly as described. We really appreciated the beach supplies that are provided! Stefanie was absolutely amazing to work with. She provided very clear directions for check-in and check-out. We would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Well maintained and well stocked

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless, the decor was up-to-date, and the amenities were well thought out. Very nice touches. We were able to watch the whales frolicking while sipping drinks on the lanai. My kind of vacation!

Beautiful stay with stunning view in Kaanapali

We had an outstanding week at Stefanie's Kaanapali Folly rental. We chose this unit because it is on the sunny side of the building and has a larger wrap-around lanai. It did not disappoint! The view is stunning and we watched whale activity daily while drinking coffee in the morning, and cocktails in the evening. Tip: Pack your binoculars!The unit is appointed very nicely with lovely and comfortable furnishings and bedding. Plenty of towels (including beach towels) and beach gear. And the kitchen is very well equipped too. It was super clean when we arrived, and we even met the on-site manager on his way out (upon our arrival) and he was very friendly and welcoming.Highly recommend staying in this Konea building (vs the sister building next door) because there is a Whalers General Store located in the lobby of Konea (but not in the other building). This store has a great selection of food, drinks, toiletries and souvenirs. There is also a full grocery store (Times) and snorkel rental in the strip mall right across the street, and a fun food truck site right next door. The property & grounds were beautifully maintained. Duke's restaurant on the property is fun--make sure to make your reservations well in advance of your stay if you have specific times you want to dine there. Duke's also has poolside servers.Stefanie provided timely and thorough communication and instructions, and responded quickly to questions.We really loved it here and hope to be able to stay again!

Beautiful property and excellent unit. Location is amazing with so many beaches within a 15 minute drive plus a ton of beach spots easily walkable. Perfect for our family of 4 with two teens. Would definitely book again. War Eagle!

This property lived up to all the expectations and beyond. Very comfortable living with plenty of space in both Bedrooms/on suites, with incredible views from a wrap around balcony, including indoor and outside dining areas. Definitely would not hesitate to come back and stay @ Honea Kai once again...

Even Better in Person

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The beds were super comfortable, the location can’t be beat, and it was well-furnished, down to every little touch. There was nothing we wished was different. But, the main reason I would book this condo again is the lanai. The large, corner lanai was spacious, comfortable, and had a view to die for. We never once sat inside to hang out. Any time we were at the condo and not sleeping, I was sitting on the lanai. That in itself makes this place worth every penny!

Wonderful condo! So comfortable for 4 adults. Our favorite was the wrap around lanai with the best views! The beds are also amazing, which is always a bonus. Look forward to coming back!

We had a loverly time.

Wrong password was provided for internet. Cable TV was not working and we had to have the building technician come fix it. Also the master bath was consistently running and we had to have a request it to be fixed. Lovely property. Thank you so much!

Considerate Host & Amazing Stay

We had a great time relaxing between adventures and enjoying easy morning at this great location. The big lanai had enough seating for everyone to lounge about and for an active toddler to play. We had everything we needed and Stefanie, the host, was easy to reach and always helpful. Unlike other rentals, the artwork and decorations in this unit were very tasteful and put us in vacation mode as soon as we arrived. It was also a big bonus that the unit was just around the corner from an elevator directly to the outside or garage. We would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ka’anapali Folly! The condo was very clean and well stocked for our stay. The beach closet was super helpful and we contributed a new umbrella to share with future guests as well. Phenomenal stay

We stayed for 5 nights during our 8 night stay in Maui and it was awesome. Condo was spacious and clean - the beach chairs and boogie boards were great. Beautiful views and balcony. I looked at tons of other condos in this complex before choosing this one and I’d choose it again no question. Parking garage does get full in the evenings but we often took Ubers to dinner anyway.

Family Dream Vacation July 2022

We LOVED Kaanapali Folly Konea 639 and our time at Honua Kai and in Maui in general. The condo was perfect for our needs: plenty of space for my family of 2 adults and 2 teens, impeccably clean and decorated, amazing views and lanai. Honua Kai is a beautiful resort and very close to Kaanapali and Lahaina, but the pools do get crowded. If we ever return to Maui I definitely would stay here again!

Very clean and wonderful views.

Overall property was great with a few little issues. Washer and dryer were on the small size and took 2 runs to get clean and dry. Did not get use of towel dispensers wich would have been so much more convenient than just the 4 towel that were provided. For the price paid certain higher end amenities would be expected. Do t get me wrong place was great just a few issues would have made it so much more.

Gorgeous view from Lanai

We loved this condo. Stefani’s was very responsive to our questions and provided info promptly. The unit was well appointed and comfortable but lacking in a few basic amenities (scissors, lightbulbs, nothing to write with). We were there for a wedding on Maui and most of the family stayed in other units at Honua Kai. The resort has many pools and very kid friendly. Our only complaints should be directed to the resort itself. Housekeeping in the public areas needs better attention. Hallways and elevators were dirty and trash everywhere. Our hallway had crushed chips on carpet for days. We asked someone to clean it up but it was ignored. Hottubs(5), we’re often”out of order”. Parking is a big issue! If you’re not back at resort by 7 pm there’s no parking in the garage and Valet employees seem stressed with what to do with overflow of cars. They were often rude to guests. There’s only one restaurant on property (Duke’s). If you didn’t make reservations a month before, you’re out of luck and could only get take-out. All in all we did have a great time but we’re disappointed in Honua Kai Resort.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Fabulous Ocean view and luxury environment. Dukes on property is a must do for breakfast. I brought my family of 4 ( 2 adult children) and we have plenty of room to spread out. Very clean property - comfortable bedding and fabulous view. We will be back.

We are a family of five living in Southern California. On our first family trip to Hawaii in 2012 we stayed at the Honua Kai and fell in love with both Maui and the Resort.

In 2014 we decided to take the plunge and buy a dream get away for our family. Although we have only owned our Maui vacation home for a short time, we have made several trips to the island and are enjoying learning about all the great things to see and do.
