Hermoso condominio en la playa. AC en todas las habitaciones. A solo unos pasos de la playa ya cinco minutos de Laie, el Centro Cultural Polinesio, BYU-Hawaii, tiendas y excelentes restaurantes. Viaje a cualquier lugar de la isla desde la parada de autobús cercana. Convenientemente ubicado a 20 minutos de las playas y lugares de surf más populares del mundo, incluyendo Waimea Bay, Sharks Cove, Turtle Bay, Pipeline, Sunset y Pounders. Gorgeous views!!!!! 25 min drive to North Shore. Great condo. Loved watching Sea Turtles swim from balcony. We tried the bottom bunk beds, but found the bed in the living room better. Only suggestion is to get better curtains for living room that are not so see through.

Pool was closed for maintenance, but I don't think we would have used it anyway. The beach access was awesome. Snorkeling was great and we saw some turtles in the water and on the beach.The unit was updated, clean, and very functional for our family. The kitchen and laundry were very helpful. The location was great. It was nice to stay somewhere much quieter than the Waikiki area. Most of the activities we did were on that side of Oahu. Close to Kualoa Ranch, Polynesian Culture Center, BYU Hawaii, and North Shore area. The host was easy to contact and checked in here and there throughout our stay to ensure things were good. We had a late flight and didn't get to the place until after 11pm. There was a mix-up with fob and the host responded to our text right away and the issue was resolved in minutes. Very impressive.

Had a great stay here. The sea view right out of the balcony is unbeatable. We spent many many hours there. The house is clean with all amenities. Brett was super responsive to any questions we had. One note, that the pool was closed for maintenance. Had no effect on us with the beach in front that was excellent for swimming with calm waters and turtles :) . Overall, great stay. Would love to come back and stay here.

We (2 of us) really enjoyed our ten (10) night stay at Bret’s Condo. We really enjoyed the location being away from the big city. The unit is located perfectly in the middle of the complex on the 4th floor, which gave us an excellent view of the grass, ocean, and palm tree’s. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. There were beach chairs and snorkeling gear in the closet which we used often. We threw the beach chairs in our rental and stopped along the coastline and used them many times to eat lunch or just enjoy the views.We slept in the bed that was make up for us in the living room. The bed is not a pull out couch bed, but one that comes out of a wall type unit. The bed was very comfortable and leaving it out still left plenty of room in the living area to enjoy the couch while watching tv. Although we did not use the bed’s in the bedroom, they are large for bunk type bed’s and also have tempur-pedic type mattresses on them.The unit has two (2) portable air conditioners….one in the living room and one in the bedroom. They kept the unit very comfortable.As noted by reading past comments and mention by Bret at booking, there is construction going on at the condo. However, I can honestly say that the work that the where doing did not bother us at any time during our stay. No pounding or loud noises at all.I highly recommend Bret’s Condo and we are already looking at date(s) in the future to return.Thanks again Bret!

The condo was amazingly renovated. Everything felt new, with good taste and new. Amazing floor, amazing countertops, very nice cabinets.The location was also amazing, basically right above a nice quiet beach so we did snorkel there a couple times before going to the more famous ones (Kuilima cove was nice)There is a very good coffee Shak just 0.5 mile away, that also have nice drinks for the kids and a very good restaurant (crouching lion) 3 miles away, we ate there every dinner :). The coffee shak is in the direction of the crouching lionOverall great experience

Loved the amenities of the building - the kids loved the boogie board. We enjoyed the East side of the island immensely and the shops on the road. Kaya's was closest and delicious!

The Hawaiian dream

Came to Hawaii to bring my twins back after their freshman year at collage and found this absolute jewel of a condo. Our family of 6 had enough room to relax with the pull out bed in the living room and watched the ocean. And Hauula is a beautiful small town with amazing views of the mountains and ocean. It just was the perfect spot for all my family's needs. As i now have a pretty good reason to visit Hawaii often, i 100% will stay here everytime. And the staff was amazing.

Perfect Location!!!

