We stayed for 4 nights with a dog. The property was stated as being pet friendly, but we did not find that to be the case. The property is on a shared lot with its main home that is accessible by the street. To get to this property you drive into an alley. The main home has access to the yard and this home does not. If you are needing to let your dog use the potty it has to be done in the alley. From the photos it appears that you have access to a yard area for your dog. The downstairs of this property has a "shared foyer" and a garage. There is no door to the upstairs from the foyer, so whoever goes into the foyer could easily walk up the stairs into your area. This was not ideal for us or the dog. Also, the front home has access to the garage and are using it all the time. So keep in mind that there is traffic and alot of noise being made below you at all times during the day and night. Lastly, there is a single parking space in the alley in front of the home which is also the garage door access that you aren't supposed to block. Also the one bathroom in the house the sink was completely clogged. The kithen was nice.
