Summary:
Now this is vacationing at the beach. Large 1 bed, 1.5 bath, nicely updated unit offers a large balcony and amazing views of the ocean and beach. Located on the top floor, you will enjoy the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the bay. The oversized living area offers wall to wall glass that brings the ocean and the beach into the unit. Walk to Dead Freddie's, Longboard Cafe, Fager's Island, Alley Oops, and all of the great midtown hot spots.

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Arrival instructions will be sent out two days prior to arrival.

Amazing place. Exceptional view both ocean side, sunrise, and land side, sunset. Very well maintained condo. Recent equipment (stove, keurig refrigerator, toaster oven etc.) I highly recommend. One of the most beautiful rentals we have on the American East Coast from Wildwood to Myrtle Beach. (I perhaps shouldn't say that, because the condo will be impossible to rent next year....)Don't go there it's really really really not beautiful!!! (Ironic)

Perfect Spot for a Week Getaway

This is my first trip to Ocean City. This location was perfect. Close enough to walk to places to eat and shop, and an awesome view of the ocean. The condo was clean and perfect for my husband and I. We will definitely come back and hope to stay here again!

Fun vacation spot

Matched the pictures, easy check-in, happy it had a reserved parking spot. The bed is very firm (which I liked) but may not be for everyone. It would have been nice if it had a TV in the bedroom, but once again that's just a personal preference. The view and location (and kitchen) were superb.

Absolutely perfect in every way!

I can't say enough good things about this condo. The unit is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated with a theme throughout. The furniture is top quality. The sofa is very comfortable as are the armchairs. The king size mattress is in great shape so we slept very well! The bath and bed linens are very good quality; the towels were soft and thick. The carpet and tile floors throughout were in great shape. The kitchen is well stocked, and the appliances are all good quality. I especially appreciated the fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser which saved us from having to lug a case of water bottles up to the unit. The walkin shower has grab bars and a textured non-slip floor which is wonderful for keeping guests safe. Finally, the view can't be beat! We had a hard time saying goodbye but we will definitely rent again...and again! Thank you for taking such pride in your condo and sharing it with us!

Perfect beachfront condo

My family enjoyed this condo for a visit this August. We have stayed in OCMD for over 25 yrs and this is by far the most updated, clean. Well appointed condo we have ever stayed in. Already trying to book for next summer!

Great Place on the Ocean

Clean, pretty, and comfortable place right on the water. Felt like being home. Close to good restaurants and bars. Great for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. Hoping to come back next year!

We enjoyed the beautiful oceanfront views and newly updated furnishings which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We have stayed in Ocean City many times with our family. This unit was updated, spacious and had beautiful ocean views- perfect for a retired couple. The location was within walking distance of several of our favorite restaurants and an easy drive to all of the rest. We would highly recommend this unit for an enjoyable visit to Ocean City.
