A estrenar, bellamente actualizado, dos habitaciones, dos baños, casa frente al canal en un lote de esquina en el paraíso de la pesca de Little Venice. Un hogar en el mar abierto! Esta encantadora casa de la concha ha sido mejorada sin escatimar ningún detalle. Beachy, acogedor y acogedor! Excelente cocina, amplia y bien equipada con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable Kitchen-Aide. Mesa de comedor para 6 con vistas al canal que fluye libremente con vistas al mar abierto! Cómoda sala de estar con muchos asientos, TV de pantalla plana grande y mucha luz natural. Sala de estar ofrece la reina sofá cama. La suite principal ofrece una cama King, televisor de pantalla plana, baño completo en suite y un amplio armario. Little piece of heaven

Very good location...Could improve a few simple things such as outdoor lighting not working, and the kitchen supplies could use an upgrade. Would definitely rent again because of the location and proximity to Curly's coffee!

Little Venice

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. We love the location, being able to keep boat in water (it’s easy to put in at local boat ramp) , and layout of house. The grill gives us a great option for cooking outdoors. the kitchen has a great set up and all the utensils, dishes to make for a homely stay. Beds are comfortable which is nice to have after enjoying the boating on the awesome water all day! If you choose to stay here you’ll love the easy walk to Triton seafood (hogfish is the best!) and Fish Tales (the scallops!) and a must is a snorkeling trip at Captain hooks,

Absolutely amazing

Stayed the first week of May and enjoyed everything immensely. Large group of manatee's feeding everyday around 10;30 in the morning to see. Home is immaculate and has all the immunities necessary. Quick access to the open water and Vaca Cut and can easily maneuver in the canal with water on 2 sides. Thank you Jessica!!!!

Great for boating

Amazing location to have a boat. Minutes to open water, and the vaca cut around the corner, super convenient. Very clean property and super quiet location. Outside space could definitely use an upgrade, lacking in outdoor furniture and some shade could be a great addition. And outdoor lighting would be huge, was difficult leaving in the early morning with no lights on the driveway or back dock area. Inside, was fine but lacks those homey, thoughful touches, feels cold and cheap. Overall a decent stay, but would not return. Also, the check in/out process feels dated, get a lock box.

Nice location and well-stocked

The house was in a very convenient location and was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything one needs to cook (i.e. dishes, pots, pans, knives, glasses, mugs, etc.) However, we had two "smaller" issues while we were there. One, was not their fault - the first night the sewage backed up into the house and the toilets were unusable. It turned out to be a city issue not a house issue. Jessica, the property manager, did deal with it quickly and had the maid come clean the bathrooms for us. The other issue we had was that the trash cans when we were arrived on Saturday were completely full and trash day was supposed to be Saturday and Tuesday. Not sure why it wasn't taken on Saturday, but by Tuesday we had nowhere to put our trash. Also the recycle bin had items in it that they city would not consider "recyclable" so we had to rummage through the recycle bin to fill the regular trash bins up even more. Something that should have been taken care of before we arrived on Saturday and not something we should have to deal with. Especially since check-in wasn't until 4:00pm. Other than those two minor issues, we had a great time. The house was decorated nice, the beds were great, and it was very convenient for coming in and out with our boat from both the Atlantic side and the Gulf side.

Perfect property!

This place has everything we needed! Keeping our boat in the water all week was a plus. We could go out and come back for a break or lunch. Location is right next to vaca cut so it’s easy to get to gulf and atlantic. Views from patio are amazing. We are already planning this same location for next spring!

Marvelous in Marathon

Wonderful time. House was in perfect location for us. Fishing and Manatee watching daily! Best food in Marathon 2 blocks away as was fishing charters and bait store. We will rent again!

Fabulous house on the water

We absolutely loved our vacation at this house. Perfect location and canal with easy open water access. Perfect if renting a boat. House is well stocked and neighborhood is quiet. Furniture all comfortable. Beds are firm but comfortable. Everything is updated and suited our needs. There is open access to the canal with no fencing or barrier so perhaps not appropriate for families small children. Our son is 10 and the house fit the three of us perfect. Will most likely rent this again. There are plenty of beach towels for use. Only wish there were a few beach chairs for use. Having cabana club access is a great way to round out the day after some time on the boat or at the beach. Highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location.

You will not find a better place to really enjoy what Marathon has to offer.It is quiet but you can get into the bustle of Marathon in one minute. Enjoy all the fish right of the dock where the water is crystal clear. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. We plan on renting there again.

Great view

Very nice house with amazing coastal decor. Lots room and amazing kitchen. Driveway fits 1 car but there's overflow parking around the block. Would definitely rent again.
