Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y ubicación
Disappointing
We stayed as two families with little ones. I’ll start with the good.
- Nice furnishings throughout.
-No check-out procedure. Just lock-up-n-go.
Host was relatively responsive.
The bad and deceptive.
- We were 8 total. When booking there was an extra person charge. When I asked what that was about the host said they charge for any people above 7. No where was this mentioned in the listing.
- We saw the review from May which mentioned a bunch of things that were wrong with the property so I asked the host about them via DM and he assured me they had all been taken care of. However, when we got there, only 2 out of 8 kitchen bulbs were working, which made the kitchen unusable at night.
- The grass around the pool is overgrown and needs to be cut
- We could not put any trash bags outside because the black trash can was all the way on the street
- The pool pump did not run the entire time we were there leaving the pool murky with debris in it by day 2
- The kitchen counter stools all wobble a lot and are unsafe to sit on
- The toilet roll holder in the main bathroom is very loose and could come off the wall at any moment
- The porcelain tiles in the outdoor grill are broken and unusable
- There’s nothing to put the citronella that’s available in. The tiki torches are broken and there’s no wick in the pot and there are A LOT of bugs
- There were no extra towels.
Overall, place has potential but would not go back.
