Ocean Cottage 50 ¡Bienvenido a casa! Este 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 cabaña de baño es el hogar perfecto lejos de casa. Esta casa de estilo de casa de campo está situado en la comunidad más reciente de la isla Jekyll Island, The Cottages en Jekyll Island y está vestido con vistas al mar. Esta casa tiene un dormitorio principal en la planta principal, junto con dos dormitorios y un camarote en el segundo piso. El primer piso es el hogar de una cocina abierta, que desemboca en el hermoso comedor y sala de estar principal. La cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y amplia barra superior. Esta casa ofrece fácil acceso a un garaje fuera de la cocina. Fuera de la sala de estar principal es una pantalla en el porche, perfecto para cada temporada. El segundo piso alberga dos dormitorios y baños, así como la sala de literas. El segundo piso también tiene una pequeña sala de estar y armario de ropa de cama conveniente. En la segunda planta hay un balcón para ver el amanecer.
Esta cabaña es el plan "Osprey" y tiene capacidad para 8 personas.

Gestión de sitio

Acceso a la playa: la continuación del Proyecto de Rehabilitación de Revestimiento de la Isla Jekyll en el estado de Georgia, ha resultado en la pérdida temporal del acceso a la playa al agua a lo largo de nuestra costa. Todavía hay acceso a la playa de marea alta, parte del revestimiento de la roca. Recomendamos Driftwood Beach, ubicada al norte de The Cottages o solo a unos minutos en auto al sur del área de Great Dunes Park.

Beautiful and peaceful stay on Jekyll. Townhouse is very comfortable with great views of the ocean and close to everything at Jekyll. We stayed 3 nights and wish it had been longer.

The condo was great! Very clean, with unobstructed views of the ocean. Morning sunrises from the upstairs balcony were unforgettable! A short walk to the pool and the access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this property!

Island Vacation!

Our entire experience with Villa’s by the sea could not have been better. We loved the location on the north end of the island. Great unit with incredible views. Hope to stay here in the future. The cottages at Jekyll are an amazing place to stay.

This place is super nice and all the furnishings were better than rental quality. Great views of the beach and ocean. Also the community is very well maintained. Nice pool area and beach access.

Ocean sounds.

The cottage was in a wonderful location with amenities. The property is well appointed however could use some touch up painting in high traffic areas. Our favorite part was waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean as it hit the rocks during high tide.

Beautiful May retreat

Lovely cottage, beautifully decorated, right on the beach. Great oversized balcony on the second floor, screened porch on the main floor. Good beds, well equipped kitchen, just great overall. Two very minor thoughts: bring your own hair dryer. Also, instructions on the tv would be helpful.

A fabulous beach getaway for play and relaxation!!

I love, love, love this place. It is decorated so warm and inviting on the inside. Kitchen was furnished with everything you could think of if you wanted to prepare a meal and the cottage is so close to everything you could eat out every meal. The pool was sparkling clear and designed for play or reading. And after a fun day out, there are places in this cottage where you can just sit (on very comfortable furniture) and relax and see the dolphins playing right outside or climb into a comfy bed and sleep soundly until the next morning. I would definitely stay here again..

The unit is nice and well decorated. However, some important attention is needed in the kitchen.

The kitchen needs pots and pans to be able to prepare a meal. There was only a small boiler and a Dutch oven. The other pans etc were in very bad shape. We covered them with foil to be able to use them at all. Not up to standard for this type if rental.

Jekyll Island Cottages

The house was beautiful and accommodated our family perfectly. I would have liked the VRBO site to tell me that what they were charging was not all of the cost. I was also charged a fee by the Real Estate Manager for their costs. This was not disclosed until the last payment was due. Also, beware that the beach is not useable for many hours per day. When it is time for high tide there is absolutely not beach/sand. Only the water hitting the rock wall.

Great location, Not so good property

We love visiting the Jekyll Island and surrounding areas and make at least one trip a year. Our experience in the past has been pretty good with the rental properties but had quite a few issues this time around with this property. Starting with the water leak from upstairs bathroom onto the ceiling downstairs right above the breakfast area and AC not working in the later part of our stay. Called the management, they responded quickly and sent a plumber withing a few hours. They worked on it but the issue persisted and got more water leak next day as well. We couldn't use that bathroom and we had only 2 bathrooms left for 8 people. For the air conditioner, they didn't fix that at all and we had to live with it for the last 2 days of our stay. Have stayed in many properties over the years and this is my very first poor review. The person I spoke to at the property management office was courteous but bottom line is we had a torrid time during our stay.
