Spacious Oceanfront Condominium on St Simons! Pool, Fitness Center, Tennis!

Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to present this two-bath oceanfront condominium which has been totally renovated with paint, cabinetry, tile, furnishings and decor.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 227 features new furnishings, an upgraded kitchen, and fresh paint. The living room is equipped with a 37- inch flat panel television and a DVD/VCR player. Both bedrooms are equipped with 32- inch Sony flat panel televisions and DVD players. Beach Club 227 also features complimentary in-room high speed internet service and a good ocean view.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children’s bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Nice stay -- great view

The view was fantastic! The property management did a great job with communication and cleanliness of the condo. It has everything you need at a baseline. The furniture, mattresses, and washer/dryer all need to be updated. The facility was great with working elevators and there were carts readily available when checking in and leaving. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Great location- property not very clean and can take some upgrades

Thisnis our second time at this property. Excellent location, very convenient close pool and beach. However, this time we were disappointed with the property. Not very clean. Pillows were stained, kitchen items were oily. Bathroom items were old, some electric outlets did not work. Decoration is ok. If this particular units get upgraded and more clean would perfect.

Beach comfort

This property was perfect for a family of 4-5! We had a crib delivered for our infant but the second bedroom had the perfect spot for it! The master was very spacious and the overall condo was perfectly updated but beachy!! We felt comfortable as a family and it had all we needed! We cooked in one night and the kitchen was fully stocked! The location couldn’t be more perfect and the view was so beautiful (especially to have coffee on your patio)! We highly recommend and plan to return next year!! The washer/dryer are small (understandable in a condo) so be prepared to do small loads and bring plenty of detergent and dryer sheets. I would recommend the condo have a broom.. it has a mop and dust pan.. but no broom.. this helps with the sand clean up! I would also recommend adding 2 more regular towels to each bath room. One more add would be additional ice trays.. one come with the unit but if there were a few more that would help— prepare to bring ice! Thank you for an awesome stay for our family vacation!

St. Simons Island Dreaming

Property clean, well appointed and updated. Delivery of beach gear was spot on and in great condition. Pool area well maintained and easy access to restrooms. Due to storms in the past, the beach area has grown quite a bit.

An okay stay

We were disappointed that the pool was not heated. Also the beach property connected to the condo requires you to literally wade across rivers/ ponds of mucky water that is extremely slimy and slippery. It was unpleasant, dangerous, and not at all easy to get across with beach chairs, coolers, etc.

Clean! Clean! Clean! Me and my wife took a weekend trip and when we walked in you could tell it was spotless. The place had plenty room and very relaxing. The location was great. It was close to all the local restaurants. Awesome place! 5 stars!

Restful and relaxing

Unit 227 was so relaxing and perfect, I scheduled my next vacation before I left. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated with beach decor. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there. We had plenty of linens and towels. They even had necessities available for you if you had forgotten something or until you get get some shopping done.

Condo was clean, but NO ICE MAKER; only two ice trays provided (bring ice)!!! Pool was nice and fairly easy walk to beach.

Delightful Long Weekend!

I cannot say enough nice things about this Beach Club condo! It was meticulously clean, had anything you might need in the kitchen, furnishings were in good shape...just the right balance and the beds were comfortable. We were very happy to have the washer and dryer available to us. We will definitely return!
