Beautifully remodeled 1053 sq. ft. townhouse in the heart of Scottsdale. Kitchen has granite counters, back splash tile. Travertine downstairs and in the hallway and bathroom upstairs and carpet in the bedrooms. Two nice sized bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. Enjoy the Scottsdale weather with a large private patio, which includes a lockable storage room. Blackout shades in both of the bedrooms. Community is very well maintained with lots of grassy areas and offers two pools and jacuzzi.
This townhouse is in the heart of Scottsdale and perfect to enjoy a live/work/play lifestyle. This home offers quick access Scottsdale's most sought after amenities.
Within 5 minutes of the home, visit Trader Joes, AJ's Fine Foods, Safeway or Bashas. A great selection of restaurants is less than a mile away at Hilton Village and at Lincoln Village. Or visit Old Town Scottsdale which is just 2 miles away to experience Destination dining, nightlife and shopping including the largest mall in the Southwest Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall.
