We welcome any family/group who wants to be close to everything! Your trip will be enhanced by this brand new, beautifully decorated, well-appointed home! Bring up to 3 pets (fully fenced in back yard) & enjoy this home that has everything that you will need for a great vacation. Our home has a king bed & is 3 miles to historic downtown St. Augustine & just 5 miles to the nearest beach. Close enough to enjoy the best of St. Augustine & then you can relax & refresh in our quiet neighborhood.

The Space
You will instantly feel right at home when you open the door into the open floor plan and tasteful decor. With the vaulted ceiling and a bright kitchen you will immediately feel like you are on vacation! The living room has seating for your entire group and features a 58 inch smart TV so you can log into all of your favorite streaming services. A sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) is in the living room. The bright kitchen has granite countertops and fine touches like soft close cabinets in addition to having the accessories and utensils you would need to cook a meal.

1st BR - King Bed, 43 inch smart TV, walk in closet, en suite BR, ceiling fan
2nd BR - features a Queen Bed, closet, ceiling fan
3rd BR - features two XL Twin Beds, closet, ceiling fan

Sleeper sofa in the living room. This is locked and access will be given to reservations of 6, 7 or 8 people.

Take advantage of the excellent wifi - each room has a desk with a stool for a dedicated work space. A sleeper sofa is in the living room which sleeps 2.

The laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer along with an iron/ironing board

We have a Ring Doorbell Camera that faces the front door/driveway for your added security.

This house is in Florida and Florida is a tropical environment that is full of insects, lizards, and wildlife. While we have our property treated for pests, please do not leave doors open longer than necessary.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to this brand new 3 bed, 2 bath home. Guests will also be able to use the driveway for free off street parking. Guests and pets also have use of the fully fenced in back yard.
Other things to note
Instead of paying kennel fees for your pets - bring them with you! Pet fee is $20 per pet, per day ($50 dollar per day maximum charge for 3 pets) and will be requested in a separate charge before arrival. No more than 3 total pets.

Pick up after your pets in the back yard.

Exactly as described. Extremely clean. Kitchen was more than adequate. Pat was easy to contact with prompt responses. Perfect for four adults and the bonus was a fenced yard for the dog. Would definitely recommend and would return. Good location and close to I-95.

Absolutely Fantastic!

The house was in a central location for exploring different parts of St.Augustine. The house was very nice, super clean and the little touches, like the dog treat, board games, local info and coffee station were greatly appreciated.

We stayed for my cousin's wedding which was at the treasury. The house was super close to Publix and dunkin. It was a nice location and a very quiet street. They had a regular coffee maker and keurig which we liked. The front porch was nice. The space was perfect for what we needed for my 2 kids, myself, husband and my two parents. St.Augustine is such a super cute town, we headed out to a cruise after so wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice house

The house is cozy and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and you can easily cook your meals if you don't want to eat out every day. The beds are just right, not too hard and not too soft. Our dog really enjoyed the yard and we did not have to worry about him escaping. The washer and dryer are a plus, and we loved the Keurig coffee maker.

Mother's day weekend

We stayed 2 nights to celebrate mother's day and a birthday. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive. Our only issue was the road closures in the neighborhood but we found our way. Not to far from the tourist areas. Overall a great stay! We would definitely book here again.

Weekend getaway

Thank you!! I took my parents to St. Augustine to see the Christmas lights. This listing was perfect. Pat was great to communicate with and they checked on us just about everyday to answer all questions. We were about 5 minutes from.diwntown which was awesome because of the activities we had planned. I would recommend this property for a great weekend getaway.

Perfect

The house was beautiful inside and out. Yard was perfect for my two Labrador Retrievers, and the fence was nice and secure for them. The blankets and sheets literally smelled so good. And the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Only took 10 minutes to get to the fort and downtown St. Augustine. Super clean, and the hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Easter getaway

Over all the home and location were great. Food and grocery are 10 minutes away. Very clean and actually smelled realy nice! I would recommend staying here to anyone with a pet. The back yard had changed from the initial photos of the site, but it is still a back yard, I'm assuming the a new septic system was installed, but your pet will not mind. The owner was very quick to respond when I had an issue getting and after that all was great. I would stay here again no doubt.

Short Term Monthly Stay

Our family recently stayed here for the month of August, while waiting to get into our new home. We enjoyed staying at the property, as it was cozy and a great "home away from home". It is on a quiet street, but yet close enough to everything we needed or wanted to go to. The home was stocked with plenty of utensils and tableware, updated appliances, a nice big pantry, laundry room, and more! The master shower is walk in, and lots of room. The home also was supplied with items for the beach (chairs, towels, and such), but we never was able to use any of those due to working and preparing for the move. One of the biggest perks was that we were able to bring our 3 dogs. It is so hard to find a place that will allow pets, let alone 3 dogs. The owners were so accommodating from the first point of contact! Huge fully fenced back yard for kiddos/dogs. All in all, we could not have asked for a better short term place to stay! Oh and I loved that they had the nicer Kuerig, that I could wake up to every morning and that my coffee was ready to go with the programmable feature!! Thanks again Pat! Your home was truly a "Joy on Josiah"!

Wonderful St. Augustine Getaway

We stayed at this newer, super clean home from 02/25 - 3/6/23. Check in was very convenient and when we did have a question about the wifi we were gotten back to immediately by the friendly hosts. The home was perfect in size for my husband and I and then 2 adult children who joined us for part of the trip. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and beautiful and the kitchen appliances were top notch. The living room furniture was in great shape and very comfortable. The eating area was spacious and comfortable too. The beds in all the rooms were awesome and so comfortable with the linens and pillows in great shape also. The walk in shower in the master suite was so appreciated and beautiful. The block that this house was on was quiet and very nice as there were 5 or 6 identical very well cared for homes next to each other. Some of the blocks around this home are older and in fair condition but one can tell that it is a developing and up and coming area with new construction happening. We enjoyed sitting on the quiet front porch but we did not use the fenced in back yard at all as there was no need. Numerous stores and restaurants were nearby and access into the old part of St. Augustine was very easy. If we were to visit this area again, we would definitely stay here again!

Fun escape to St. Augustine

The house was very well furnished, clean and welcoming. Nice layout and very comfortable. Perfect size for families with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The location was close to beaches and the historic downtown of St. Augustine. The owner was very nice and easy to work with! I hope to go back to this house again for my next visit to St. Augustine.

This house was clean, spacious, and just a few minutes from several beaches and downtown St. Augustine!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house! It was spotless upon arrival, beautifully maintained, and had a cozy feel while still being spacious. The location couldn't be any better- just a few minutes drive to several beaches and downtown St. Augustine for dining, shopping, and all the history it offers. It made it very easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Wonderful Property

The Joy on Josiah home was perfect. It is close to everything St. Augustine has to offer. The interior was spotless and welcoming. The front porch was a great place to gather after a long day. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in St. Augustine.

Our brand new home has an open floorplan that really maximizes the space throughout the home. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a sleeper sofa, we can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. We love animals and have made our home pet friendly. We are just 3 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine and 5 miles from the nearest beach. Our home is very close to all of the attractions while being in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
