Good afternoon Joe, thank you for sharing your feedback regarding issues you found in the property such as the closet doors, hot water in the master bedroom, also the Direct tv, and the stains mentioned, we will address this as soon as possible, we always wish to provide our guests with the experience and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Regarding the cleaning, it is important to clarify that we currently do not provide this daily cleaning, we do provide extra material and take out the trash, and I will ensure that our staff is providing the correct information.
