Esta espectacular propiedad en la playa es "en la arena", que ofrece su propia playa privada al tiempo que proporciona vistas de aguas blancas y los sonidos del océano calmantes (escuche el surf en todas las habitaciones). Cuenta con una decoración luminosa con playas y una zona tranquila - convenientemente situado a medio camino entre la Villa en Carlsbad y el muelle en Oceanside (caminamos en la arena para ambos).

Esta casa completamente renovado, está completamente amueblada (relajamos aquí con frecuencia) y ofrece amplias vistas al mar de La Jolla para Catalina. Usted puede ver jugar a los delfines o las ballenas pico de la sala de estar, terraza, o en la playa.

Por la noche, visite uno de los excelentes restaurantes de la zona o simplemente cenar en la playa mientras ve la hermosa puesta de sol sobre el Pacífico. Durante el día, podrá relajarse en la playa o disfrutar de las numerosas actividades que son exclusivas de este fabuloso destino.

UNIDAD B (para 1 a 6): Tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños y tiene una cama California King Size en el dormitorio principal, un tamaño completo en la parte inferior y dos en la parte superior (litera) en la habitación de invitados, y un tamaño queen sofá cama en la sala de estar.

Hay 3 unidades diferentes. Unidad A (2 Bd, 1 Ba - 6 plazas), Unidad B (2 Bd, 2 Ba - 6 personas), y la unidad C (1 Bd, 1 Ba - Capacidad 4). Unidad A es VRBO # 882233, Unidad C es VRBO # 253036, y las 3 unidades son VRBO # 882235.

Las unidades están dispuestas verticalmente con una unidad en el nivel de la calle, la unidad B en el medio, y la unidad C en el nivel de arena. Todas las 3 unidades dan al mar, tiene cubiertas frente al mar, y comparte la playa privada.

Nuestra casa de playa está "bien cuidado", ya que personalmente (así como nuestra familia) pueden alojarse en las 3 unidades, y tenemos acceso inalámbrico a Internet de banda ancha. Con los años, hemos tenido 100s de deleite de los huéspedes amantes de la playa.

Great location. The noise from other renters was unpleasant. Sounds travel easily through floor and ceiling. Sounded like unit a renters were pacing back and forth and dropping a medicine ball through most of the night.

Fantastic property right on the beach. My wife and I stayed in the middle unit (B). The porch is quite large with comfortable seating. The private beach is easy to access down the stairs along the side of the building. The private beach is elevated from the public beach, through a gate and down well maintained stairs about 15 feet where a rock barrier protects the properties. At high tide the public beach is largely inaccessible, but at low tide there is plenty of beach area. The charcoal Webber grill is in good shape, and if you bring firewood there is a fire ring you can use to grill s’mores under the stars. We stayed in early September and the weather was perfect. A little overcast some mornings but sunny by late morning with temps in the high 70s to low 80s. We brought all our food, and didn’t go out even one time. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host is attentive, helpful, and friendly. We will be back!

Perfect get away

We wanted to eat, sleep and hear the ocean and boy did this place deliver. The buccaneer has the best food right down the street. We will definitely be back. Unit B is the place to be. The weather was perfect. too. Kelley was very attentive as well.

Loved the private beach and views

We enjoyed the condo, especially the views of the ocean, parking was never an issue. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The master bathroom did not have soap or shampoo, which was a slight inconvenience. There was quite a bit of noise from the renters over us, again annoying but nothing that was in the control of the property managers. We would stay there again and would recommend the place, it was priced well for the location, accommodations and views.

So nice to be right on the beach

Being right on the beach was so fun. Having the fantastic ocean view made our stay magical. We saw dolphins swim by every day, and at low tide the beach is right there. At high tide the waves crash up on the rocks which was also fun, even though it makes getting to the beach less realistic.

Cozy family-friendly beachside

The perfect spot for a family with young kids. The fenced in beach was an amazing play area. Conveniently located to downtown Oceanside. Would book again.

Best locution! 2 minutes away from beach, ocean waves. Lots of restaurants coffee shops around. Kelley who is the host, so friendly, respectful and responses all my questions and requests so quick. Give me a lots of recommendations for visiting around. Definitely will come back again.

Nice place to stay

The property has a super view and easy access to beaches. Two bathrooms are a plus. Restaurants and attractions are close by in both Oceanside and Carlabad. One can get lost in watching the ocean and the surf from the deck.

Short trip for a lacrosse tournament

We had a blast! We were here for a short stay for a lacrosse tournament for my son. This was the perfect location - easy to get to restaurants and entertainment. The beach was amazing. Fantastic sunsets and the boys even got in some surfing - so nice to have to right in the backyard. Will be back for sure!

Majestic location

Everyone in the family had a great time. The deck is splendid, looking out on the surfers, and my wife did her yoga practice and art work out there. A spectacular breakfast spot. The kids loved the bunk bed, the sandy backyard with abundant toys, imitating yoga poses, even the bath. The kitchen was very well equipped and a lot of cooking was done. The beds were very comfortable and the sound of the waves, a lullaby. The owner was super responsive and went out of her way to make everything perfect. The washer and dryer were essential but putting in quarters shouldn't be necessary. Get there or be unfashionably absent.

Great Bday beach weekend

We stayed Thursday to Monday. Great location, best beach for walking once low tide comes. We spent most of our time on the balcony watching dolphins and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Would definitely stay here again.

Affordable ocean views

Mostly everything was wonderful. Loved the location. Fit everyone comfortably. We planned to play in the water all day, but you can’t go down to the ocean until low tide. Also first vrbo I ever stayed in that you had to use coins to use the washer and dryer. Very frustrating.

Perfect oceanfront getaway!

Nice place to stay with incredible views from the large balcony. Loved being right on the oceanfront and walking the beach with the kiddos at low tide. Made for a great stay in Oceanside!

We had long desired to have a beachfront home and when we found this gem we were thrilled. We selected this area because it is right in the middle of a beautiful wide sandy beach that stretches for 3 miles from the village of Carlsbad to the pier in Oceanside. We also liked the fact that the house was located in a less dense area with mostly beach homes. Most of all we were excited by the private beach and the fact that we didn’t have to cross a street or get in a car to enjoy the ocean!
