Brand new twin home featuring 3 bedroom 2 bath, fully furnished with modern design to accommodate a max capacity of 6 people. 10' ceilings throughout the entire house. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and more. Stainless steel appliances with plenty of seating in both counter and dining room with a open floor plan. Open window views to the ocean. Living area has a 65" Tv with bluetooth sound bar. Master bedroom has a king bedroom, large walk-in closet and master bathroom and a 50" Tv. Second and third bedrooms have queen beds, dressers and big closets. Second full bathroom with tub located on wide hallway. House is equipped with Wifi and landline. Downstairs includes a huge open area to enjoy the breeze with lounge chairs, dining table with 6 chairs, and other seating. There's a 4 burner gas grill for your outdoor pleasures. There are also 3 beach cruiser bikes for your enjoyment.
Location is key and this home is steps away from the Glunz Beach Club. A complimentary membership is included for up to 4 guests to enjoy its white private sand beach, two large pools, jacuzzi and gym. Key Colony is a friendly walk-able island, offering a par 3, 9-hole golf course, public tennis courts, basketball court and Sunset Park where you can enjoy its daily sunset celebration. There's also several bars, restaurants, coffee shop, clothing and gift stores and charter fishing center. It is truly an unbelievable community to come on your next tropical vacation. Key West is only 50 minutes away from having a great time on Duval Street. The property does not have a dock. Due to COVID, we recommend you purchase traveler’s insurance in case of illness after cancellation period.

Good location

Great neighborhood for walking and biking. The house is very nice and well stocked. We enjoyed the bikes and the beach club. Would stay here again.

Christmas Getaway 2021

Keys vacation

My family of 6 traveled to the Keys for vacation. The home and location were beautiful and a perfect mid-point location for exploring the Keys. The owners were extremely easy to work with and personable. Lots of activities in the area and we enjoyed the use of the bicycles and access to the beach club nearby. Would definitely stay again!

A great home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The passes to Glutz Resort was a great bonus! The home is exactly as pictured and described. Being in the middle of the keys was great too. Highly recommend to all who may be thinking about staying here!

Beautiful place in Marathon

Great place for our family of six. Water pressure in showers was super, kitchen appliances were perfect and layout worked well for our family. The washer and dryer were a bonus to wash / dry clothes as needed and wash/dry our beach towels every night.

Great property!!

We stayed here with two other couples and we were all very comfortable here. We loved everything about the house and property. We especially enjoyed the down stairs area with the table and chairs. We also enjoyed the passes to the pool. We definitely would rent this place again.

Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and very comfortable. The beds were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was ideal. Beach club was also a plus. I also loved having a washer and dryer to keep towels and swim suits clean and dry. Highly recommend.

Fabulous stay!

We had a great stay at this property. The home is very clean and lovely. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has pretty much everything you would need right down to specialty drink glasses! The owners wee so easy to work with and check in was a breeze. The staff at the pool venue were also very nice and welcoming! I would/will stay here again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!!

Perfect Get Away spot

It was a perfect home base to explore the Keys. The unit was just as great as the pictures looked and very close to the beach club, which we enjoyed. The outdoor space was great to have, especially if you are scuba divers. Since it allowed us area to dry our equipment out. Would rent this unit again in a heart beat.

Fabulous Home!!

I miss it already! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There were 5 of us….we enjoyed every day there and would come back in a heartbeat 💓 The location is perfect right in the middle of the Keys so anything we wanted to do was a quick trip away. There is a lot to do in Marathon. We really enjoyed the bikes and the heated pool at the Gunz beach resort which was across the street. Wonderful hosts, fabulous accommodations!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is immaculate. We spent our week beach hopping and this property was perfectly located to run up or down the islands. Summer Vacay

The house is beautiful, spacious and in a great location. Our teenagers loved the bikes, they rode them all over Key Coloney and our 5-year-old made great use of the close playground. Our only complaint would be is that the house did smell like pet pee. I opened the windows a few times to air it out but, the overall stay was fantastic. The beach club passes were an added bonus. Everyone there was super nice and accommodating.

Great Property and Location!

Amazing location in Key Colony Beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood but still minutes from everything in Marathon. The property is brand new with top of the line finishings. Plenty of room for our family of four. The outdoor area underneath the house adds a lot of extra outdoor living space to relax, grill and have our young kids run around. The included passes to the beach club were also a big bonus. Short walk to use the pool and beach. Property owners were extremely helpful and responsive. Overall great property and experience. We'll be back soon.

Fantastic property!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo! From the moment I booked it, any questions or concerns I had were met with a prompt and super friendly response. The unit was spotless and very well-equipped. (The one and only small negative was the lack of lamps in the living area- there were only overhead lights, which are quite bright. We borrowed two small Christmas trees from the closet and used those for lamps and that made it nice and cozy.) We would definitely stay here again as the location was just perfect for just about any activity and the hosts were excellent!

Great home base

We spent two weeks in this home away from home, 1 week with our children and 1 week with our cousins. The location is ideal for so many activities. We had 2 manageable day trips to Key West, spent 1/2 day fishing on Marathon lady, visited the beach/pool nearly daily at Gluntz’s (& Havana Jack’s) and went on several local tours. There is plenty to do and we enjoyed it. The Sunset Park ceremony was adorable. The place itself is clean and comfortable, and we felt at home, made many meals with local fresh food and ate at the picnic table several times. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the early morning and in the evening with near perfect weather. We have been to the Florida Keys several times but this is the first time we rented a home and we are pleased we chose this place.

My husband I and spend most of our time here in Marathon. We own two homes and make the best memories of them when they are not rented. We have been married 35 years and have 2 grown children. We love boating, fishing and the sun. We enjoy driving a few times a month to Key West to enjoy the day. Once we have cross the 18 mile stretch, we begin our relax mode knowing that heaven awaits. We love it here!!!!!

We named this property Ocean Breeze because the breeze and the view are breathtaking. Brand new construction, new furnishings, its beautiful. You don't need the use of your vehicle once you are here. 1 minute walk to pool and beach. It's truly amazing!!!!!!!!

Open floor plan with Ocean view and fully loaded and equipped kitchen. The breeze never stops flowing. It's paradise!!!!!
