¡¡Ubicación!! ¡¡Ubicación!! ¡¡Ubicación!! Hermosa casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños con fabulosas vistas desde cada ventana. A solo unos pasos del Beach and Racquet Club con una gran piscina, una piscina para niños, un parque infantil, salas de ejercicios y canchas de tenis y el paseo marítimo a la playa junto a otra piscina disponible para 14 huéspedes de Shipwatch Drive. Cómoda sala de estar y cocina abierta / comedor con una isla de kibutzing para visitar con el cocinero. La suite principal en el segundo piso tiene un área de descanso con televisión y vista al mar / amanecer. Esta habitación se abre hacia el porche de la galería como el que está debajo a lo largo de la sala de estar. Hay una habitación con cama queen en el primer piso y tres habitaciones en el segundo piso, la principal y dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales.

La Asociación de Propietarios de Harbor Island requiere un pase de puerta para obtener acceso a la isla privada. Las tarifas del pase de la puerta del vehículo son por vehículo, establecidas por la isla y están sujetas a cambios. Great and relaxing house

We came for our son’s Marine boot camp graduation. We wanted to stay on the beach for a few extra days. The house was such a relaxing place. Very nice “beach setting” decor. Very clean and convenient. Set away from loud noises. Easy access to the beach and pool. We are very happy with our stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We come in for a breast cancer three day walk and we are a group of 6 women. The house was plenty big enough and we love the location. The pool is steps away and the beach is not far at all (two min walk) We have a few comments that I shared with the management company. 1. outlets did not work, then all of a sudden they did, that's a concern2. we could not get in touch with anyone after 5 pm, that's not ideal, there should be an emergency number3. the kitchen vent is very dirty4. the knives in the kitchen (sharp knives holder) are NOT sharp at all5. the master bathroom shower door is broken, it's going to break and glass will shatter.Overall, we give it a solid B and would stay again. very nice neighborhood.Extra parking fee for a second car is ridiculous, we did not end up needing it, but if the place can fit three cars, we should not be charged for two additional (since we had one)

House with a view

The house was everything advertised. The only negative was furniture, the couches are completely shot. The small kitchen table has a broken leg and one chair is not usable. The other one woblles. That being said I would still highly recommend this house to anyone.

Excellent location

Home is located ideally next to a pool and beach boardwalk with an ocean view from both decks. Home is older and a bit dated but our beach trips are spent mainly outdoors so the furnishings are not a priority. Biggest disappointment was the lack of an outdoor eating area. This was the first house I have ever rented that lacked this feature. The decks are too narrow for tables or to even rock comfortably in the chairs provided with the home. If you plan to cook meals during your stay, bring any skillet you may need with you and a sharp knife! The photos listed on the site are not updated for the master bedroom and this room has apparently been remodeled and there is no longer any carpeting thankfully and the room is spacious and inviting. All in all, we enjoyed the house and the location is awesome! Dining arrangements inside were awkward but this would not have been an issue if there had been outdoor dining on a deck.

Perfect location

The location gets five stars. You literally go down the steps and walk into the pool area. You walk across the dock to the beach. It’s gorgeous. The house is beautiful, but a few things need improvement. The blender is not good and missing a piece. The kitchen is very well stocked though. The house was clean, but not thoroughly cleaned. The ceiling fans, the ceiling vents and other areas haven’t been cleaned in a long time. The windows would be great if the screens were in for fresh air. Location is great. 10 mins from Fripp and about 30 to Beaufort. Communication with the management company is not great. In emails they state one thing, but their “fine print” is completely different. For example, in the email it states you can have up to three cars. However, they don’t tell you in that email that there’s an extra charge for parking “island rules”. Would we rent again-yes. Location was the best thing about it and it’s a nice house.

Great place & location

We were close to the pool & beach. It was quiet which was a surprise. There was some wear & tear to parts of the house which was expected since our stay was in August. Nothing took away from our enjoying the house or out time spent there.

Location, location!

The house is right by a pool and an extremely short walk to the beach. Also only a short walk to another pool and the amenities of the Club. Harbor Island is a very family friendly place. The house has 4 bedrooms, is large, comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Relaxing weekend

We enjoyed a relaxing Easter weekend. The house is right by the neighborhood pool and the beach boardwalk. Beds are comfortable, main floor bedroom was wonderful for Grandmother with its own bathroom. Waking up in the master and watching the sun rise from the upstairs porch was a joy! I will definitely seek this place out again - fun family weekend! Our teen girls each had a friend and each had a room with twin beds so spaces worked out well. All the girls shared the upstairs hall bathroom and we had the master suite. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay.

Shipwatch is more like Shipwreck on Harbor Island.

House was not ready for early check in like promised. Cleaning lady was not aware and we lost 3 hours of check in time. The cable would not work only basic channels. After 2 days finally told that the owners didn't pay the cable bill but would and would fixed in 24 hours. Cable was never fixed and was brought to tidewatche's attention daily. The couch and love seat were springy over used and uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs were unstable. Main floor bathroom sink handle was broken and nearly impossible to shut off. Rocking chair had broken spindles. No offer to compensate for any of this whatsoever Stay away from this rental as it’s a shipwreck. As Tidewater is more like a Tidal Wave of destruction.

Clean, and great location but needs love and care!!!!!!

The location to the pools was awesome, unfortunately during our stay all the pools were closed due to social distancing. The house was clean but is in need of some love and care. It was a VERY tight fit for 7 people. The couch has spring issues which made it uncomfortable to sit on. There were 2 tables to eat at and 1 of the had a broken leg, and the chairs were unstable. It was a great location and clean you could tell someone took a lot of care in making it feel like home, but it could use some sprucing up!!