We just got back from Hawaii yesterday, and loved the stay at the condo. It is in the perfection location!!! It was close to the activities we wanted to do (Polynesian Cultural center, Kuala Ranch). The beach condo was beachfront with the best views. We woke up every morning and watched the sunrise. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki. The accommodations were great!! We loved having the four queen beds as well as the two beds in the main living room. There was plenty of places for everyone to sleep.The condo was fully stocked with everything we need, and the construction is not a big deal. I've already recommended to a friend. If you want to stay close to the PCC this is the perfect spot.

Great location

Love the location and the view. The condo had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was disappointing not being able to use the lanai during the day because of the construction. Overall a really great place to stay. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Great stay with kids

We loved this quiet location on the island. The beach was amazing and we had fun snorkeling with some turtles and fish in the calmer water. A couple of mornings we even saw some spray from whales out in the distance, glad we had thought to bring binoculars. Any concerns that came up were addressed quickly. We loved all of the great recommendations of places to eat and play. Construction was a little more noticeable for us as they were working on the balcony right below us but we weren’t really there much during the day so it didn’t bother us.

Wonderful vacation

Pat’s at Punalua was the perfect place for our Oahu vacation! The location is unmatched - a nearly private beach with daily sea turtle sightings, easy access to both the North Shore and Honolulu, and every amenity you could possibly want! There are also options for breakfast/lunch/dinner within walking distance, which we utilized a number of times & throughly enjoyed (try the coconut shrimp at Kaya’s!). The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the number of beds, the washer and dryer (although the dryer didn’t work all that well), and the kitchen with full size appliances (and coffee maker w/ provided sugar & filters!). That’s not to mention the wonderful view & balcony with chairs to watch the sunrise. The condo also had scuba gear which was fun to use outside in the ocean - there’s definitely some cool reefs and fish right in the backyard! The extra touches of both beach towels and shower towels, and toiletries in the bathroom was an added luxury. The owners of this condo definitely care about guest experience and I would highly recommend this place for your next Oahu stay!

Great spot away from cities

Great place to stay. There was construction but it wasn’t very disruptive. The location of the unit is right on the beach with a grassy area in front. It’s a super relaxed vibe and away from the busier areas. That is nice but it also means there aren’t many restaurants or major stores super close. A lot of food trucks and local grocery stores. You’ll definitely want to rent a car. Host is very communicative over email and gave very clear information. The beach is protected by a reef so no worries about big waves though it gets pretty rocky as you go into the water. Great for snorkeling though.

Wonderful experience -- all the way around!

There were no surprises, which is absolutely the best when on a vacation. We came for a wedding and wanted to stay on the quieter side of the island. So beautiful. The place was functional (we stopped at Costco and had most of our meals in the unit). The view was amazing. The communication from Bret was really appreciated. We knew there was construction so that wasn't a surprise. My only complaint was the area wasn't conducive to long walks. But a short drive either direction brought us to multiple trails to enjoy. It was GREAT!

Absolute Paradise

We loved the condo and its location. We had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that the dryer wasn’t working but Bret was quick to respond and fix the situation. The beach and water was beautiful and seeing turtles every day was so amazing. Best part of the stay! Will definitely return!

This condo is only 5 minutes from Laie and the Polynesian Cultural Center. The beach is absolutely beautiful and safe. Your only minutes from the best beaches in the world. The condo was totally remodeled in 2019 and is so luxurious. We made this property accommodate a larger family or group with full-size bunk beds in an extra-large bedroom.

You are right on a family safe beach with amazing views. Visit Oahu's most popular tourist attraction, the Polynesian Cultural Center which is only five minutes away. There you can hear the tales of the many different islands of the Pacific.

If it's winter, along the North Shore you'll be treated to 30 to 40-foot tall waves and some of the world's best surfers. You'll also find Waimea Bay where Captain Cook anchored and the beautiful Waimea Falls Park with its sacred sites, waterfall and wonderful hula dancers. Or drive a few more miles to the quaint town of Haleiwa and its many art galleries, boutiques and restaurants.

There is also horseback riding nearby and of course, the beach and the ocean - right outside your door!
