We enjoyed our time in Sandpoint. The apartment was super comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was wonderful!! The location is very convenient to town. The owners allowed us to have a late checkout so my husband could take a business call. Thanks Matt and Malia for a great stay.

I can see the "Joanna Gaines would stay here." It's a new build, so all of the rooms are a nice size. The color choices, & the finishes (kitchen countertops, cabinets, light fixtures, etc.) are tasteful & light. The balcony is a nice place to relax in the summer. Full sized kitchen. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, up a set of stairs, if that's not obvious from the pictures.

Sandpoint Neighborhood experience

My husband and I visited Sandpoint to see a long time friend. Our stay was conveniently located within walking distrace of downtown, the best coffee shop, health food store and beach walking. The locals are bicycling, out with young children and happy to say good morning to familiar and strangers alike.My husband worked from our apartment on a time sensitive report using the wi-fi and quiet space for a productive use of time. Would recommend highly.

Stayed Again & Loved It Again

We had our second summer-time trip here, and found this place super convenient, ultra clean and unbelievably comfortable. We didn't want to leave the cozy king bed or the sounds of the owls in the trees or the well-appointed kitchen. We're already talking about a third trip back!

Roomy loft with all the amenities

We were very pleased with our stay in Sandpoint this past weekend. Our accommodations were easy to find off the highway despite arriving after dark. Neighborhood was very peaceful at night, we were only there for a few hours to sleep and eat breakfast as we spent most of our day at Schweitzer for our kids ski races. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cooking utensils, better than several locations I’ve used in the past. The host was very responsive and friendly as I bumped into one of them one evening as he was preparing to walk his dog in the evening. This is a good size unit at a reasonable price for a family of 4. I’m not entirely sure what the walkability is like as we were there in January, and were only present during the dark hours of the day, so opted to drive to the town rather than walk, but did notice a school nearby so there is probably a playground nearby. I would certainly opt to stay there again If necessary in the future.

Great location and cozy accommodations!

What a wonderful place to stay in all respects! The location is great! Just a short walk to shops and dining in downtown Sandpoint and City Beach. Loved the apartment! So cozy, well decorated and extremely clean. It was such a pleasure to chat with the owners. Such a nice and helpful couple. You can tell they really care about providing a great experience for their guests. Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Little Apartment

The apartment was appointed exactly to my personal taste and had every single thing I could have wanted to be comfortable. Other reviews had mentioned the premium linens and comfortable bed. Both delivered and it is super clean. I would like to have known the owner had an office just across the hall. I'm a freak for privacy and felt a bit self-conscious because the gap under the entry door would definitely allow anyone to hear conversations from the hallway. The owner was super quiet coming & going, but still. That said, it is a delightful space and perfectly appointed. Most guests would usually be out & about all day. This was a working staycation for me. I was aware at different times of some construction stuff going on at the building. Sweet rental, charming neighborhood. excellent location.

Beautiful Apartment

This was the perfect place for our stay. The apartment is seemingly brand new and very well appointed. All the amenities one could need and more, especially a washer and dryer! The neighbor is cute and quiet and walking distance to downtown Sandpoint. Great communication with the owners. You can't go wrong here.

Spring skiing at Schweitzer

What a beautiful home and amazing location. And, to top it off Matt and Malina are just good people. From their home it is an easy walk to Lake Pend Oreille and an easy drive to Swietzer. We walked to Matchwood Brewery and Evans Brothers coffee. What a cool and eclectic town. My son and I had a blast. Can’t wait to come back!

Home away from home

We had the best weekend staying here. I cooked all our meals and was delighted to have a gas range and perfectly appointed little kitchen. The bed and sofa were cozy. Plenty of privacy and adorable neighborhood for a walk. Very kind owners and easy to communicate with.

We so enjoyed the location, the neighborhood, the lovely home away from home. It had everything we needed and we were only a short drive to Switzer Mtn. And we were able to drive to the swinging bridge in Montana. We will definitely stay again, when we come to visit.
