Excelente ubicación para alquileres a corto plazo y de temporada. Una hermosa, espaciosa casa para no fumadores, ideal para familias en 1. 7 acres privados en el centro de Warren. Tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente y hasta 11 personas con futón y cama nido. (se aplica un cargo adicional de $ 25 por noche por cada huésped adicional que supere los 8 huéspedes). A solo 2 minutos a pie del puente cubierto de Warren y nadando en el río Mad ya 5 minutos a pie de la tienda Warren y Pitcher Inn. Las zonas de esquí de Sugarbush y Mad River Glen están a poca distancia en coche. Esta casa llena de sol cuenta con amplias habitaciones, cocina gourmet y una terraza envolvente con vistas.

Wonderful and spacious house!

Communication with Brett( owner) was exceptional. So helpful and responsive. We loved everything about the house! We had a wonderful time and already booked a return stay this fall for an artist retreat!

Thanksgiving in the Mad River Valley

We spent a wonderful holiday with family in Vermont. The house was perfect for us to host Thanksgiving for 12. We had ample seating and the kitchen is well equipped to prep a large dinner. Beautiful spot!

Fun in the Mad River Valley!

We spent a fantastic week here and highly recommend it. The property is very private and peaceful. Minutes away from swimming holes, water falls and the mountains. And a scenic and easy ride to Burlington for a day trip there. We hope to come back again in ski season!

Great location, great people, great house

The house was very clean and in great shape. We stayed with our 3 kids who loved the rooms. Location is really perfect, we loved walking to the Warren Store in the morning for coffee and it’s a perfect jumping off place for swimming holes, restaurants, sugarbush, etc. We stayed in the summer and loved the outdoor space including the large yard. Really no negatives to say.

Our Fifth Summer Visit to Warren

This House is the best! The Grandkids can be entertained inside and out. We prepared a few dinners in the very comfortable and well appointed kitchen. We also had a few dinners out in some terrific restaurants. We can’t wait to return next summer.

Perfect retreat

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house. Everything you could think of was there. It was so peaceful and relaxing - and there was a moose in the front yard one morning! Brett and Sue were wonderful. We will be back for sure!

Hidden gem

We stayed at this house for Norwich University’s graduation. I wish I found it 4 years ago as it was perfect. 25 min from campus and was spacious enough for our entire family and other cadets. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this house.

Mad River Trip

We loved the location of the Mad River Valley house. Close to all of the areas attractions and hiking. It was ideal for our intentions of getting away for a few days to hike and relax. The house is spacious and well maintained. The bedroom A/C units were definitely needed during our stay as it was quite a bit warmer then usual during our stay.

Perfect week

The house in Warren is perfect for a family visit. It is clean and bright. Plenty of space inside and out. There is a wonderful fenced in area for the dogs. The kids 2, 4 and 6 had so much room outside to play. A wonderful time was had by all. Thank you Brett and Susanne.

Cozy, comfortable, convenient!

We stayed at Brett and Susanne’s lovely Warren, VT home for our annual family ski vacation, this year at Sugarbush. The house was cozy, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were immediately responsive to our questions, and provided detailed and helpful suggestions about the house and area attractions. Our two Golden retrievers loved the large fenced-in yard. The mud room/entryway was perfect for a family of skiers. If we ski Sugarbush again, we won’t hesitate to have a repeat visit!

Fabulous spot in idyllic Warren

We rented this house for 10 days while our house was undergoing remodeling. The house was sparkling clean and fully stocked with everything we could need. The space is very comfortable and nice with lots of great light. The outdoor space was perfect for kids’ playing and bike riding and for us to eat, work and relax. A short walk to beautiful Warren village or long walks in the other direction for exercise! Brett was extremely responsive and helpful from the beginning all the way through our stay. We hope to return to this lovely spot!

Perfect Vacation Home!!

This home is the PERFECT rental. The owners provide lots of extras - sheets, towels, beach towels, shampoo, paper products - to make even packing for your stay easy! The house was spotless when we arrived! The yard is gorgeous with a volley ball net that we enjoyed. We had dinner on the wrap around porch every night. The tree lined second driveway is like something out of a movie! The beds are all super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need. 1-10 rating I would give this place an 11! We loved our stay!

Everything we were looking for!

This was a great house for our two families for our ski trip. It was very clean and spacious. The location is just 10 minutes from Sugarbush, which is my new favorite mountain! There is a large mud room with plenty of hooks for hanging coats, boot bags, etc. The fireplace warmed the house nicely after a day of skiing. The beds were very comfortable. It snowed while we were there and the scenery was beautiful! The owners were very responsive to my questions. I will definitely book this house again!

