Getting ready for a basketball game or visiting the Tar Heels? In town for work, a campus visit, or a relaxing getaway? This charming private unit is the perfect home base. Just a short drive from UNC–Chapel Hill and Franklin Street, enjoy easy access to campus events, dining, and shopping—while staying in a quiet neighborhood with free parking and fast Wi-Fi. A comfortable retreat to unwind after exploring Chapel Hill.
The Space:
As you walk into this carefully decorated home, you will find a comfortable living room with a TV where you can wind down after a long day of exploring the town of Chapel Hill. As you continue, you will see our fully stocked kitchen and dining area, equipped with anything you may need throughout your stay to make it as convenient as possible for you. There is also a washer and dryer inside the home for you to use if needed. As you continue into the bedrooms, you will find the first bedroom with one queen bed, and the second with two queen beds. There is a full bathroom stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your stay. Finally, you will find a relaxing deck outside of the home to enjoy a nice day outside.

You will have complete access to unit A of this duplex

This home is located in a very quiet, calm neighborhood near UNC - Chapel Hill, where you will be close to all of the action but still in a place where you can relax after a long day.
