Easy access to get in, pet friendly, open main room and dining. Just a little note for seniors, there is a regular tub/shower, a little hard to get in and out of.

We enjoyed our stay here! The property is quite welcoming for families with children and dog. Our son immediately went to the toys as soon as we entered. And our dog checked out the dog bowl. Chris responds quickly, provides great recommendations for food and museum, and everything we needed at the house. There is a good selection of children's and adult books, kids toys, board games, and cooking/servingware. Access to the beach is easy. She provided clear directions for parking. And plenty of beach gear. A great rental that really has it all!

This was a wonderful, clean, cozy house very close to the beach. We went fossil hunting at Calvert Beach and also at Peres on the Potomac. We had our little dog with us and so we ate at the house most evenings, sitting on the deck which was very relaxing and Lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent location....very short walk to the beach. Host had many beach items and kayaks for use. Though we did not go to swim or use these items, they are a nice addition. We found about 15 shark teeth total and some fossils. The beach was pretty quiet with interesting rock areas. The kitchen was well-stocked....worn, but homey. Good game and book selection for the younger crowd. A few adult/teen games would be nice, though we enjoyed pictionary. Small yard, but ok to walk dogs....pet friendly. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. A Dollar General was 5min away. Very relaxing and fun decor....we would definitely recommend!!

We would definitely stay here again—and again, and again! Our staycation was for a week and we felt completely at home. Overall, it was very relaxing and enjoyable experience.The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms are cozy and provide a great night’s sleep, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or for an evening barbecue. The beach is just a short walk away.This home is especially family-friendly, with plenty of children’s equipment and toys available. We didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks this trip, but maybe next time!

We enjoyed our stay at this beach bungalow. It was evident that the property owner pays attention to every detail in terms of stocking the house. She went the extra mile to ensure guests have everything they would possible want/need during their stay. From kitchenware, to books and games, and beach equipment it was impossible not to have a good time. The proximity to the beach was an added bonus for evening walks.

Very nice beach house for a small family vacation- my son loved it so much he cried when we had to leave. Host was very thorough and house was well stocked with what was needed as described. Beds comfortable, clean and comfy place to rest after a day a the beach! Thanks so much for hosting us!

Great location, so quiet, the host was so nice. They made sure everything was set before arriving. Definitely worth it, if you have time the beach isn't that far away. All amenities listed are here, and the amenities also work.

Wonderful St. Leonard Beach House

This quaint beach house is just a short walk to a private beach. We really enjoyed our 3-night stay and took daily advantage of the location to the beach and other sites, such as farmer's markets. Great communication with Chris, the manager, leading up to the day we arrived.

Nice stay

Great location, quiet neighborhood with friendly people. This is our 2nd time staying.. better this time around. Owner provides so many things and is very attentive and readily available. We will be back!

Fantastic beach house!

This beach house perfectly suited our needs - close to the beach, clean, and comfortable. It’s incredibly well stocked with everything needed or wanted - the supply of beach things (toys, towels, wagon, etc) was particularly helpful! Chris was pleasant and extremely accommodating, allowing us to book the house within hours of arrival. We will definitely book again when we’re in the area!

My wife and I spent the week at this property. Short drive to the beach. It was very clean and cozy. What a nice relaxing week. The beach was dog friendly and the lab swam all day long. We saw very few people at the beach, but everyone was very friendly. We would return.

Good for relaxing beach trip

This property served us and our kids well. It was nice that we each had a separate sleeping space. We also really enjoyed how stocked the house was with toys both for the house and for the beach. We enjoyed using the kayaks as well. The physical condition of the inside of the house could use a little extra upkeep but for the short time we were there, the house served us well.

Peaceful Getaway

The pictures and description were accurate. Chris was great to work with and she clearly places an emphasis on creating an inviting space. She was very responsive to anything we needed. As she mentioned in a previous review, this is an older home that is well maintained with the goal of providing an affordable and pleasant stay. We enjoyed our time and the neighborhood was one of the quietest places we've stayed in a long time.

Fossil finding beach trip

Came to the area as repeat visitors looking for a calm beach trip with some playing on the beach and combing for shells and fossils. Been to the area before but first time staying at this property. Family had a great time. house was tidy and well supplied with kitchen gear, beach supplies, and linens/bathroom necessities. Beach is walkable but wouldn’t recommend with kids. Quick and easy drive and parking situation. Beach area is somewhat limited, think long and skinny. Family had a great time, other than wanting a bigger bed, it was a fantastic trip!
