Travelers love how simple it is to get here from the airport: take the MARTA train for $2.50 directly to Peachtree Center Station, then walk three blocks to the building entrance. You'll be surrounded by top restaurants, parks, Georgia State University, Centennial Olympic Park, and some of the most convenient transit access in the city, making this one of Atlanta’s most walkable and connected locations.

Completely renovated condo with easy & fast access to highways and walking distance to downtown. On-site parking. Gas cooking stove, small appliances galore i.e. coffee maker, toaster, utensils, etc. New hardwood floors, private bedroom & sleeper sofa, clean white bathroom, washer & dryer in unit, high speed internet, blackout blinds & curtains.
This recently renovated condo is an oasis of calm in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. Free Parking for one vehicle is a $55 value compared to Hotel accommodations. Furnished in calming blues, grays and whites, it is stocked to comfortably host several people. It features a queen bedroom suite with a great view of the city and a pristine white bathroom. The living area features a rustic wood wall with an adjustable wall-mounted flatscreen tv. The kitchen area is fully stocked with appliances and cooking & dining essentials. We know you’ll love your stay whether you’re in Atlanta for work or play.
Fresh Start: Our cleaning crew has you covered! All bed linens are freshly laundered and changed before each stay. We've stocked essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, snacks, and coffee pods to kickstart your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, cookware, pots, pans, and a gas stove—everything you need to prepare a meal. The building controls the central heating and cooling here through a water-based system that provides heat in winter and cool air in summer. Each unit has multiple adjustable air handler consoles—just lift the small door on the top right and turn the dial to low, medium, or high. For extra chill, we’ve added a portable AC in the primary bedroom, and we have portable heaters for extra warmth on those colder nights. Make yourself at home, and enjoy your stay!
This is a self-check-in property. All check-in instructions are sent through the message section before arrival.
The building’s parking is not gated like a newer high-rise, but it is fully monitored and secured with fencing. There is only one entrance and exit to the parking lot. When you enter, you pass directly by the main lobby doors and the Concierge Desk, which is staffed part-time during busier hours. Each condominium has a specific assigned parking space. Detailed instructions, including photos and descriptions, will be sent prior to arrival through our guidebook, so you’ll know exactly where to park. The parking lot is monitored 24/7 by security cameras.
All common areas, including the lobby, elevators, and basement laundry area, are also under continuous camera surveillance. Parking is free, secure, and has only one controlled ingress and egress.
The entire condo is available for your private use. It is located in The Landmark, a historic building in downtown Atlanta. The building has a classic feel and is slightly more dated compared to today’s modern high-rises. You’ll experience the vibrant hum of city life from this charming high-rise condominium, situated on one of Atlanta’s most well-known streets—Piedmont Avenue.
The condo is perfectly located for downtown visits and is within walking distance to restaurants, Marta, Americas Mart, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Coca-Cola, GA Aquarium, Fox Theater, and Centennial Olympic Park. The Beltline and Ponce City Market are quick Uber or Lyft ride away!
We host single and married couples or friends who want to stay together, traveling to Atlanta's Americamart for a business show or downtown to visit attractions. Their typical age range is 35-60 for business and 20-40 for the attraction visitor. Half of the guests are in-state, and half are out-of-state. Most guests prefer to stay in a one-bedroom unit with a kitchen and a combined living/dining room. They are looking for something more than just a hotel room - a place to relax, have drinks, cook a meal with friends, watch Netflix, or have a comfortable space to work. One or two bedrooms are ideal. The other option would be a more expensive chain hotel, such as such as Marriott, Hilton, or Sheraton. In fact, we are located directly across from the Marriott, Hilton, and Sheridan if you are attending a conference. The most desired amenity for our guests is a full kitchen and a comfortable living room. Our guests want super high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a fully functional kitchen. Our guests appreciate speedy communication, a self-directed check-in process, a digital guidebook with detailed instructions, and one free, secure parking space downtown, with additional parking available upon request.
The pool is available for your use during seasonal times and hours. The Stone Mountain PATH is one block north of the building. You can exercise or walk the PATH to the Atlanta Beltline and to Ponce City Market. All of our condominium doors have keyless code access. All guests are given a personal code that will be deleted from the system upon departure.
Building access instructions. We use a digital video check-in system called ButterflyMX. You should have received a separate text message with setup instructions. To enter using a QR code, open the ButterflyMX app on your smartphone and log in. Tap “My QR Code” to display your personal access code, then hold your phone up to the entry panel’s camera. The door will unlock automatically once the code is scanned, or you can enter the six-digit code that is provided along with the QR code.
The elevators are located behind the lobby, to the right of the Concierge desk. Take the elevator to your assigned floor (e.g., Unit 804 is on the 8th floor; Unit 1001 on the 10th; Unit 1406 on the 14th; Unit 1109 on the 11th; Unit 1909 on the 19th; and Unit 2208 on the 22nd).
Each unit has a digital door lock. Your private access code is the last four digits of your phone number (you should have received this code via text). Use this code to lock and unlock the door. A physical key is inside the unit on the coffee table, in a plastic box marked with the TV remotes. Please return the key to this box before checking out. A $150 fee applies to lost or missing keys.
We recommend carrying the physical key with you at all times in case the digital lock battery fails. The cleaning team checks for the key at check-out.
If you need to grant access to an additional guest or request a one-time pass, please provide their name, phone number, and the date they will need access. All common areas in the building are monitored by security cameras, including the lobby, elevators, and basement laundry area. The area is safe for walking as it is right next to the downtown hotel district and a Georgia State dorm. There are multiple restaurants within a few blocks. Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, the Center for Civil & Human Rights & lots more are within walking distance. Please stay aware and follow simple safety habits while in the city. Always lock your car and roll up the windows, and keep valuables out of sight. Use your car alarm if you have one, and try to store personal items before you arrive and park. Whenever possible, choose well-lit, high-traffic areas. Let me know if you have any questions.

We are super excited to have you stay at our little short-term rental. My name is Ken, and I am a married father of two children. We have two dogs. We love to spend our time exploring all the cool, hip neighborhoods in Atlanta. When we are not in Atlanta, we spend time at Jackson Lake. We all love the water, the beach, being outdoors, spending time with friends, and yes, of course, traveling. Our family lived in Costa Rica for 2.5 years, mainly through Covid, a blessing. The experience in Costa Rica was an amazing time for our family. We could reconnect, refocus, and spend quality time together as a family. We traveled extensively through Costa Rica, visiting many local short-term rentals as a guest. We understand what it means to have a great experience as a guest in a new and exciting city. I am also a Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX Metro Atlanta. I've served the Atlanta Metro area as a Realtor for over 17 years. There is so much to do here in Atlanta, and I love moving people in! Sports, incredible food, entertainment of every kind, our city has everything. Originally, I was born in Detriot, Michigan, went to Hartland High School, studied Chemistry at Michigan State University before graduating and meeting my wife of 15 years. Pura Vida!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
A 24-hour Concierge is stationed next to the lobby to assist with early and late check-ins. The building's parking is not gated as one may expect of a newer high-rise, however, it is monitored and secure with fencing. There is only one entrance/exit from the parking lot. When entering the parking one passes directly by the main lobby doors and Concierge’s Desk for observation. All of our condominiums have above-ground parking and the parking lot is monitored 24-hours a day by security cameras. All of the common areas in the building are monitored by security cameras, i.e. lobby, elevators, halls, and basement laundry area. The area is safe for walking as it is right next to the downtown hotel district and a Georgia State dorm. There are multiple restaurants within a few blocks. Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, the Center for Civil & Human Rights & lots more are within walking distance.
