Frente a la playa de 4 habitaciones, 3. 5 baños con elevador y vista al mar sin obstáculos en cada nivel.

Bienvenido a Lucky Leaf, un pedacito de cielo, donde puedes desconectar, desconectar, liberarte del estrés y relajarte, ¡todo con los sonidos del océano!

Nuestra casa está ubicada en la isla Topsail, fuera de los EE. UU. Carretera 17 entre Jacksonville y Wilmington, N. C.

¡Todos deben tener la oportunidad de crear recuerdos familiares divertidos y relajantes! Nuestra casa se encuentra directamente en las impecablemente hermosas playas de arena de la isla Topsail en Carolina del Norte, una de las playas más vírgenes y sin aglomeraciones de la costa este, con vistas hacia arriba y hacia abajo en la isla de 20 millas de largo.

La casa tiene 3 niveles e incluye un ASCENSOR, por lo que no se preocupa por las escaleras al transportar equipaje o comestibles.

Nivel superior: el nivel principal consta de la cocina, el comedor y el salón familiar, un baño en polvo y el baño King Master. Puede disfrutar de las vistas de la playa / océano desde todas las habitaciones de nivel superior.

Nivel medio: el piso medio tiene un área de lavandería central, 3 dormitorios y 2 baños grandes; Y gran cubierta cubierta. Acceso a la playa / cubierta desde 2 de los dormitorios.

La habitación King tiene un amplio vestidor y hermosas vistas y acceso a la playa / terraza. El dormitorio de la reina tiene un gran armario y vistas sobre todo del sonido y un poco del océano. Estos dos dormitorios (rey y reina) comparten un gran baño alicatado con un combo de ducha y jacuzzi.

El 3er dormitorio en este piso es grande y perfecto para los niños. Tiene 2 juegos de literas, (doble sobre completo). La habitación también cuenta con un amplio vestidor y un baño de azulejos muy grande con una ducha con azulejos nuevos (recientemente renovadas, fotos por venir) y una bañera de hidromasaje separada, hermosas vistas a la playa y acceso.

Nivel inferior: el garaje y el sótano sirven de lodo para los pies arenosos y del área de estacionamiento / cochera para juguetes de playa. Estacionamiento cubierto para dos, y estacionamiento adicional para 6 más.

Hay 2 cubiertas disponibles para relajarse.
La cubierta del nivel superior tiene 2 sillas Adirondack de madera, una mesa alta y 4 sillas y 4 sillones.
La cubierta de nivel medio tiene muchas sillas de plástico Adirondack y una HAMACA.

So much fun

The property is fabulous. We enjoyed playing in the ocean, catching crabs and fish, finding sharks teeth. We made dinner most every night and ate together as a family along with breakfast and we ate our lunch on the beach. We all loved the house and its accommodations.

Excellent stay in a good location on Topsail Island

We very much enjoyed our stay, and the house comfortably accommodated our group of six adults and two children. The location was excellent, both in terms of proximity to the ocean and its exact area on Topsail Island (old Ocean City area). The kitchen is well appointed and multiple outdoor shower locations made it easy to keep things clean when coming back and forth from the sand.

Perfect beach house

This is one of the best beach houses I have ever stayed in. The location was great. The kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of space for our daughter and nephew to run around. The views were spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the view!!!

The house is very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are very roomy with jetted tubs. You can't beat the view!! You literally can see the beach for miles in either direction from the deck and the house from a mile away down the beach. The elevator is such a bonus!! Running hot and cold outdoor showers are wonderful This house just misses 5 stars because of a few non essentials being broken, no beach chairs, no games, pen or paper and unusable covered deck because of bird droppings.The owners are very responsive and a joy to communicate with.

Fantastic beach house; amazing location

This is a an absolutely wonderful beach house that is well taken care of. The location is amazing because it’s in a section of N. Topsail where there is no public beach access—which meant the beach was less crowded—but it’s close enough to Surf City that you can easily get to restaurants and stores without driving far at all. We’ve visited N. Topsail and Surf City many times, and everyone in our group agreed that this was our favorite place to stay.

Perfect Girls Getaway

I brought my mom and granddaughter to Topsail, NC for a "Girls Trip" and this place was AMAZING. We absolutely loved the house which had everything we needed. We cooked our meals at home and spent the day on the deck or at the beach. The host was amazing and was quick to respond. Their house is BEAUTIFUL and we hope to book another vacation here again!

Beautiful Property, Excellent Host

This home is gorgeously appointed, exceptionally equipped and accessible for our multi-generational family, and the property amenities were perfect for the current COVID19 climate. Perfect Family Beach Vacation

I agree with other reviewers, the house is on a perfect quiet beach. It is a great setup for family get-toghethers, plenty of room, nice and clean, etc. The outdoor shower is so nice to rinse off so sand is tracked all through the house. The elevator is nice when hauling luggage. The best feature, obviously, is the fact it's right on the beach! No hauling chairs and coolers and kids, just walk out and enjoy your day!

