Casa moderna de mediados de siglo completamente renovada de 4 habitaciones en el corazón de Littleton. Vaya en bicicleta al centro de Littleton, donde hay restaurantes, boutiques pintorescas, salones de té, cervecerías, estudios de yoga, salones de belleza, un centro de recreación y, lo mejor de todo, ¡una tienda de chocolates! Está a 20 minutos del centro de Denver. ¡Vaya en bicicleta o camine por el sendero del río Platte hasta el centro de Denver si es aventurero! A 9 casas de distancia se encuentra The High Line Canal trail (un camino de irrigación sombreado de 60 millas para excursionistas, corredores, ciclistas y jinetes). ¡Eso hará que entres tus pasos! We were here Thanksgiving week 2025. Plenty of room for five adults. We used the kitchen to make some sides and desserts to bring to extended family Thanksgiving dinner.An added bonus was that a nearby neighbor had put up an elaborate Christmas display.Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in this family friendly home and had so much fun. The communication with the host/owner was great. The home is just as pictured but even better than the photos. Our granddaughter loved the teepee and played in it every day. That was a nice surprise. The beds were really comfortable and everything was so clean. We went to Colorado for a wedding and the location of this home is wonderful. We were able to take a short drive every day and go site seeing... Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Amphitheatre, shopping in Breckenridge, Boulder and Colorado Springs. We loved everything about the house, the area and the owner. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely stay again when we are out that way.

Home was clean and well stocked throughout. Owners communicated quickly if I had questions. Great quiet neighborhood with easy access. Bedrooms are spacious and plenty of supporting equipment such as blankets, fans, games, pillows, etc. Plenty of stores within short driving distances. House was perfect for our 7 guests.

Kitchen was great! FYI: The refrig filter needs replacement, we found one end of the table leaf needs repair, there were two tumbler size glasses out of I would image a group of 8, to match the set of short ones. The lower level bathroom could have used more towel bars. Loved the floor plan. Our group of 7 was very comfortable. We were out by 11:00, and washed, dried and folded all sets of towels and sheets. Another load was in the washer and one in the dryer. We look forward to returning! Our daughter had a lovely wedding at the Hudson Gardens!

Very welcoming home that had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens and towels. Comfortable inside and backyard. Would definitely rent again if the need arises.

Amazing property. They thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Would definitely book again if ever in the area. Patio, grill, fire pit, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of towels. They do a great job with this cozy home. Well decorated and charming as can be. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Home away from Home

The house felt like home while we were visiting for our daughter's wedding at the Manor House. We had the rehearsal dinner at Cafe Terracotta only a 9 min drive from the house. It was perfect! Thank you so much for providing a lovely house to return to after each wedding event and days full of adventures.

The house was lovely and well maintained. It was well situated for exploring both Denver and the mountain areas. We loved the variety of activities available. There was a maintenance issue with the air conditioning and the owner was prompt in resolving the problem and kept us informed of the process.The house had everything we needed for a great week!

Good location

Home was clean and well decorated-comfy furniture.Layout is split level with the kitchen, living, dining on main floor.The upper level-master bdr,1 bath and 2 bdrms-the pink one and bunks.This bathroom is fine but needs brighter lighting and a new shower head.The lower level has the 2nd living, a restroom (shower-which is a little small) combined with laundry rm., and the other queen bdr.That room has a fan and stays cool.The bed is comfortable but does sink in slightly in the middle-still great for our son.Toiletry items provided were shampoo, conditioner and body wash.The kitchen was pretty well stocked.There was parchment paper but lacking seran wrap and foil.Our kids liked having a fooseball table but half of the men aren't working and there's no pucks for air hockey so the playing was short lived.We did enjoy bocce ball.The bedrooms all have closets and some hangers provided which is great.The main issue that caused me to not give 5 stars is because of the the AC.It would do a hold to a set temperature and no amount of troubleshooting allowed us to fix it.We like it about 70 degrees especially at night so we were hot-all except our son downstairs.We did utilize the box fan provided to help some and left the kids doors opened.The master bed was too plush for us.Tried taking the topper off but then it was too firm for my husband.It was nice to be near trails for evening walks.I'd recommend the house if you need to be in Lttleton and if you actually prefer a warmer house.

Beautiful, clean

This home is amazing. There is so much space in the kitchen. We travelled with the in-laws. It worked out perfectly, with a bedroom that includes the king sized bed, in the bottom level, which is comfortable and clean. Our bedroom was on the third level, so we had great space. The kitchen is very spacious and fully functional with plenty of dishes and utensils. The backyard is beautiful and peaceful. What a wonderful home. This will be our first choice when we come back to Littleton.

Great Weekend Stay

We stayed here to take the whole family to a Red Rocks concert in Morrison and it worked out great. The house is very clean and well appointed. We left with no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Home

We had a relaxing and wonderful stay at this property for 2 weeks. The neighborhood is great and our location was perfect for our needs. Everything was very clean and comfortable. If we return to the area, will definitely look into this rental again.

Perfect girl's weekend retreat!

The host was very accommodating and let us check in early. The property was beautiful and met our needs with everyone having their own room and 2 shared bathrooms. We felt safe and the home was clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The backyard is nice and private and has lots of beautiful trees.

Perfect Spot

The property was perfect for our stay with our three-generation group. Great location with easy access to major roads, downtown Littleton and the trail (which is a really pleasant place for a hike). Well equipped so we had all we needed and the grandkids settled in well.

Nice Littleton Home

Beautiful home. Perfect for 4-6 people , but could accommodate 8 family members. Beds were amazing. Top notch mattresses and pillows for great nights of sleep. Well set up with large master upstairs and two small bedrooms, great kitchen, dining , living room on main floor… very open…. with 4-5 stairs doen to an open tv room, with connecting bedroom and bathroom/ laundry room. Had a fantastic stay. Owner very responsive on app and text.

Family weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The house met all our needs. We consisted of two couples, one with an infant, and a single adult. The house was very clean. We spent most of our time in the great room. We prepared breakfast and lunch at the house and had dinner obligations most nights. Kitchen was well-equipped. Beds were comfortable. Nice neighborhood. Nice back yard.

Great home to gather family and friends

The property is centrally located to walking trails and a short drive to downtown Littleton. It has plenty of off-street parking for multiple vehicles. We enjoyed the large kitchen and gathering areas with comfortable seating for all of us. We plan to stay again the next time we have family in town!

We are Karlan and Angela Tucker. We have lived in Littleton since 1991. We have raised our 3 children here of whom still currently live in the area. We have watched as downtown Littleton has changed from the local small town hardware and feed store to a great dining and shopping local. I (Angela) enjoy meeting new people and making spaces for people to enjoy themselves whether in decorating, cooking or entertaining.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home is convenient to so many things. We are close enough to downtown Denver so that it's a mere 20 minutes but far enough so that you get a smaller town feel close to Downtown Littleton. We are minutes away from Littleton Hospital. The highline canal is 5 houses down of which runs for miles for walking/biking. I also love the open feel to this midcentury modern home with original hardwood flooring with a vaulted tongue and groove ceiling.
