Despierta y duerme con los suaves sonidos de las olas del océano, a solo unos pasos de la arena. Sea Haven Cottage está directamente frente al mar: para estar más cerca del océano, ¡deberías estar en una tabla de surf!

Este condominio fue renovado en 2014: la cocina está recientemente remodelada con encimeras de granito, gabinetes e isla personalizados, con nuevos electrodomésticos de aspecto retro. Se ha eliminado la pared del pasillo entre la cocina y la entrada, por lo que hay mucho espacio para moverse mientras se preparan las comidas. Cada baño se ha actualizado con nuevos lavabos de pedestal, espejos y salpicaduras de azulejos personalizados. Todo el condominio ha sido revestido con azulejos de porcelana de tablones personalizados.

El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva cama king size, increíbles vistas al océano, TV de pantalla plana por cable, con tocador y baño completo adjunto a esta habitación. El segundo dormitorio tiene vistas al jardín tropical, TV de pantalla plana por cable, una cama individual, una cama queen y baño completo en el pasillo. Venga a disfrutar del hermoso patio al aire libre con la increíble brisa del mar y espectaculares puestas de sol. Este condominio está completamente amueblado con cocina funcional, ropa de cama, toallas, juguetes de playa, sillas de playa y sombrillas para su uso. Beautiful Condo and Location

We have stayed in many condos at this complex and this has been the best one so far. The view and location can’t be beat. The condo was clean and well equipped with beach equipment. We hope to be able to rent this condo again in the future.

Perfect beach getaway property.

Exactly as described. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach and associated activities. The unit was clean and equipped with everything needed. The master suite was ideal for falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing. Highly recommend.

Breezy, airy decorations! Well equipped, spacious kitchen, we hosted a dinner party, while we were there. Great view, hard to get away from. Weather in January was spectacular, I m 65 went boogie boarding, had a blast.

Excellent Ocean Front condo in North Coast Village. Gated community with pool and strict HOA regulations. Only downside, if this is one, is the WIFI, but it looks like upgrades are coming.

Great location

Great beach front location! Just steps from the harbor on the north side and steps from the beach front boardwalk and pier on the south side. Super family-friendly gated resort with a very nice pool and jacuzzi. We love this community overall. The unit was pretty nice over all and the kitchen was full of supplies. The showers, window coverings and closet doors could use some updating as they look and function pretty old, but they were still clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Oceanside Getaway!

We love the awesome view and easy access and have been coming to Oceanside annually for 5 years. This condo was a nice, spacious and comfortable place for our family. The heatwave caught us off guard this year so it would have been great if ceiling fans were in every room and floor fans were updated. I believe the owners, who are great to work with are working to upgrade this though. We will be returning!

Very nice stay in Oceanside

The condo is very nice and clean overall. The only exception is there were a lot of red ants inside. The oceanfront location is amazing and the sunsets were beautiful. We saw a lot of dolphins swim by and it was neat to watch the surfers. The grassy area and sand strip is perfect for little kids to play. The only exception is that it was fertilized when we were there and we didn’t know if it was safe for the kids to play after that. The beach and pool are nice. Restaurants are a 5 minute walk as well as a fish market and whale watching tours.

Best month ever at Sea Haven Cottage!!

This is what we look forward to every year!! Our stay the month of September is ideal in every way. Of course the weather is perfect!! But besides the weather, our beachfront cottage is always perfectly maintained, stocked with every utinsel and appliance that one would need. Beach toys galore and pool towels if needed. Grassy area for our grandkids to play and unobstructed ocean views. Nili, the property manager is quick to answer any questions or issues that may come up. I would love to keep this gem all to myself but the reality is--- I recommend it to everyone I know. E17-- Sea Haven Cottage--- see you next year!!

Location is perfection!

You can’t find a better location in Oceanside, or the San Diego area for that matter. Condo has everything you need (minus the in-unit laundry which would be helpful for clean towels, but that’s me being really picky.) Condo has everything you need for the beach including boogie boards and beach chairs. Description said they didn’t provide a hair dryer, but there are two hairdryers in E17! Don’t get in an argument with your spouse over the hairdryer.🤓 simply FABULOUS! We will be renting from you again when we come back yearly to visit family! THANK YOU!

Beautiful condo, perfect location

Our family stayed in this condo in April 2016. The kitchen is NEW and beautiful. It was stocked wih absolutely everything you would need. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfy. The beach was just adjacent to the condo. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for our family to use. The condo building's ammenities were great too. Beautiful pool and hot tub. There was a grilling area and under cover parking. And security was very good too. The views and sunsets from the patio were breathtaking! The sound and breeze from the ocean was so relaxing. The condo was very quiet even though I know there were other guests in nearby condos. It is walking distance to Oceanside Harbor which has some great little shops and restaurants. This is a little piece of heaven and we hope to come back soon!

Sea " Heaven"!!