This was our 3 summer staying at Lucky Leaf. It is a gorgeous 4 BR home on the beach. Beach is comfortable and not crowded so that our group could play games like Corn Hole, etc on the beach, we have so much fun spending our days on the beach! The home is far superior to any beach property that I have ever rented and for 1-2 weeks each summer, it is my favorite summer retreat. The home is spacious and well equipped with most everything you need. Kitchen is great and dining easily accommodates a large group. The manager and owners are accessible within minutes to answer your questions and/or to resolve problems.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home that had everything we needed! My parents are elderly and the elevator was so helpful! Having the beach directly in the back yard made everything so much easier, especially since we were having family beach pictures taken. It was lovely to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Well-stocked kitchen! We ate at the home each night around the large table that was big enough for our group of 9. This is something my husband appreciated: even with multiple people showering at the same time, there was no loss of water pressure and plenty of hot water! Would love to stay here again.

More fun on the beach

This was our second summer staying at this wonderful beach home. The accommodations are adult and child friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking utensils and cookware! The living area is spacious and comfortable, dining easily accommodates 8-10 people. The beach is clean and spacious; the setup of the neighborhood affords for great space for all people on the beach and can use tents and shabomi without fear of being told to pack it up. The frozen ice cart comes 1-2 times most every day which is so refreshing on a really hot day and a treat for the children every day. We love this home, the beach, and all that it offers! An extra plus for arrival and departure is the elevator which makes the process much less stressful and decreases strain on the body! Will be coming back next year for sure.

Beautiful Oceanfront Home

We had two families with adult children on vacation for the week. The location is amazing. Although there is a neighborhood access point one house down, there is no public access close enough to create large crowds on the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, including baking bans! The stove was a bit of a challenge, but I expect the owner will be addressing that soon. And, while the table is big enough for 10, we had to get creative with seating to make it happen. If we'd had small children we might have had an easier time. The living area accommodated us well and the top, oceanside deck offered expansive views of the beach. Bonus: it's shaded in the afternoon! Bonus #2: the beds were made when we arrived. That allowed us to settle in quickly and get straight to enjoying the beach. Host was quick to respond to questions before and during the trip. We'd highly recommend Lucky Leaf.

2 weeks at LUCKY LEAF

Our 2 weeks stay at Lucky Leaf was wonderful, relaxing, and so much fun. My family and I were there which included two young couples, one with 2 children (8 and 18 months) and another young married couple and 4 older adults ranging from 48 to 75. The home was spacious and equipped for children as well as adults. High chair, pack and play, and plastic dishes were unexpected delights!!! The kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances such as toaster, keurig, utensils including a very nice knife set that worked great for our meal prepping needs. The outdoor grill was very nice and cooked varied seafood wonderfully. If your group is large, the dining table comfortably seats 9-10 people. This trip was the first time that we have been able to all sit at the table and enjoy our meal as a family. The beach was great, and like the house was spacious. The homes around this home are single dwells so the beach was not overcrowded at any time during our stay. The beach area was larger than any other home that we have stayed in previously and this is our tenth year coming to Topsail Beach. There was great storage space for our chairs, etc that was out of the weather and safe. We loved staying in this home so much that we have already booked it again for next summer.

Stop looking! This is your next beach house!!

Exceptional experience at Lucky Leaf. The pictures of this home do not do it justice We found this home to be so much more than pictured. Couches, beds and seating were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked all appliances work well The views from either deck were beautiful and times breathtaking. We could not have been closer to the beach unless we were on the dunes. Communication with the owner is wonderful, any questions we had were answered quickly. Do not miss your chance to rent this beautiful beach home. We will return to Lucky Leaf!

My husband and I purchased Lucky Leaf in May 2018 from a very lovely family. We really wanted to buy a place that our family could grow with and have a place where our Family and Friends could all come relax and unwind with us. We unfortunately bought the same year Hurricane Flo came to town, but our beautiful Lucky Leaf weathered the storm quite well and we're ready to share our home for another AWESOME Topsail Summer!!

Our family is fairly new to the North Carolina area, moving down only 2 years ago from "Up North." We were vacationing on the Carolina coast and happened upon Topsail Island out of luck! Lucky Leaf and Topsail, pronounced "Topsul," were both LOVE at first sight! We enjoyed the tranquility of the (more private) beach, the laid back vibe of the island and Lucky Leaf was the perfect size for our growing family <3

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Lucky Leaf stood out among other homes that we were looking at because of the enormous common space and large dining table on the upper level. It was essential to us that our "sand castle" would be able to accommodate both of our families or multiple groups of friends at the same time. The panoramic view of the Crystal Coast waters, when we first got to the top of the stairs (or walked out of the elevator) was incredibly breathtaking as well; but don't take our word for it, BOOK WITH US and experience it for yourself!!!
