El apartamento, completamente renovado en enero de 2019, tiene un espacio abierto moderno de unos 35 metros cuadrados con balcón contiguo, TV de pantalla plana de 52 pulgadas, una mesa de madera para hasta 12 personas y una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los accesorios necesarios (horno, café máquina, cafetera americana, hervidor de agua, etc.).
Una puerta corredera conduce a la zona de dormitorio que consta de dos habitaciones dobles, dos baños y una suite de unos 28m² con un balcón con vistas al Santuario.
El apartamento, amueblado con elementos de diseño, tiene cuatro aires acondicionados (uno para cada habitación y otro para el espacio abierto), calefacción independiente, sistema de salvamento y wi-fi de alta velocidad gratis.
También hay un Amazon Echo en caso de que quiera usarlo.

Great property for a 11 day stay in Syracuse

A large appartment with ample sleeping and dining areas. The area is within walking distance of the attractions in Syracuse, with a supermarket just 2 minutes walk away for food. Good cooking facilities.

We came as a group of friends for the Greek Theatre festival which was twenty minutes walk from the apartment. The flat was just as described- spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony with a sea view. Good local shop and a half hour walk to Ortigia Recommend the fish restaurant down at the port- we went twice for the Misti fritto, the squid ink pasta and the fresh sea bass

Spacious apartment in need of some TLC

Antonio was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and resolve any problems. It would benefit from a thorough inventory check as there was a shortage of crockery and cutlery, especially wine glasses and coffee mugs. The washing machine and iron were faulty when we arrived, this was resolved after a few days. Parking was very challenging, it was always a problem to park near the apartment. It was not very clean, especially the oven and dishwasher.

Hi Chris, thank you for your reviews and feedback on the apartment! We always try to offer the best possible service and you feedbacks were vital to improve the experience offered to future guests. We have bought new glasses and coffee mugs as per your feedback. Regarding the cleaning service offered luckily this has been an issue that we never encountered in the past as it is possible to read from previous reviews but, nevertheless, I have discussed with the cleaning service company with the goal to offer a better service moving forward and make sure this will not happen again in the future! Finally I am sorry about the parking difficulties, usually it is not busy to park considering the area is normally really quiet. Maybe it depends on the moment of the day (I suppose that, like in every other place, parking at lunch time could be a bit more difficult but we always received positive reviews on this sense as well). Thanking you again for you vital inputs I hope to host you again in the future! Antonio

Fabulous Siracusa

My husband and I stay in Siracusa for 2 months. The locations of the apartment is perfect. There is a Deco grocery store around the corner as well as a Pharmacy. Several fruits stands, fish/meat shops and our favourite bakery with the most wonderful desserts. Stop by Le Voglie, just down the street, so delicious. Also check out the Drago coffee shop they have a beautiful view. It is a easy walk to many of the archaeological sites. About a 30 min walk to Ortigia. Antionio was a great host, very helpful and responded promptly. The apartment is comfortable, lots space and storage space. The kitchen is well supplied. The only reason the apartment did not get a 5/5 was because there are issues with the plumbing in the apartment building and this causes a sewer odour in the main bathroom, but on in the ensuite.

Amazing Experience! Brand new design apartment at an incredible price.

My family and I had an amazing stay in this apartment! Just renovated and decorated with design furniture, the accommodation is very spacious, stylish and equipped with all comforts. At our arrival we were welcomed with a big smile and some nice treats from the owner. The apartment is equipped with two large balconies, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. There were just four of us, but the apartment could easily accommodate twice the people. Even the location was great! Every interesting touristic spot is easily reachable by foot: 5 minutes walk to the city center, 15 minutes to the beautiful Ortigia, and no more than 10 minutes to any other must-see areas. Supermarkets and bars at 200mt distance. We had a car with us, as we were traveling around Sicily, and there was always a parking slot available in front of the building. Over all, we found the cost of the stay incredibly low for the service received, the quality of the apartment, and its location. We will definitely be back!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Appartement. Es war sehr sauber, geräumig und hatte in jedem Zimmer eine Klinaanlage. Die Küche ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Betten und vor allem die Matratzen sind super; wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Es gibt fast um das ganze Appertement Balkon, so dass man immer auch im Schatten sitzen kann. Der Check in war super einfach und die Dame Lorendana sehr nett und immer zu erreichen, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Wir können den Vermieter und sein Objekt ohne jede Bedenkne weiter empfehlen. Die Lage inmitten gleichartiger Gebäude war für uns ein wenig schwierig am Anfanfg, aber wir konnten erkennen, dass überall gut bürgerliche Menschen dort leben. Morgens gegen kurz nach 8.00 Uhr sollte man unbedingt das Geschehen auf der Kreuzung beobachten, wenn aus mehreren Straßen gleichzeitig Autos kommen und mittendrin Eltern ihre Kinder zur Schule bringen.... ein tolles Spektakel für ca. 10 Minuten :-)

Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock (Aufzug ist vorhanden), sie ist groß und hat einen sonnigen Balkon. Die Lage ist perfekt. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt, in dem man (fast) alles bekommt. Der Check-in, der Check-out und die Kommunikation mit Lorenda war problemlos.

Value for money

Huge brand new 3 bedrooms apartment with 2 big balconies. Very close to everything and at the same time placed in a very quiet area. No traffic noise at all. Very clean and all the amenities you need. The hosts Antonio and Emilia were very easy to communicate with and fulfilled all our expectations for this vacation. Highly recommended.

Nicest property we have ever stayed in

Beautifully presented property. The VRBO pictures are very true to our experience. Three full bedrooms. Two full bathrooms. I don't remember if there was a tub or just showers. Large kitchen, comfortable seating area. Everything about this unit was first class. Our host met us and spent a ton of time helping us understand how everything worked. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and ideas of things to do. It was a 20 minute (give or take) walk to the Ortigia market or the Greek Ruins. The only real negative is the parking. While free, there is no designated parking place, so you will need to find a place to park. There is a grocery store a few blocks away that always had spaces available, but there was rarely anything too much closer than that. We would truly recommend this property

Saracus ist eine wunderschöne Stadt. Innenstadt und Hafen sind sehr sehenswert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und großzügig groß für 6 Erwachsene. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Leider war der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig, sodass duschen schwierig war. Die Lage der Wohnung ermöglicht die Erreichbar der Innenstadt zu Fuß. Parkmöglichkeiten fanden sich in der näheren Umgebung zu jeder Zeit.

The perfect stay! Close to Ortigia and city center, outstanding design and easy parking.

Antonio´s place is wonderful! The apartment is really well designed, everything is brand new and it has all the facilities you need, and even more. The place is big and its cleanliness outstanding. AC in all the rooms is a big plus. Finding a parking spot is really easy and there are two good supermarkets close by for any provisions you might need. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk to the city center and 15 minutes to Ortigia. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

The property is Excellently designed , cozy,super clean and in perfect location,everything is within walking distance , beautiful Ortigia 15 min .Antonio the host ,has been truly amazing , extremely kind and he provide us with very good suggestions of restaurants , shops and attractions .The apartment is very comfortable with all you could possible need including excellent WiFi . We just loved everything about our stay .Overall ,it was one of the best Apartments we have stayed in .We did not want to leave !!!
