Parking was super easy for us, we were there at the end of April, I know summer will be a bit tougher. The location was incredible, so much to do in walking distance. The host was so amazing and communicative. The place was immaculate. We really enjoyed Newport and would stay here again if we're ever able to get back.

The place was nicely decorated on the inside, but not clean and the appliances were dirty (TOASTER AND OVEN) not a great/safe neighborhood. Roaches found in the home - definitely not saving this as a favorite.

We take cleanliness and guest experience very seriously, so we were surprised to read your comments and curious what actually happened to prompt you to come up with these ideas. Our property is professionally cleaned and inspected after every stay, including all appliances. We’ve also confirmed with our cleaning team that they have never encountered bugs of any kind, especially roaches or similar in the unit. However, had anything like this been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have addressed it immediately. We’re proud to consistently receive strong reviews for cleanliness and overall experience, and this feedback is not reflective of the standards we maintain. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed and conveniently located apartment in Newport. Myself and three of my friends were able to stay for the weekend. We found the quality of the furnishings, Excellent. The house was impeccably clean and provisions were wonderful for coffee and amenities. The check-in process was seamless. It is well within walking distance of the mansions as well as downtown Newport and we enjoyed all the wonderful recommendations that Matt made for our stay. I cannot recommend this location enough. Thanks so much for a wonderful time.

Family weekend

That condo was clean and felt private. We were celebrating our late mother’s birthday and it was in an amazing location with easy access to everything. The place was beautiful and relaxing. We had such a great time and would go back again

We were very pleased with this VRBO rental. We decided to stay in Newport last minute and feel fortunate this was available. It is a short drive to the center of Thames, but it is also walkable (if you don’t have a bad knee). The apartment is bright, clean and had everything we needed. Parking was not an issue. We will look to stay here again. Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful apartment.
