Esta lujosa casa de transporte, 'Goin' Coastal 'en WaterColor es el alquiler de vacaciones perfecto. Está separado de la gran casa privada y su espaciosa habitación tipo estudio con techos de 15 pies y hermosos pisos de madera se adapta a las necesidades de los amigos en una escapada, una pareja en un fin de semana romántico o una pequeña familia con espacio para Un par de niños pequeños. Además de la lujosa cama queen trineo, también hay un sofá cama queen convertible y mucho espacio para cunas o equipaje adicional.

El amplio y cómodo sofá es el lugar perfecto para ver eventos deportivos o películas frente al gran televisor de pantalla plana. La cocina es ideal para comidas rápidas y tiene una nevera de tamaño completo, fregadero y microondas. No hay estufa, horno o lavadora / secadora, ya que suponemos que disfrutará de uno de los muchos restaurantes de la zona y no cocinará ni lavará la ropa mientras esté de vacaciones. El baño completo incluye una ducha, bañera y una gran área de lavamanos con espacio para extenderse mientras se prepara para salir a cenar o dar un paseo por nuestras playas de aguas cristalinas para ver nuestras increíbles puestas de sol.

La acogedora cochera se encuentra en una esquina tranquila en la Fase II y da a un hermoso estanque. Estamos a unos pasos de una de las siete hermosas piscinas de WaterColor.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We experienced a shower that had extreme temperature changes every time we tried to shower. The tv signal was spotty and would freeze. Bathroom electrical socket cover fell off as soon as we tried to plug something into it. So I got ready in the living space. Overall the hosts had been out of the country so had not been able to check properly before we arrived and said would fix for future guests

The carriage house was exactly as it was described. Perfect location, walkable to all the amenities and very comfortable. The property manager was hands down the best host EVER!!! Will be staying here again.

Our stay at the watercolor carriage house was amazing! Beth and Randy were wonderful host. Randy met us at our arrival to greet us and provide us with our wristbands and provided us insight into the local spots. The house was actually bigger and nicer than the pictures, I feel the pictures don’t give it justice. High ceilings and very spacious for our family of 3, and private/quiet. The home is closer to the entrance of watercolor and close to camp watercolor, it’s a 5 minute walk. We walked and drove to the beach club, the walk is about 20 minutes but it is worth it. There is a parking lot close to the beach club that is free. The community is absolutely beautiful. There are walking/biking paths everywhere. If you love nature, like we do, you’ll enjoy it. The beach club was great and they provide towels when you are there or to use at the beach. The food was good at the beach club but we had the opportunity to try other outside spots that were close.My top two places were the perfect pig for breakfast or dinner, it was absolutely delicious. They had an espresso martini and blackberry lemon drop- spicy martini that was top notch. Another favorite was the daytrader Tiki bar & restaurant, wow… their Ahi Tuna salad was the best I’ve ever had. All I have to say is…if you haven’t experienced Watercolor, you need to. It really is magical. Beth & Randy’s place is the perfect spot to have that beach experience. I’ll be back next year, it’s that’s cool. Thank ya’ll!

A Slice of Coastal Heaven

From the moment my girls and I arrived at this charming beach house, we were completely smitten! The home is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. The location is unbeatable. We were steps from Camp Watercolor and the amazing Watercolor Trolley (free!) took us quickly to the beach! We rode our bikes to Seaside every evening and were just a short bike ride to the grocery store, coffee shop and pizza.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our return. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here with our two young children. The community is beautiful, clean and quiet. You can walk to everything that you may need (grocery store, restaurants, etc). Our kids had hours of fun at Camp Watercolor, especially on the waterslides! The Beach Club is a bit of a walk but very doable with the kids in a stroller. The communication and hospitality from Beth was unmatched! We can't wait to go back!!

Beth was an outstanding hostess. Our family of 3 loved our time in Watercolor for the long weekend. The carriage house was comfortable and peaceful, and we were able to easily bike or walk to Seaside, the beach, Grayton Beach, and the surrounding Watercolor neighborhood! We would love to return someday soon!

Exceptional getaway

We couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our short getaway! The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We alternated between walking or taking the trolley to the spectacular beach club. The hosts were phenomonal-comminicative and extraordinarily nice. We would book this over and over again!

Amazing stay, hosts and location

Spring Break stay with our teenage daughters. Perfect location for the pools and to ride bikes or walk to the beach. Hands down Beth and Randy were the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever come across with several VRBO rental experiences. This place is a favorite!

Perfection

We had a perfect stay at Beth’s carriage house. Our family of 4 felt that there was plenty of room in the carriage house. Most of our time was spent in Seaside or in Watercolor. Beth was immediately responsive- really for little questions or recommendations- as we had zero issues during our stay. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you Ms Beth!

We quite enjoyed the quietness and very laid back atmosphere with our stay at the carriage house. Still had the amenities of the Watercolor Inn but none of the business of staying at a hotel. Wine Festival Weekend 2024

This is our second time staying here for the annual wine festival in Watercolor. Such a welcoming and comfortable apartment in a quiet area. Beth is a wonderful host and always makes sure we have everything we need. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and hosts

We came down to the area for our sons proposal. Beth went above and beyond helping me find florists, food, everything I needed to throw a quick engagement party. The carriage house was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay. Wish we could have stayed more then 2 nights. We will be back! Beth made us feel more like family than guests.

Amazing vacation!

This carriage home was absolutely perfect for my family. Beautiful, clean, quiet, private, and close to all the best perks of watercolor! Beth and Randy were generous, kind, communicative and the perfect hosts. Parking was easy and convenient. I would/will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to my extended family for future trips. Wonderful!!!

Amazing Time!

We had an amazing time! Beth and Randy were great and checked in with us regularly to see there was anything we needed. The carriage house was beautiful and in a great location right near Camp Watercolor. It was just a short trip to the Beach Club or the Boathouse. The amenities were wonderful and we can’t wait to come back! This trip couldn’t have gone any better. These are literally the best owners I’ve dealt with.

Unmatched Hospitality

Beth is an amazing host & just an all around great person. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had all that we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had a lovely 6-day stay at Beth’s carriage house. The beds are comfortable; the space is beautiful and it is close to the pool. What else could you ask for? Thank you, Beth, for such a special place.

My family has been coming to 30a since 1994. We fell in love with the area and built our dream home and live in the main house full time. We can't imagine living anywhere else on the planet. We have found our slice of paradise and love when our guests love it as much as we do!

Because there are only a handful of carriage houses in Watercolor that don't have to be rented with a big main house. Perfect for a few friends or a small family or a couple. The price can't be beat considering you get to enjoy nine pools and a private beach club and bikes come with the guest rental. We have repeat guests year after year and think it's an exquisite carriage house that is perfect for your get-a-way.
