Overall it was fine. The interior wasn't in the greatest condition - flies in the kitchen, loose front door and bedroom door, a variety of cracks, dents and marks all around the unit - but it was good enough. Yeah that bedroom door was LOOSE though. The frame was cracked. A child could've kicked it in. We barricaded it with a suitcase.

Wild bird watching

Place was nice. Got to watch wild birds right outside the deck. Vacassa was available 24/7. We had missing pots and pans and they send new set of pots of pans the very next day. Great service! Will definitely be back soon.

Very quiet, private location, beautiful sunset views over the bay. The house itself is very pleasant, but be aware that the steps up to the second floor bedroom are extremely steep. Do not allow young children to sleep up there.

Perfect spot

The view is amazing! The sunset is right there. It’s a very quiet area. My friends and i definitely look forward to coming back. The only things that bothered us was that the pans were old and there was a coffee maker and no pot. Also there is no door for the upstairs room.

Beach home

Overall the location was peaceful comfortable reliable. Improvements that could benefit us and everyone who stays there would be to repair nail pops, paint the air vents with spray and hinges to stop rust continuing. Replace all pots and pans, the ones that were there were missing in already in need of replacement. Either way we would definitely stay there we felt safe clean and comfortable. Thank you owner s

Property smelled like wet dog the entire weekend. Furniture all needs replaced the couch is so busted you can’t even sit on it. Didn’t look to have been cleaned before we stayed. We found used Q-tips in the bathroom and loft. Beds are super cheap from Walmart, you can feel every single spring and we all woke up with sore backs. Floors were super dusty and sandy. View is nice and we felt it was spacious at least. Outside and deck are newly renovated. This place just needs some TLC.

Great cottage just need some TLC

The maids must check the locations often and clean everything. I found mold on a chopping board the bathrooms had chemical residue everywhere. The washer and dryer is struggling and the microwave will die anyday soon. The tv in the room doesn’t work. This place is an awesome stay but it must be looked after and taken care of to give an overall better experience.

Not again using this service

House was not clean, bugs fling around the kitchen. Bathroom was not clean. Not cable and or Wifi /internet working at all. Had to call for service. To whole weekend not TV and or cable working. Other building under the same management did not work.

We Got Catfished

I don't even know where to begin... for having to pay X amount for a cleaning fee; the house was disgusting, the WiFi didn't work so the Roku TV didn't work as well. There was crusted over food on the baking sheets, grease on the pans and cups, dried food on the plates, wet food in the dishwasher, and the stove was covered in grease. There was a half smoked cigarette in the pantry, light bulbs were missing from some of the fixtures, only one TV actually turned on. I spoke with the customer service (called twice, first time a representative hung up on me) and sent in photo evidence of how nasty the house is. There was no dish soap, but there was a couple of sponges and was next to a box Raid insect killer under the sink. There was roach/rodent feces in the closet, with a rodent trap that appeared to be several months old. In the corners of the whole house was bundles of spider webs and as for the router in the closet, the Ethernet cable appeared to be hot glued to the router. This was a disappointing house I would never go back to this house nor recommend.

Horrible, looks were deceiving!

This place was HORRIBLE, looks were very very deceiving. I was a guest from 12/30-1/2, and my stay was horrible, something I will never forget. I was very disgusted just staying here and this is from "mice" running around to "mice droppings", lots of it from the kitchen oven drawer to part of the kitchen cabinet above the countertop, to the bedroom that includeds dirt, dust, and trash. There were no tables and chairs in the unit, and this unit slept up to 8 people, the unit had 1 tv remote for 3 TVs, the kitchen dishes/ utensils etc. were both dirty and with stains, the dish washer OMG had a foul order from the food that was left in there seems like for months, a "white cup" was left in the cabinet with something that could not become clean because it was so hard, "no glasses to drink out" of, the pots/pans, etc. were nasty not washed at all or just needed to be thrown out, along with that refrigerator with no brackets to hold anything on the I was a guest Cynthia Randolph, at the above location from 12/30-1/2, and I am requesting a full refund, my stay was something horrible that I will never forget, I was very disgusted just staying here and this is from "mice" running around to "mice droppings", lots of it from the kitchen oven drawer to part of the kitchen cabinet above the countertop, to the bedroom behind the bed and nite stand that included dirt, dust, and trash. There were no tables and chairs in the unit, and this unit is up to 8 people, the unit had 1 tv remote for 3 TVs running back and forth to use. The kitchen dishes/utensils etc. were either dirty or dirty with stains, the "white cup" was actually in the cabinet with the plates/cups with "no glasses to drink out" of, the pots/pans, etc. were nasty not washed at all or just needed to be thrown out, along with that refrigerator with no brackets to hold anything on the inside of the fridge inside of the fridge, blood stain on the bed comforter; just HORRIBLE

Great place for the price

The WiFi sucked, but other then that it is a great place for as cheap as it is. Good location within easy walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. It's nothing fancy but it is well worth it.

A nice place to stay

The location was quiet and a short drive from everything in ocean city. The view of the sunset out the back window were very nice. The location also had more than enough beds and a comfy couch, full kitchen and washer and drier. Very convinient.

Took my daughter with 3 friends and my friend. Nice and spacious great having 2 bathrooms, loved back deck, close to beach, parking good, quiet area. Sliding door didn’t unlock but maintenance man came quick. Loft area is steep did not use for safety reasons. Would definitely rent again.

Uncomfortable beds dirty floors when we got here fridge door bars for shelves look like they are going to break linen and towels when there should have been none wifi goes in and out alot cleaning crew was not thorough felt scared to step on the decks felt like I was gonna fall through on certain parts.
