Buscando su próximo lugar especial de vacaciones para vacacionar: ¡no busque más allá de Carriage House de Beach Therapy 30A! Ubicado en el vecindario de Grayton Beach, nuestra casa rodante tiene capacidad para 2 personas cómodamente.

Perfect Getaway

Eileen and Shawn were the perfect hosts for our mother-daughter (and pup) fall break getaway! The beach was perfect and the carriage house had everything we could possibly need. We would love to come back!

Eileen and Shawn are great hosts!! Even that we had couple day with rain and cold, we were able to relax and rest Carriage house ans super clean and with everything you need! Seaside was very close and beach was amazing! Perfect for a couple!

Cozy Time Away!

Wonderful spot to get away to the beach. The carriage house is very clean, the owner's are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and they provide everything you need. You can't beat the walkability to dining locations, the beach, and a local bakery. Plus, the golf cart let's you access even more locations and dining spots!

Amazing beach therapy

Awesome carriage house. Exceptionally clean with all amenities included. The owners are super friendly and help you navigate the property upon arrival. Loved that everything was included with rental including beach service. Beach was roomy and not over crowded as some are on 30 A.

We had a fantastic trip and loved this carriage house. Every thing you can imagine is there. We enjoyed the beach set up and pickleball courts. Having a golf cart is super handy too. The mattress and linens were so nice and the house was spotless. The only thing to note is if you are not an early riser or sensitive to light in your bedroom, the sun rises in those 3 East facing windows you see pictured above the bed. Overall, a great value for such nice space and location. Sean and Eileen are great communicators and easy to work with.

Fantastic Stay....highly recommended.

My wife & I got to stay for a few days and totally enjoyed our time here. The place was immaculate & utterly enjoyable. I was a little uncertain about the distance to the beach, but it was great. There is a walk, but it was easy, and beautiful and actually added to the experience. The host was fantastic....checking in often and offering any information or help that she could give. I can’t recommend this location more, and look forward to visiting again.

We very much enjoyed our stay!

The location is PERFECT. The gated community is so very nice. A relatively short (and beautiful) walk to the beach and a quick ride to Seaside for shopping, meals, and ice cream. We drove the golf cart into Seaside almost daily. Eileen and Shawn were friendly and helpful. The carriage house was extremely clean and very well-appointed. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Spectacular Romantic 30A Getaway!

We had an absolute wonderful stay at BeachTherapy30A! We actually got engaged during our stay here. The carriage house is stunning and exquisitely clean. We brought our goldendoodle with us, too. It is the perfect size with easy access to everything in 30A. The golf cart was amazing! We never even used our car while there. Thank you for a dreamy vacation!

Great Find!

I am so glad I found this carriage house for our trip to 30A. This is the first smaller place I have come across with so many amenities. You have access to a golf cart, beach chairs, beach toys including skim and boogie boards, and all the gadgets you would ever need in the kitchen. The flat walk to the private beach is super easy with the cart provided and the owner Eileen is super accommodating. Great find!

Perfection

The epitome of a dog friendly rental hosted by dog people with exquisite taste. Better yet, they are amazing communicators and representatives of the community they call home. We loved the seclusion of the private beach and pool options. Yet you are close enough to a myriad of restaurants and more touristy stops if you are so inclined. This is the best VRBO experience we have ever had. Kudos!

Hospitality personified

Big things do come in small packages. From the coffee in the pantry on the first morning to the full range of beach gear, the fat tire wagon to pull it on the sand, and the golf cart to get from A to B, everything was perfect. Eileen is a wonderful host and even had a brand new roasting pan in the kitchen in anticipation of Thanksgiving cooking. Can't recommend highly enough!

Wonderful stay!

My husband, 17 year old daughter, and 55lb dog stayed at Shawn and Eileen’s carriage house for 7 days at the start of Spring Break. The attention and care was evident from check in to check out. Spotlessly clean and excellent location to bike, walk and drive to explore 30A. Beach access was lovely, and although a chair service was arranged by the hosts, we did not use it as it was a bit chilly for us on the beach - however I can picture how lovely and convenient it would be on hot days. 10/10 stay. Thank you Eileen and Shawn!

Perfect location on 30A

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the carriage house! We had unexpected cold weather while we were there so we didn’t make use of the golf cart or bikes, but the house had so many amenities to offer. We loved the location on 30A as we were close to everything we wanted to do and had a great walking trail to walk our pup. The carriage house is perfectly located near the beach and many restaurants! The private beach access was wonderful and we really enjoyed the walks down there. Eileen and her husband were great hosts! Very clean and everything we needed.

Welcome! We are Shawn and Eileen O’Sullivan and we are the owners of Beach Therapy 30A, located in Grayton Beach, FL.

Originally, we are from Long Island, NY where we spent the beginning of our lives. We are high school sweet hearts – Shawn went on to become and police officer and paramedic for almost 30 years and Eileen worked as a emergency room nurse before becoming a stay at home mother.

We also have 2 amazing children – Kelly and Chris. Kelly is a doctor and Christopher is a math teacher!

We spent many years deciding on where to build our retirement home, and we believe we truly found a gem in the 30A community.

Some of Eileen’s favorite hobbies include going to the beach and laying in the sun. Beach Therapy 30A is walking distance to a beach! Meanwhile, Shawn enjoys grilling, spending time with the dogs (his other children), and photography!

The Grayton Beach area is picturesque and the perfect place to enjoy all of your hobbies and maybe try some new ones! We love it so much – that we want to share it with all of you!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I love this property because of its proximity to everything 30A has to offer. But if you want some down time that is available as well. We are a short walk to a deeded gated beach access to areas of public beach that have minimal access points- You will be sitting on the beautiful white sand and relaxing in no time.

Our proximity to Grayton proper and all the restaurants- Seaside and gulf place a quick bike ride or drive away.
