Beautiful top floor 4 bedroom 3 bath oceanview unit located at the St Simons Grand. This unit has all the feels of homw with a oceanview. Large open living room, dining room and kitchen opens onto a balcony with great view. The master bedroom also has ocean views and doors opening onto the balcony for morning coffee.
The other 3 bedrooms have a queen and two sets of twin beds.
Complex has a hot tub and pool along with a boardwalk onto the beach.

Great Home

Very nice property. We felt like we were visiting relatives. Details provided before we got there were spot on. During our stay Shannon from the property mngnt team answered questions immediately. Clear concise directions for leaving the property as well. The view was amazing and the pool.

Space and Location

The property was very nice with ample room and bathrooms for everyone. We loved being right on the beach and the access to the pool. Lots of space for kids to roam outside as well. Lastly, the closeness to the village was great!

Nice Property

The property and location were very nice. the beach was a little bit of a walk but once there very nice. the unit was very big and spacious and was great for the 4 adults and three kids under 10. For the price, i would have expected a few extras such as more than just 4 beach towels, more than two kitchen trash bags (there were other bags but they were two small for the trash bin), and enough toilet paper to last a four bedroom 6 days. Overall though, would rent again as was very nice and the other owners/guests were very friendly.

Family vacation for 7 2024 - St. Simon’s Island, GA

Property was great. Would suggest the availability of more bath towels, lone bath towel per person is not enough. Repairing the sliding glass doors in the family room so that are easier to slide. The fan in the master bedroom needs to be turned down because it’s on the highest setting and it’s too high, making it uncomfortable. It needs to be remote controlled or have a wall switch.

A Nice Stay but...

The Grand is a spectacular property; the location is simply terrific. This particular property, however, is a bit tired. The 4-bedroom layout is very nice and the bed variety and arrangement is nice. But everything feels a bit old. Moreover, the cleaning was below average - there were coffee grounds and cold coffee left in the coffee pot, for instance. And the tile floor, while clear of debris, was not adequately cleaned, as evidenced by the dirt on our socks! The furniture was also nice but the upholstery hasn't been cleaned in quite some time and rust stains on outdoor furniture and fixtures, along with a missing switch plate, gave the place a tired look. The giant TV in the den, combined with the YouTubeTV, was great. But the TVs in the bedrooms didn't work. All in all then, a very good location but this unit needs a facelift and a good cleaning. Still, it was a nice and enjoyable Thanksgiving visit.

Condo just as advertised/Large/Comfortable/Awesome View

This property was as expected. First, the communication was great (immediate answers). The grounds are beautiful with a great swimming pool and short walk to the ocean. The condo has excellent views of the ocean. The main television was large and awesome. This is a 4 bedroom and so the living area was also very large and comfortable. It is in a perfect area with a short walk to restaurants etc. The parking was easy and very available. The outdoor patio was large with generous seating available. If you look at the pictures, what you see is what you get. I would rent again if we needed 4 bedrooms. The starter package was very generous with laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags, and many many extras.

This was such a nice and spacious condo. It had so many nice touches like games and flashlights, etc. Check in and out super easy. We would definitely stay here again!
