Charming and cozy cabin. Close to most attractions in Pigeon Forge and about 15 min from Gatlinburg. Getting up to the cabin is a steep hill but not terrible. I would not go up in winter time unless you have awd. Communication was excellent and self check in was easy

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, very clean cabin, great for two people. Would definitely stay again. The only negative thing I can say is the entrance that leads to the cabin was a little tricky to find.

Always & Forever review

We loved the location and the cabin itself. It is very private, but not far from the main drag. We couldn’t find our remote to the TV and they sent someone out very quick to set up a new one. Our only suggestion would be to fix the blinds on the front door; they wouldn’t close all the way so we had to put a towel over the door. Parking for a truck is a little tight. We were there for our honeymoon and hope to return every year for our anniversary ❤️❤️

Nice little cabin

Overall a nice stay. Only a few negatives....parking spot, very awkward to get our truck parked. Yard and grounds hadn't been mowed or weeded in a while. The road up to the cabin is super steep, I wouldn't want to attempt it in the winter. We would stay again.

The view was pleasant. However an update to appliances like the coffeemaker took 15 minutes to brew, the left front burner on the stove didn’t work, the toaster set my food on fire, it was toast, and the hot tub smelled and looked clean at first but shortly after, brown frothy bubbles wouldn’t go away no matter how much we discarded it. Management said it was due to iron in the well. Well we never had that happen before anywhere. My husband thinks it’s a plumbing issue. The cabin itself needs updating with the back deck. A part of wood has fallen off the house under kitchen sink we noticed when we got there. The back porch railing is so loose arms wobbles someone can lean on it to their death or get severely injured. The furniture (dresser) especially needs replaced. Can’t use it.

Stay in cabin

The top sheet on the bed was ripped, the floor was dirty/dusty (was looking for a broom there was 2 dust pans and no broom), the tub had grass clippings in it, the hot tub had a chalky feel and left white residue on clothing. The location was awesome.

Couples Cabin

Sweet Cabin located just outside of Pigeon Forge making it a perfect base camp for exploring the area. Internet was fast, cell signal strong and Dish TV reception perfect. Exactly as advertised. Loved it!

An Okay Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Always and Forever, #118. The size of the cabin was perfect for 2 of us. The location was ok. Could hear traffic below when you we sat on deck. We also had a sewer smell flow past our noses while sitting outside. Enjoyed looking out at the trees. We called the first night to get help with the tv. The instructions did not not match the remote. We asked for a maintenance man to get it working. Never came. Spent 4 nights without a tv. Overall the place was clean but the light fixtures were filled with bugs, the corners and under furniture had spider webs. The bathroom faucet looked like it had toothpaste on it from the last guest. We may give them another try down the road. Every company has bad days....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reserved spot less than a week prior to arrival. Found out the day I paid that my friend was approved to be on kidney Transplant list which means we needed to be within 2 hours of Columbus Ohio. Tried to cancel but couldn’t due to policies. I have been in retail customer service my whole life. Policies are and can be broken. Won’t consider this company again or recommend to anyone.