This is the vacation we look forward to every year. We have been staying at SeaHaven for 5 plus years and we never want to stop!! The owners have remodeled the kitchen, bathrooms and have put all new flooring in the unit. They have done a great job and it makes it extremely easy to feel right at home. The property manager and her staff are quick to answer either by phone or email any questions or concerns we might have. Believe me, those things are few and far between!! The condo is always clean, the kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of linens to see us through. I hesitate recommending it to friends and family because I consider this "my" little piece of heaven, but to you who are lucky enough to enjoy this beachfront condo, you won't be disappointed!!

Friends, Family & The Beach

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at these condos in Oceanside but the first time we stayed in a waterfront property. We brought along a couple friends and a couple grown children. It was perfect! We loved being able to sit at the table for meals and overlook the ocean. We saw sailboats, dolphins and pelicans go by. The weather was beautiful and overcast. I wish the vacation didn't end so soon. Minor negatives...From the pictures, the grass front looks much bigger, but it was fine for us (6 adults). The non ocean view bedroom that my husband and I shared needs better blinds. The condo has all sorts of lights on out there, and our room was bright all night long. The couple negatives are easily forgotten when sharing good times with family and friends at the beach. It was a great location, and we'd love to come back again if we are able to do so.

We loved our stay! A few notes follow.

The unit was bright, beautiful, and updated. King bed and furnishings, excellent. Kitchen, great. Toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, snacks and water provided, which was so helpful for travelers! Surfers every morning to watch and community was quiet yet filled with much to do with great walkability. Notes - Upon arrival light in second bathroom was hanging out of ceiling, medicine cabinet shelves unusable, TV in living room had a sound issue that was annoying, and oddly some pipes in a adjacent condo made some horrible noise on and off, sometimes very early in AM and this needs to be addressed via the HOA. It was NOT in the unit. To add even more comfort we would ONLY suggest an umbrella for the table outside as it gets so bright and some of us need shade. Thank you for your very lovely condo, we cannot wait to come back, asap!!

Making Memories

What an amazing cottage. We have stayed at NCV multiple times a year for many years. This cottage is by far the best one we have stayed in. The decor is so fun! It's the retro, modern, beachy flair tied together beautifully. Everything we needed was there. We've stayed in so many places and I can tell you that the owners have thought of every detail from floor runners next to the bed so your feet don't get cold to pots and pans that are large enough to cook for a large group. Also, Nili was amazing with her communication. I reached out to her many times and she was so prompt in getting back to me and answering my questions. My mother-in-law turned 90 recently and she wanted to put her feet in the ocean one last time. We knew NCV was the place to be. However, the cottage exceeded our expectations. When she saw the place and the gorgeous views, it brought tears to her eyes. We did most of our meals at home and enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine/beer at night while soaking in the amazing views. I love falling asleep with the sound of the waves too. We even saw a whale for the first time there. That was super special.

Great Waterfront Unit. Great Location.

This was a true beach condo located right on the beach adjacent to the marina with onsite amenities that include putting greens and a pool. The unit was clean and as advertised. Definitely recommended.

Loveliest location by the sea.

We had the most wonderful stay in this clean and well decorated condo. It is right on the water and couldn't have a better location both in terms of the beach and in terms of the pier and harbor. We could hear the ocean waves lull us to sleep at night and it wasn't even on our phone app. The only con I can think of is that there wasn't any bath soap provided. We all had to share one tiny little bar that I had thrown in at the last minute. And yes, we realize this is trivial. It is the only thing I could think of that was a con. We can't wait to come here again.

Nice beach

One of the best beaches in the area. E17 was a great unit. Very nice spot. It was clean and just as advertised. The only negative was more of the fact that we are used to staying in houses and not big condo complexes. A lot of rules and regulations that you don’t get when you’re staying in a home. Not a problem if you’re used to that sort of thing.

A place to get your crooked....straight!

We keep coming back to Oceanside and to this beautiful condo located in North Coast Village. The weather the month of November was fabulous!! Unit E17 has the best view of watching the dudes surf and the stunning sunsets are right in front of you (I’m not kidding!!!). Our condo was very clean when we arrived and is spacious with all the amenities needed to live. Anything we need, Nili is just a phone call away, she has come thru for us on other occasions(replacing a coffee maker, getting us a blender). North Coast Village has laundry facilties, BBQ area, pool and hot tub.. which we were grateful to use. NCV provides great security as well. The location in Oceanside was great for us. Easy access to the I-5, 76, 78 and of course to the gorgeous coastline down to San Diego. Joined fitness 19 for our daily workouts. Took in a couple of L.A. Kings hockey games, a RAMS football game, a concert and ate lots of great Mexican food at Roberto’s. The Marina has a fish market, lots to choose from. We kept our Thursday mornings free as there is an awesome local market of vendors off 101 and mission street, from 9am-1pm. We drove to old town Temecula, cool place to walk around and have lunch. I would definitely recommend this condo E-17 to my friends and family, it really is the best location at North Coast Village. Easy access to the beach and walk to the pier. It has become our home, away from our home 😎
