Welcome to your idyllic retreat in Surf City, now under new ownership and recently renovated in 2024. This beautiful home is strategically located less than a mile from the Surf City Bridge. It offers four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, designed to comfortably accommodate your group. The sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, one king bed, and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top, as well as two cozy couches in the family room. Furthermore, the mattresses are brand new as of 2025, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Each of the three bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub and/or shower for your convenience. The house features a serene beach-themed interior that invites relaxation, complete with heating and air conditioning to offer comfort year-round. Whether enjoying a quiet evening after a day of exploring or sharing a meal with family and friends, this home provides the perfect backdrop.
Positioned at the quieter end of the street, the property ensures peace while remaining close to town. Enjoy ample space for storing beach gear, and relish stunning ocean views from every room. Step onto one of the two decks that face the ocean, accessible from each bedroom, or make use of the outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Experience the true essence of Surf City with this inviting and well-appointed getaway. ****Beach chairs, Beach Umbrella, 10 Beach Towels and Boogie Boards are also available for your use!

This was a perfect home and spot for a Topsail vacation. I’ve been coming to Topsail my entire life and this is one of the best experiences we’ve had. The host was incredible at communicating and very accommodating. The views from each room are beautiful and it’s right on the ocean. Main bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless! Nice small touches like shampoo and soaps included in showers etc. would very much recommend it!

Deja Blu is an awesome house. Beautifully decorated, kitchen had everything imaginable, all bedrooms oceanfront, outdoor shower was great for after a beach day, plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. Chris was a great host with great communication. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved staying here. It's within walking distance to every thing we enjoy about surf city. Host was on top of everything. if we needed something, was very quick in response. And the VIEW!! Was just what a beach bum like myself Loves. Definitely recommend this property. In hopes to stay again in the future.

Excellent beachfront home! This beachfront home exceeded our expectations. The views were breathtaking, the home was spotless, and the location could not have been better. Waking up to the sound of the waves and spending our days just steps from the beach was incredible.The owner was wonderful to work with—communication was excellent, with quick responses and helpful information before and during our trip. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great property right on the beach with amazing views, well located with good access to places in Surf City - Good restaurants, gas station, other stores are only a few easy minutes away.Very clean and well stocked. Nothing broken, excellent communication and response from the host throughout the arrival, stay and departure. Looks like we were the first people to stay in this property since it was listed on VRBO (hence the lack of reviews) and we will definitely consider staying here again next year when we make our annual trip to Topsail.If you enjoy spending time on the beach this really is a great place with a good outdoor space including a fully enclosed outdoor shower for when you step off the beach to go back to the house which made just taking a dip in the ocean every morning so, so easy.

Best ever!! This house has it all - location, cleanliness, well equipped, & great communication with host. The layout of the house was perfect for our family vacation (3 generations). Loved all the extras - the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, an outdoor shower with hot & cold water, & a grill. With the young kids in our group, we found the safety chimes on the doors to be an added bonus. The plush bath towels & beach towels were plentiful. The kitchen is extremely well equipped which we appreciated because of the many meals we enjoyed at the house.We truly loved the 'on the beach' location. It made beaching so easy, especially with the kids. The beach here is fairly flat and there are tidal pools that are perfect for castle building or splashing. In the evenings the kids enjoyed kite flying and chasing crabs. The adults enjoyed coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening on the decks overlooking the ocean. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation! It was certainly the perfect choice for us.

Host did not disclose the multiple security cameras on the outside of the house. After discussing with host he later updated his listing. However for us it was too late. Just never felt private for us. Also no smoking on the entire property was NOT on his listing however in the “rules book” it stated this. The listing did say no smoking (which usually means no smoking inside). King bed slept perfectly however the rest of the best were very hard and uncomfortable. Beach access was great! Proximity to local shops and restaurants was great. Has a lot of beach chairs and activities in the garage to use. Overall it was good other than the stated issues at the beginning. Just beware of the cameras outside every where.

It’s never a good feeling when a guest questions why a home on the ocean has exterior cameras for security/insurance purposes however it became apparent why the concern once the guest requested additional guests be allowed on the property to stay over during their stay. It was clear privacy was not the issue in this case. The property is equipped with exterior cameras (5 total) that face the ocean from both decks, the side of the house (this one covers the dunes which are protected by a fence) the driveway, and the garage door underneath the front of the house. These are hardly to invade privacy. They come in handy when you do need to go back and review footage of the guest breaking the garage door like this guest did. I’ve had amazing guests up until this point however these are the risks you take as a property owner. I do agree with this guest though, my home is not an ideal house if you want to add guests to the property after you’ve already booked it or you want to smoke all over the property, I was hoping this renter would mention the fact I had the home ready at 11 am for check in, 4.5 hours earlier than allowed check in. I will continue to do that for my guests when I can!
