Lo ideal es ubicar 5 millas al aeropuerto internacional de Reno-Tahoe. A 40 minutos de Lake Tahoe e Incline Village. Es difícil superar las vistas del cañón y la montaña con senderos para caminatas / ciclismo a solo unos pasos de la puerta principal. 3 habitaciones, todas con TV de pantalla plana. El maestro tiene una cama king y un amplio vestidor. Las habitaciones secundarias tienen una completa y una doble (que se puede convertir en una reina). Mucho espacio de almacenamiento y una lavadora y secadora estándar en la unidad. Garaje para un automóvil con estacionamiento adicional.

It looked newer everything was it good working order.

Good location new and clean. I would stay here next time when I’m in the area. Great place for the money. Owner was always quick to answer questions.

Excellent place to stay. Great location and super clean!

Always stocked with dish soaps, garbage bags, laundry soap. All things that make our time traveling easier. We will be back next year!

Plan To Return

This property was even bigger than I was expecting. The beds were SO comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful with all the dust! The balcony had me out on it most of the time! The view of the mountains is amazing. Host left small necessities & toilet trees in case we forgot ours. Hangers, iron, extra blankets, towels, cleaning supplies were supplied, these host thought of everything. We had DoorDash delivered and they had no problem finding our place. We were so close to so many food places. It was 40 minutes from Lake Tahoe and the host had magazines left to let us know the best places to visit. Having a garage was so nice not worrying with anything would happen to our rental car. The neighborhood made me feel safe. The neighbors are so polite. 1000% this property.

perfect Reno location for family visit

We found this exceptionally clean and convenient townhome for our visit to Reno/Tahoe and our family there. House had everything we needed and more! Family of four plus Aunt - two teens girls stayed together (for some reason I thought there were two twin beds shown in posting) - but it all worked out!! Very close to our Niece's home which was awesome! and we easily drove to everyplace we wanted to visit! Would highly recommend to others: close to downtown Reno, Riverwalk, nearby ice skating arena, drove to Lake Tahoe East Shore Trail/Truckee.... wonderful vacation! Thank you Dave for a great place!

Nice Stay for a Ski Trip

Each ski season I visit Reno for a couple of weeks and ski at Tahoe using the vail pass. I find it so convenient to be close to the ski slopes and to have all the cosmopolitan conveniences of Reno in the same package. Beats staying at the hill if you are going to be more than a week. This condo proved to be really convenient. More than one would expect from the maps. McCarren Blvd is only a few blocks away and is super easy access to Northstar. And getting to South Lake Tahoe is simple too - Just head over to 395 and its expressway immediately. Basically an hour to the slopes. Or a few minutes to the Casinos. Hmmm, what did I forget? LOL The owner is very responsive and personable. I met him when he brought over some supplies. A very nice landlord with a nicely appointed condo. You should be comfortable here - I was.

Wedding stay!

Great location to freeway and easy access to downtown, Virginia City and Lake Tahoe. Quite neighborhood with plenty of space. Parking is not the best, but we managed.

Beautiful home & courteous host!

We received a message with property and check in details in advance of our stay. The home smelled wonderful, was very clean and well stocked. All the beds were comfortable and nice linen quality. We had an issue with the sliding door locking, and the host remedied it quite immediately. Wonderful experience, would definitely rebook!

Clean and welcoming!

If I didn't have so much to do, I'd love to stay in and relax! The home just has that cozy feeling. The process was so easy, no lines or having to be around people to check in vs my normal go-to hotel. The neighborhood is quite and reminds me of a little village. Parking is tight if you have more than one vehicle but it worked out. Overall great home and would love to come back!

UNR drop off

This property is minutes away from UNR but not in the city. Location was really great! The house was very clean, well stocked and enough room for everyone to have their space. Only problem we ran into was the WiFi instructions that were sent to us was not correct and response from the owner when we reached out time him took some time. We will stay here again the next time we are in town!

Clean and comfy

The home was clean and well equipped. The rooms were perfect and the beds were comfortable. David was responsive and pleasant. Would definitely stay again when back in town.

Visited for Convention

Came to town for a convention in Reno. Did a snow mobile ride and hiked around Lake Tahoe. This VRBO was the best experience. Clean, new, great location, plenty of towels and bathroom items if you forgot anything. Staying at this Townhouse was a highlight. The shower and bed are better than what I have at home! I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Property but Parking a Challenge

This property was very nice. Check in was easy, and we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the size of parking area. The garage can only fit small cars. If you drive an SUV or truck you may find parking a bit of a challenge.

Great place!

This was a great rental for our family for the weekend. It was a little out of the way but not too far. This was our first time using VRBO. Our only complaints were minor, bedding wasn't clean and the floors were dirty when we checked in, but there were supplies and a washing machine to remedy it so didn't bother us at all. I would stay here again, but probably not with 7 people and a kid, it was tight quarters for that many people.
