Esta es una unidad recientemente construida (2014) construida sobre un garaje en un barrio muy céntrico de San Diego y está a minutos de la mayoría de las principales atracciones de San Diego. Un punto culminante es la cubierta superior del techo utilizada para brunch y vistas de fuegos artificiales.

Nuestro lugar está cerca de Ballast Point, Fashion Valley Mall, USD y la estación de tranvía Morena / Linda Vista. Te encantará la ubicación, los espacios grandes y los nuevos acabados. Contamos con una cómoda cama tamaño king, queen y sofá que se despliega y contiene toda la ropa de cama y las almohadas en el compartimento lateral.

Excellent location, clean and convenient. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Has all the necessities. Jimmy was a great communicator and terrific to work with. The rooftop deck was wonderful and great to view Sea World fireworks. The privacy collapsable wall made for a 3rd bedroom when we needed it. Would definitely recommend and would for sure stay here again.

Room to spread out at a reasonable cost

We appreciated having the ability to convert the living room into a 3rd sleeping area, as our family of four with a teenage boy and pre-teen girl needs some extra privacy. We also really liked having dedicated off-street parking. We took advantage of the rooftop terrace for fireworks viewing, and thought the location was a great home base for our various activities. We also really liked being within walking distance to a MTS Trolley station, as that’s the best way to get to a Padres game.

Perfect family stay.

This is such a great place to stay Out of all the places we have stayed this was our favorite . We all loved the roof tops views. The property was clean and had all the amenities needed. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to. I contacted the owner and he was quick to answer my question. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in San Diego.

Anniversary Getaway

We decided to rent Jimmy’s rental for a little anniversary getaway. The place was great, very clean and cozy. It felt like coming home. It was also very close to the San Diego Zoo which was great. I would recommend this little apartment to my family and friends.

This is the upper unit at the location. Nice 2 bedroom with little LR and good kitchen space. Some concerns upon checking in yet the owner was very quick to respond and address all of my concerns which was appreciated.Location fit my needs. This was a lovely property. It was quiet and very close to USD as we were checking our daughter in. The rooms were comfortable and the balcony and rooftop were great places for drinking coffee in the morning and sipping a drink at night. Washer and dryer were great to have as well. Parking was easy and the location couldn't be better. Will stay here again!

Clean, basic apartment

Very clean little apartment with the basics. We cooked a bit of breakfast and found what we needed. The rooftop was good for watching fireworks but the table was quite dirty and no rags to clean it with. I feel the price is right for what it is.

Just Ok

I was disappointed the place wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and the furniture wasn’t in good condition. The microwave handle was broken and the table was very stained. Stayed in Airbnbs all over the world and I have to say this one was disappointing.

I love to travel, and when I first started hosting as a young, single professional in my early 30s, it was a great way to subsidize that passion. Now, I'm a little older, have a family of my own, and a few gray hairs to boot. My traveling habit has unfortunately been reduced as time commitments pile up. So now, this service helps me provide for my family while still allowing me to meet new people from other parts of the world.

As a host, I like to give my guests their space but can be available at a moment's notice (I live 5 minutes away).

I look forward to continuing my vacation rentals to meet new people and share our experiences.

I purchased this property because I was familiar with the neighborhood and it's central location.

Since I've purchase the property I've added more units to the parcel so that I could live in one of the units and rent the other one out.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I would say the main benefit to this house is it's proximity to so many wonderful attractions San Diego has to provide. One could argue that it is located in the heart of San Diego.

Additionally, it's near the trolley line (5 minute walk) and the neighbors are super friendly.