Total comfort with fireplace stove

Home has all the comforts. Very large refrigerator. Very spacious house. Large garage for 2 cars. Large mud room. Wrap around deck on large piece of fenced property. Huge wood supply for fireplace stove. Long tree-lined driveway to front door. Very attractive interior. Lovely upstairs bathroom. Totally pleasant stay over thanksgiving weekend in the snow.

Peaceful Family Getaway

A side deck and porch surround this lovely Vermont country home that afford a pretty view of some small mountains. The yard is spacious, private, and welcoming with a Cedar lined drive leading up to the back entrance and a Maple tree lined drive leading to the front. The home itself is very nicely furnished and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We did not use the fireplace, but this would be great addition on a snowy winter evening. We golfed at Sugarbush which is very close and a pretty mountain course. The country store was a nice short walk from the home and great place for lunch. Would highly recommend this home for a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful and spacious!

Beautiful home, well appointed and comfortable. We have 3 teen boys and there was plenty of room to spread out inside and run around outside. We had a wonderful weekend! We enjoyed walking to the store in Warren for coffee or a sandwich. We didn’t get to swim this time, but looking forward to a dip in the Mad River next time. We went to Bluestone for pizza and VT beer and Really enjoyed it. Can definitely recommend Prohibition Pig for bbq before the Ben and Jerry’s tour, everyone liked it! Great home, great spot, highly recommend!

Great house in Warren

We loved our stay at this great home. The village of Warren was beautiful and literally a 2 minute walk from the house. The scenery with the snow was amazing. Home is very dog friendly and our pup enjoyed the fenced in yard. Our girls loved the yard as well and enjoyed sledding and playing in the snow on the property. The wood stove and ample supply of firewood was perfect and the kitchen was awesome to prepare meals! Brett was extremely responsive and kind during booking, prior to our arrival and if we had any questions during the stay. It was a wonderful first visit to Vermont for us! Great central location for us to visit Killington and Woodstock! Highly recommend!

Spectacular - even better in person

We rented this house to have a family visit with our son who lives locally. My daughter, her husband and three children, along with their dog joined my husband and I with our dog for a week in this lovely home. Everyone had a wonderful time, even the dogs. There is plenty of room indoors and out. The fenced in area is a perfect spot for the dogs. The kids could entertain themselves outside and always be seen. The kitchen is fully equipped for the few nights we cooked meals at home. The house is centrally located for dips in the river, hiking and great restaurants. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful House and Location and Host

The house was exactly as pictured. It was great for our family. It is walkable to the small Warren town center - the general store there is great. The house is great for dogs - nice fenced in area. It was well stocked and very clean. The deck was great. The home is an easy hour from Burlington and Stowe. The beautiful Warren Falls are 5 minutes away. There are some great restaurants in town - we loved American Flatbread. The ski resorts are very close and we would love to return in the winter. We had to shorten our original week stay by a few days and Brett was immediately responsive and issued a refund for the few days we couldn't be there. Couldn't recommend this property more. Thank you!

Beautiful Stay in Vermont

We stayed during peak Fall season. We hiked up Mt Lincoln via the snowball ski trail at Sugarbush resort. We biked along the Stowe Biking Path riding past mountain and meadow views and over many wooden bridges crossing streams. We swam indoors in the Natatorium, quiet, not crowded adult laps. The house and property were quiet, beautiful, just perfect. They have a small upright piano that has a wonderful sound. The jacuzzi was perfect after hiking. The King size bed was really comfortable. The kitchen and great room was a delight to hang out in. They have a lot of interesting books to read in the house. Perfect location, house and time. Thanks Suzanne and Brett.

We didn’t want to leave

We had an amazing week here in August! The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures! The kids (5,8) had plenty of room to play inside and out and the 4 adults (my in-laws visited for a couple of nights) had space to relax. We loved eating outside on the covered deck and star gazing in the evening on the open side deck. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t need to reach out much but Brett was very responsive when we we did. There is plenty to do in the area but we enjoyed some of the more low-key things this trip. Exploring the river was our favorite. We spent hours there almost every day skipping stones, swimming, and racing “boats”. We enjoyed a couple of family friendly hikes during the week and spent one afternoon shopping at a couple of stores in Waitsfield (Tempest Bookstore and All Things Bright and Beautiful were fun). Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. The farmers market on Saturday was the perfect way to end the trip. We left with wonderful memories and wishes to return someday soon!

Great choice for our group of 6 friends

We loved the house. It was a very attractive and comfortable base for our group which consisted of 2 couples and 2 singles. It was conveniently located between Stowe and Woodstock which was perfect for our exploration of Vermont's fall color.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We love this property because its downtown and accessible to so much but also very very private. There is a small hill for sledding, a fenced in area for kids and pets, a small apple orchard and some views of the ski area. Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am.

The house is covered in porches 320 degrees. The sun porch is perfect for lounging while the covered porch is great for being outside during inclement weather.
