Remodeled 3BR 3BA in Centennial. 10 minutes from Fiddler's Green, 25 minutes from Red Rocks. Less than 5 minutes to Whole Foods, Trader Joes and tons of shopping and dining at SouthGlenn Shopping Center. The backyard offers a private oasis with pool, mountain views and 500 sq feet of covered living space for outdoor enjoyment. This includes a bar, comfortable seating and TV. Interactive LED lighting for an immersive experience. Note the pool is open early May through end of September. There is a basement equipped with a movie theater/game room and themed children's playroom for added entertainment and to keep the little ones occupied.
