Everything about this property is amazing. The unit itself is nice and has a great view of the pool and you can also see the gulf. The area around the property is awesome as well - lots of good dining options, etc. The beach is a short walk from the unit and the sand and water are amazing. We had a wonderful time!

The building was very well maintained. The host was great,. My only suggestion would be another set of beach towels. But, I thought the condo was great.

This VRBO had everything on our checklist. Jan, the owner, is wonderfully helpful and responsive with any questions you may have.Comfy beds, awesome shower, kitchen stocked well enough to get started.A large balcony for morning coffee, evening, cocktails, & sunset views of the ocean. On third floor, so a quick trip down to the pool. The pool is absolutely wonderful!A good walk out to the most beautiful beach, with wagon, chairs, umbrella provided by our owner. If you love, shelling, this beach is the place.Outdoor grounds and building so well-maintained. A short walk to our favorite breakfast place,Doreen’s and Joey‘s, for great Italian food/pizza. We would love to return to this place again!

Beautiful island, and home.

The property sits right at the base of a natural lagoon, and white sandy beaches. The shells are plentiful, and the beach is so clean. The condo is clean, well kept, and quiet. We avoid touristy locations, and prefer quiet and laid back, this is it. Jan was so nice, always available, and communicative. We will be coming back!

Great place on the beach

Lots of things to do in Marco Island! This place is on a great beach, close to good restaurants and shops. Condo could use a deep clean, especially the bathtubs and floors. But it was well equipped with anything you’d need for a long stay.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo in a wonderful resort. The condo was VERY clean and everything was as advertised. The bed & couch were a little soft for my “fussy” back, but the rest of my family was comfortable. The owners were very sweet and in constant contact if we needed anything at all, even though they lived abroad. All in all, a nice reprieve from the northern snow. Thankyou Jan, we enjoyed our stay!!

My Review

The place is exactly as described. The owner was easy to get a hold of. We enjoyed the pool and beach. The beach is a little bit of a walk away but there is a cart available. The pool does not allow food and this is enforced which is a little challenging when you have young children.

First time to Marco

This was our first time to visit Marco Island, and we loved this condo! Jan was very easy to get ahold of with questions we had before our trip as well as after we arrived. Pool was great, walk to the beach as others have said is a decent walk, but the wagon was very helpful, my husband and I also enjoyed having the gym downstairs. The view from the balcony to the pool was great for those not wanting to be in the sun or needing to stay in while baby napped. We were also able to watch the sunset from our balcony without the hike to the beach. Have already recommended this condo to others and will definitely stay here again.

One of our best experiences!

We have stayed in many Vrbo rentals before all over FL, but this is one is with no doubt one of our favorites already. Perfect for our family of 4 (two little boys 4 and 8). House is perfectly clean, everything looks new, kitchen is well equipped, nice view to the pool, walk distance to the beach. The house is equipped with everything you need for the beach from toys for the kids to chairs, umbrella and cart. Building is fantastic in ever aspect. Stuff is extremely friendly! We had an incident and lost our keys and both the owners and building stuff did all they could and more to help us. Nothing bad to say at all and we will sure be back there very soon!

Winter trip for new retiree

The unit was perfect for us. Everything we needed as available including kitchen utensils, beach items, comfortable furniture and nice big TV in the main room. The balcony is large and covers the entire length of the unit. Each room has glass doors that provide a nice view of the pool and ocean. We were able to watch the sunset every night sitting on the balcony. The property has all the we wanted with pool, gym, laundry, tennis and pickleball as well as covered parking. The location is extremely quiet and has 24 hour security. Lastly I want to mentioned how accommodating the owner was. He responded almost immediately to any question and made himself available to help with check in as we arrived late at night when the office was closed. We will certainly stay here again.

Nice location, except 700 steps to the water from the property to the ocean across the sand

The owner of the property was very attentive and helpful! We really appreciated it! There we a few issues but promptly taken care of because of her attentive way! They do need a better cleaning crew though!
