¡Bienvenido a tu casa de vacaciones Happily Ever After! Completamente remodelado en 2016, este 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños casa duerme 11 con un estilo costero simplemente increíble. Un amplio porche alrededor del porche delantero le da la bienvenida a una sala de estar abierta y luminosa, mesa de comedor para 8 y barra de desayuno con capacidad para 3. La cocina es sacada de una revista con sus hermosos colores, gabinetes abiertos y electrodomésticos de chef. El dormitorio principal rey está en el primer piso con un baño privado. En la planta superior hay dos dormitorios más que comparten un baño en el vestíbulo, un dormitorio con cama grande y un dormitorio doble completo con dos camas individuales.

En la parte posterior de la casa hay una casa de huéspedes completamente equipada con sala de estar (sofá cama), cocina pequeña (nevera pequeña, microondas), televisión y baño (solo ducha). Subiendo las escaleras de la casa de huéspedes hay una cama queen, y luego subimos otro vuelo hasta la increíble terraza de la torre, donde se puede ver casi la totalidad de Seaside. La lavadora y secadora de esta casa se encuentra fuera del porche exterior.

Being on the end of the Seaside beach made it seem a little quieter, which was welcome to us. The house comfortably slept our party of 8. The layout between the main house and tower worked well. We loved the location- close to the beach and an easy walk or bike ride in to the center of town. The porch was excellent for leaving sandy toys and wet suits. We had issues with the refrigerator, which was frustrating, but it didn’t ruin our stay. They sent maintenance out right away.

My only suggestion is that the blinds in the bedrooms were not great...I would bring paper black out shades if you don't want it lit up at 5 am. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

It accommodated our family well.My one complaint was the fact that the second floor of the "tower" was not cooling well at all, and we ended up having to move our grandson downstairs. it was just entirely too hot for him to sleep for our entire stay.I called for service, but we saw no real improvement. It is a bit frustrating to pay quite a bit more for the tower for the additional space, then only able to use half of it. I would highly recommend that a window unit is installed in the second-floor window, or the AC is upgraded in the tower.

Happily Ever After

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay with a beautiful house! No major issues to report. Was close to the beach and city and everything was as described. Only considerations would be to have wash cloths available in addition to towels, and more hooks near guest house/outdoor shower for clothes or swimsuits would be nice. Homeowners stopped by to use laundry machine which was unexpected but they were very friendly and nice to meet them. Able to shop and go to many restaurants nearby. I did confirm via email we would have have four parking passes total for both house and guesthouse but only had three upon arrival- had to call HOCO but they were able to resolve by letting us park in driveway or bringing fourth pass the next day. Maybe it could be clearly noted per reservation instead of in policy to make sure everyone is aware. Overall great stay and we will be back again.

We booked the house and tower. When we arrived at 6 p.m. the tower had not been cleaned. Initally we were told no one could come until the next day. Needless to say, we were not happy. But, a cleaning crew came and we were able to stay the night in the tower.

Wonderful vacation

All girls friends and family trip! Ages ranged from 20-82. Fantastic location, close to the beach and town. This home had plenty of space for all of us...loved the porch for morning coffee! Only thing we would suggest is reminding guests to bring beach towels! Can’t wait to come back soon!

awesome place. very cool vibe. loved the porch with the couch and rocking chairs and the rustic coastal vibe. walking distance from everything. loved the beach access spot. beautiful beach just a minute walk away.

Happily Ever After

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Happily Ever After on Tupelo Street. We rented bikes in addition to the ones that were complimentary and they came in handy for a quick trip to the square. The beach was just a short, straight shot from the house. We felt very safe in the community and had a wonderfully relaxing vacation amongst all the crazy of COVID-19!

Reviewer Comments: Only one block north of 30A and easily accessible to beach via Tupelo pavilion, all of us enjoyed our stay--from the 2 year old to the 65 year old celebrating her birthday (me)! We loved the updated decor; master suite on main was perfect; open concept kept us all together; and the wrap around porch with outside/screened in dining option which we used for most meals as we chose to eat in, not go to restaurants. A few negatives: upstairs shower knob missing so first day/night could not get warm water in that shower (repair person made warmer the next day, but part wasn't available/not replaced while we were there); microwave inside plate was missing (also not replaced when reported); there was no blender (some wanted for those beach drinks!). Also in other houses I have rented at Seaside/Watercolor the bikes were provided at the house on arrival--it took us until late in the second day to go get ours. But we did enjoy our stay, would stay here again. We had 3 children 6 and under; 4 couples and one single person.

Great stay! Great management!

We had an issue with the house. The oven was not working and the repairman could Not order the part needed until the next week. I had planned on cooking that first night. The property manager handled it immediately and the repairman came and fixed it enough for us to use it. We just had to manually light the burners. Was very pleased at the immediate response! Great house!!! Would encourage owner to provide more cookware and larger serving dishes. Very limited. Also plastic glasses would be a nice addition!!

ADORABLE COTTAGE IN SEASIDE

Our family had a wonderful time at this cottage in Seaside! House looked exactly as shown in the online photos. It was decorated beautifully! Had absolutely everything we needed. It was a short walk to the Tupelo Beach Pavilion. Had a beautiful outdoor porch with rockers and also had a screened in outdoor area with a picnic table. Also enjoyed the outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand! Also enjoyed the outdoor little house attached. Perfect for another couple/older teenager. However, would not be ideal for seniors as the bedroom is on middle floor and the steps are quite narrow. But the Crow's Nest on top of this attached house is spectacular! The only con I could possibly come up with for this place is that the Master Bedroom is quite small and hard to find space for your suitcases, but has ample closet space. Would definitely recommend this cottage in Seaside!
