Oceanfront Condominium in the Golden Isles!

Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this one-bedroom, one-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 234 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Nice girls getaway

Very nice place to stay. Only tiny recommendation is an additional large mirror. Would stay there again!!

Overall a great stay

We had no issues checking in, and overall had a great time. The host was accommodating for my service animal. There were a couple issues: some ants were found in the bedroom and one of the lamps didn’t work. But neither of those ruined our stay.

Perfect Location

Booked a last minute long weekend getaway for my husband and I and our son. We've never been to SSI and we absolutely loved it. The proximity to town with a bike rental store so close was perfect. Riding to and from everything was lots easier than driving and struggling with traffic and parking on a holiday weekend. The unit itself had comfy furniture and offered everything we needed!

Perfect spot and amenities

This is my second time staying in this unit. It's super clean and well maintained. I love the bathroom upgrades from last time. The pool is huge and all the areas around it and the hot tubs are clean, neat, and spacious. We love the easy access to the beach and the available chairs/umbrella rentals if needed. The beach area is also well maintained and clean. The location of the property is close to restaurants - some within walking distance. Check in and out was extremely easy. PERFECT.

St Simons

We enjoyed the stay. The location was great & accurate on the listing. Clean & comfortable. The only complaint I have is the iron was leaking. It did not hold any water so it didn't get as hot as it would've with it. So my recommendation would be to simply replace it. Other than that, the start was great!

Overall Hodnett did a very good job

Hodnett did a very good job. Everything was handled via email and the door code worked the first time! For improvement (minor) the living room lamps had 40 watt bulbs for their 3 way lamp and the bedroom closet door would not stay on the track.

Great place near the beach

This was a great place to stay especially near the beach. Although the unit dated and needs som cosmetic work, it worked for us (single mom and 3 kiddos). There is not real front desk person but checking is was on our own. Parking lot below is VERY tight. My rear tail light was hit by someone so that wasn't cool. Otherwise it was a great time - and we will go back

This unit was not fit!!!!

Owners of this unit need to do an overall updating.--living room furniture was worn and stained (didn't look clean enough to sit on). Bathrm walls had stains from God-know-what and floors were old. Kitchen appliances/utensils were old and missing pieces. Washer/dryer unit was old and nasty. Didn't want to use it but had no choice. I won't be staying in this unit again.
