Hodnett Cooper is proud to present this beautiful, two-bedroom, two-bath end residence at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

St. Simons Beach Club 411 is amazingly gorgeous! These new owners have upgraded everything. Features include, designer furnishings and appointments, granite counters, stainless appliances, and three plasma televisions. Beach Club 411 also features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Each end-residence offers gorgeous ocean views from the living room, dining room, and two private balconies.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. The place was fine but the layout was very cramped. The refrigerator door made a loud creak every time it opened and the microwave tray wouldn’t turn. The microwave door also seems to be off the hinge too.

Birthday celebration

We really appreciated being able to check in an hour early. The unit was a bit dated but clean. Pool area was quite crowded. Beach was very enjoyable and took nice long walks. I found some of the extra charges a bit extreme. Lots of extra charges and taxes that I wasn’t made aware of ahead of time. I don’t do VRBO often so I will be smarter next time.

Beach Week

We had a very good stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We loved that the property had a gym and tennis courts. The communal areas are really pretty. Easy walk to the beach and an easy bike ride or walk to some restaurants and things to do.

Great ocean views

Took my mom here for her birthday , condo had amazing ocean views on all sides , kitchen was enough for a short stay , main room bed was comfortable, guest room bed was a little softer. Had no issues with check in or out

Great spot!

4 adults stayed at this property for a long weekend. Great location, great view overlooking the pool out to the beach. The management company was very communicative and on top of everything. My only suggestion is to get more wine glasses and some plastic drinking glasses and add onto the instructions which side to park on / elevator to use. We had a lovely time and would stay here again.

A Bit of Beach Luxury!

This condo was beautiful, very clean and well appointed with everything anyone could need. The property is immaculately groomed and parking is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our New Years trip and highly recommend both this property and the management company!!!

Great View, but....

The Condo had great views and access to the beach. It is conveniently located on the island. The pool is nice. The unit is older and is showing wear and tear. The bedroom carpet really needs to be cleaned, the master shower had mold. We had a problem with the master bedroom TV, which never worked. We called maintenance, someone came and couldn't fix it. He left and never returned --we never heard again from him or the property manager. On the morning of departure, it was like the management company couldn't wait for us to leave, even though the posted checkout time is 1000. At 0830, the equipment rental guys showed up to drop off equipment for the next guests, and if the chain hadn't been on the door they would have walked right in. Then, at about 0900 when we went down to load our vehicle and came back up to the unit to get more stuff, the door code no longer worked! This was an hour before the 1000 departure time! The on-site property manager gave us a new code and said it was a problem they've had with the system. Then at 0930, the cleaning crew showed up to clean the unit- they did leave though when the realized we hadn't checked out yet. A rushed send-off to what had been a pleasant stay.

Great beach view!

The condo was a luxury condo and was very clean and up-to-date. TV in the main room was exceptional. The entire complex was maintained extremely well and was centrally located for restaurants.

our quick beach trip

SSI has been a place my family has been coming for years. Somehow, we’ve never stayed at The Beach Club. We loved the pool, the view and the beds were soooo comfortable!! The elevator took FOREVER and we did see some roaches. Overall, we would stay again because of the beautiful view and HC was really easy to deal with. Thanks, Claudia Sparks

Perfect rental, location, and views

Glad we found this rental. We spent a long weekend as a family (3 kids - 8, 5, and 2) to get some beach time in. This was our first St Simons visit and we will be back. The long Beach was great for morning walks and the unit had just about the best views. Thank you for helping us create memories!

Beautiful Ocean Views

Condo was great! View is EVERYTHING! Several bulbs burnt out and only light in kitchen over sink. But these are little things that just don’t matter.

Perfect getaway location

This was a great place! Perfect view of pool and ocean. Restaurants were walking distance from room! Highly recommend this place, very clean!
