• Disfrute de las vistas panorámicas del lago Erie desde los dormitorios delanteros y el porche delantero
• Porche frontal privado con mosquitero (perfecto para disfrutar de su café de la mañana o una copa de vino al final del día)
• 3 habitaciones con nuevos colchones de lujo y ropa de cama
• TV de pantalla plana, DVD, TV por satélite y wifi
• Terraza de patio con barbacoa
• A poca distancia de la panadería, tienda, restaurantes y puerto deportivo

DETALLES DEL ESTADO FRONTAL DE LA CASA DE BAREFOOT:
• Dos cabañas ubicadas en 3. 5 acres en el extremo norte de Pelee
• 190 pies de acceso frente al mar en Pelee's North Bay (a través de la carretera): las cabañas comparten una cubierta frente al mar; Acceso al agua perfecto para nadar (fondo arenoso), remar, hacer kayak; Playa de arena es una ventaja durante años con bajos niveles de lago
• Las cabañas están totalmente equipadas (suministramos sábanas, toallas, toallas de playa, cocinas totalmente equipadas, juegos de patio, artículos de playa)
• Bajo nuevo propietario en 2019

AMENIDADES CERCANAS:
-La panadería de la isla se encuentra a unos 10 minutos a pie (solo hay que cruzar la calle y girar a la izquierda; estará en el lado derecho / frente al mar)

The place was very comfortable. There was a very nice welcome tray. We brought toilet paper and kleenex but did not really need to. Very close to everything we wanted to do.

Barefoot on Pelee

This well equipped 3 bedroom cottage is situated on the north shore of Pelee Island in a perfect location. The view from the front porch and the dock are outstanding. It is easy to get places by foot, bike or car. This was a wonderful holiday retreat.

We loved this little gem of a cottage which was perfect for our long weekend. We were thankful for the air conditioning! The cottage was very well stocked and comfortable. Our only challenge that we could not solve was operating the ROKU tv, but we didn't really need it with the great weather.

Lovely place

Barefoot cottage was a very nice, well appointed cottage set back off the road for lots of peace and quiet. Nice deck at the back. Lovely screened in porch at the front. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again when we are on the island. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful vacation getaway

Great hosts. Comfortable rustic cottage. Loved the screened in porch and water view. Island was relaxing and peaceful. Lots of history and nature to explore.

Had a great time

The host was amazing, told us everything we needed to bring, how to get there and info to get in the cottage a couple days before we left. It was very clean and spacious. We had the best time and would definitely recommend to stay here!!

Great place!

Property was clean and stocked with necessities. We were very comfortable there. My children enjoyed the games, puzzles and movies. It was easy to locate even in the dark. The hosts were responsive and communicated well!

Celebrating 40 years of friendship

The cottage was perfect for our stay! It was well stocked with toilet paper, kitchen ware and supplies, ICE CUBES (love), comfortable beds and pillows and beach chairs! Very nice, quiet location. Enjoyed every minute! Also thank you for the very nice tray of goodies, greatly appreciated :)

Island time

Great cottage. Lots of special touches. Wonderful mattresses. Island water smells like sulfar so bring plenty of drinking water since it sells out fast at the store. Will book again! Great fishing too!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our first visit to Pelee Island. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our cottage was cozy and cute, just perfect for our family. The wind was strong and did make our hikes to Fish point and the light house challenging. Otherwise it was a lovely weekend getaway. I would a longer stay!

Rustic Getaway

This cottage was just like the rest of Pelee, rustic and very simple. But on Pelee everything is that way. The location on the north shore was excellent and not far from anything. The best spot to visit was The Bakery a short 10 minute walk from the cottage. While the cottage was a bit tired it was comfortable and suited our stay on Pelee Island. If you want to un wind, un attach and have a very quiet and sleepy few days this is the place for you.

Barefoot holiday

Clean, nice property with large screened porch facing the lake and modern amenities, quiet and peaceful. Off season proved challenging since many advertised Pelee Island services and events were either unavailable or changed their hours of operation. Still, highly recommended!

Sweet Place on the North Shore!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Barefoot Bungalow! Owners provided all info that we needed to know, and there was plenty of room for us. Cabin could easily accommodate six (there were just three of us). A very clean and happy place - I imagine ideal in summertime especially. One limitation - water flow is slow, hot water limited. Bring your own drinking water, as the well water has a strong taste to it.

Relaxing Vacation by the water

This property was perfect for our stay. The location on the North Shore can't be beat. We loved sitting on the deck and watching amazing sunsets every night. If we were not sitting by the water we were in the screened in porch watching the water. We rode bikes and walked every day. Our main focus was to chill out and this location was perfect. Not much traffic or noise. This little island has just enough things to do and just enough amenities. You feel like you are FAR away and truly get the Island experience. I will be coming back and staying at Barefoot Cottage in the future!

Alex grew up on Pelee Island’s west shore and his childhood summers revolved around lake activities. We met on the island, then got married on Pelee as we wanted to share this special place with our friends and family. When we had our two boys, we planned to make Pelee a part of their lives as well. We were excited to purchase the stone house and bungalow to give us a launching point for those moments, and also to share with guests to make their own. After purchasing the property, we learned Alex’s ancestor, Alexander McCormick was the original owner / builder of the stone house. We hope you and your family can build your own memories at Barefoot Cottages.
