Junto al histórico King & Prince Beach Resort se encuentran las Villas King & Prince frente al mar.

King & Prince 450 se encuentra en la punta de la playa del edificio y tiene impresionantes vistas del océano Atlántico y los terrenos del complejo King & Prince.

Al ingresar a la unidad, la cocina abierta mira hacia el área del comedor y hacia la sala de estar; el plano de planta abierto es ideal para socializar. El salón cuenta con un gran televisor de pantalla plana y una acogedora chimenea. Justo al lado de la sala de estar hay un balcón frente al mar para disfrutar de la brisa del mar y ver las mareas.

La residencia cuenta con dos habitaciones. El espacioso master cuenta con acceso al balcón y vistas al océano. El baño tiene un doble lavabo, tocador elevado para mayor comodidad y ducha con azulejos.

El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales y un baño adyacente con tocador elevado y ducha / bañera.

Los huéspedes de King & Prince 450 tienen acceso a una piscina privada en el patio para los residentes e invitados de Villas.

We had a good time in the Saint Simons area. The property was right on the ocean, so the views were amazing.

Great beachfront stay!

This is was a great beachfront property! Extremely close to the beach. Property was very clean, with a very smooth checkin and out process! Location of rental also allows opportunity to walk to locations for lunch/dinner.

A great getaway!

It was a nice condo with a great view, a well-stocked kitchen, and a very short distance to the beach. What else could you as for? We enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything about this property was as good as, or better than, what was promised. The photo of the property didn’t do it justice. The beautiful beach in the day and the lighted pool in the evening. Lovely visit.

Spring Conference 2023

The villa was very comfortable and convenient. It was in the same resort as my conference. The only suggestion I would make is possibly buy new mattresses for all beds.

Great stay.

Front door keys needed to be replaced. Had to work key to get it to open door. My 77 year old mother fell in hall shower. Needs something so tub and tile floor is not so slippery. View was GREAT. Overall good time had at property.

Great condo- but be aware of included amenities.

Great condo for our party of four. Accommodations were perfect, kitchen was well stocked, and overall comfortably appointed. Having been at the King & Prince on many occasions, the only surprise was being denied access to the main pool area as this property is not included as part of the resort’s “amenities package.” Otherwise, great condo and wonderful weekend.

Just right

We enjoyed our condo, enough room to spread out and relax. Weather went fickle on us for our 2 full days here, so that was disappointing especially with nice sunny warm days before and after. Just bad luck. Nice to have the beach chairs and bikes also, but limited use with weather. Thought Hodnett did a great job. Thanks, R

Disappointed

At first glance this property was nice. But it was bug infested, the patio door could not be opened from the the outside. The patio table looked like it was picked up from a garbage heap, there .was mold in the bathroom. We could not finish our stay. What a shame this once beautiful place is so neglected. The did move us to another unit..

Lacked attention to detail

Unit was accurately depicted. However, no paper products at all in the unit. Required a call to management. One bar of soap for two showers, no toaster, worn and uncomfortable sofa, if the tv worked in the bedroom, it was beyond my technical abilities—there was note, but I could not decipher. Beautiful view from balcony, appreciated the provided beach chairs and umbrella. View from balcony beautiful and as depicted

Poor management by company handling rental

Management didn’t have the unit prepared for visitors. Door lock didn’t work, had to call to get in, the lock continued to be a problem. Sliding door to balcony was broken and we couldn’t use it. TV had to be service by management and many other things that should have been addressed before renters arrived.. Too much time was spent on phone calls to management. Very disappointed in whole experience

We are so disappointed to learn that we were not able to rectify this situation before you left. Thankfully we had an inspector on site that could quickly assist with the key. I do apologize that the batteries in the remote were not working and I am happy that we could replace them for you. And we apologize that the sliding glass door handle was not working but again relieved that maintenance could replace it that day. We appreciate your feedback and wish that you had had a better experience with us and hope that you will allow us another opportunity to welcome you again.

The property needed a good cleaning and some maintenance. The property manager offered to correct the concerns one afternoon while we were there, but traveling with elderly parents made that more difficult than living with the concerns for a few days. She offered a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. The internet code was obsolete per the front desk. Should you have a problem I would contact the front desk for immediate help with the internet. I love the King and Prince — it was my 10th visit and 3rd in a villa and I will return to the resort. This was a last minute decision to head to the beach and the only villa available in the King and Prince. I prefer the oceanfront villas (condos) in the North building for a better unobstructed view of the sunrise but that is not something that the property manager change. The view of the ocean was still good from this 4th floor unit and included a view of the main resort pool area and was slightly closer to the restaurant, which was easier for my elderly parents. The parking spot is right by the elevator and carts which was very convenient. Overall, a relaxing stay.

Had some issues when first arrived at property, like air did not work and keys would not open door. Called and issues were handled quickly and with very friendly workers. Property could use some updating, peeling pain in living room and ceiling fans only work on low speed. We enjoyed our stay and location was perfect.

Office staff were very helpful. Location of Unit excellent. But Unit needs some work-front door was dirty and rusty, living room has peeling paint, lite fixtures rusty, dirty and needed lite bulbs changed, throw rugs need to be replaced, closet doors off their runners.
