Immaculate Low Country Oasis on Harbor Island

Welcome to 3 Windjammer Lane, a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home that can easily accommodate up to nine guests. Located on Harbor Island, SC, this peaceful, gated island is known for its graceful dunes covered with sea oats and coastal grasses. The home is steps away from the boardwalk with beach access, and historic Beaufort is just an easy 15 mile drive away. This beautiful home has been recently updated and professionally decorated throughout with casual coastal home décor.

Guests will enjoy the amazing ocean, tidal creek, and marsh views from every room in the home as well as spectacular sunsets from the front porch or the home's multiple decks.
The home's main level boasts a stylish kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats three. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table adjacent to the kitchen which seats six.

Access to a deck with outdoor furniture is located just off the dining area. This is the ideal place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or an evening cocktail while enjoying the ocean breeze and beautiful views.

The living room is adjacent to the dining area and features a plush leather sofa, an armchair, and a 43-inch Smart TV and DVD player. The owners have provided a collection of DVDs and Paramount Plus as well as a variety of card and board games for the entertainment of their guests. This home offers high-speed wireless internet access for your convenience. A half-bath and laundry room are located off the living area.

At the end of the day, guests can relax in one of the four comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on the main level and features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bath with a step-in shower. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a king-sized bedroom, with an en-suite bath with shower-over-tub, and a queen-sized bedroom and the children in your group will enjoy a bunk room, which features a full-sized bed and a set of bunk beds. The queen-sized bedroom and the bunk room shares a bathroom with a shower-over-tub. Each bedroom features a wall-mounted HDTV with Paramount Plus.

The rental of 3 Windjammer includes access to all Harbor Island Community amenities, which include pools, tennis and pickleball courts, playground equipment, a chipping green, and a workout room.

The owner provides 6 adult beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, assorted beach toys, boogie boards, and a small, wheeled beach cart for transporting things to and from the beach. A gas grill is available for cookouts, plus, a four-person golf cart is available to further explore the island.

No pets and no smoking, please.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
