Host was very responsive. Property was great, no issues. Paid a higher premium due to last minute booking on a holiday weekend. Which is expected. Overall very happy with the outcome and hope to return again soon!

We have stayed at Las Palomas Phase 2 several times and have always had a great experience, so this was our first stay in Phase 1. We were told we would be staying in the penthouse. While it was much smaller than expected, it was very clean. Unfortunately, our experience in Phase 1 was disappointing. The phone in our room didn't work properly. The front desk called serveral times, and although we could hear it ring, there was no way to answer it. We understand and respect quiet hours, but we were surprised to be told we couldn't even talk or laugh near the balcony. We weren't playing music or being disruptive, The wind was extremely strong and honestly much louder than we were. During the night, we also lost both power and water. The room became very hot, and between the heat and the loud wind it was difficult to sleep. It was frustrating to be asked to remain completely silent while dealing with those conditions. We still enjoyed Las Palomas and have always had wonderful experiences in Phase 2, but after this stay we would choose phase 2 over phase 1.

Wonderful Stay

This three-bedroom condo was perfect for our stay in Puerto Penasco. Well appointed, clean, and comfortable, it worked well for our family. And if you want a bird’s eye view of the Las Palomas grounds and sea, this 11th floor condo is the place for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This condo was great! The views from the 11th floor are amazing! I highly recommend this unit. We can’t wait to return!

This by far exceeded my expectations! The resort is clean and alot of areas to sit. My only complaint is the pool hours- they need to keep it open later and open earlier. The penthouse was very clean, comfy beds, and lots of space. Pics online are accurate!

Christmas vacation

This is our annual Christmas trip and first time to Rocky Point. We had a wonderful time, the condo had everything we needed, and the resort staff was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this unit for or the views and access to pool/beach.

Perfect condo with a gorgeous view!

Our family of 5 adults stayed here over Christmas for 4 nights. We loved the condo! Spacious for all of us. Loved the patio furniture too. Condo had everything we needed. I think it’s better than the pictures in the posting. We hated to leave and would definitely stay in this condo again!

Weekend friends trip

Perfectly suited our needs for the weekend. Everyone was happy with the condo. We enjoyed the large table on the balcony and spent a lot of time out there overlooking the ocean. We stayed on the property the whole time and enjoyed the swim up bar. The gym was well equipped and the breakfast buffet was perfect for after our workouts.

Great Condo

This is our 2nd time in the condo. Checking in and out is quick. Great size for 6 of us. View is awesome and there are plenty of things to do for everyone. Tip get the tamales each morning from the lady on the beach, you will not be disappointed. We will be back again.

Safe, beautiful everything for a perfect getaway !

Julie's condo has it all ! The views are gorgeous, condo immaculate, well stocked kitchen, quiet location. My husband and two children spent 3 fabulous days and felt so at home, we were just minutes away from the clean beautiful waters ! We can not wait to go back ! Julie thank you soooo much for re-assuring us that the media just blows everything out of proprtion, we felt 110% safe traveling to Rocky Point, and the people are so helpful and nice.

Everything was great except for the check in process. Trust me, Do not try to check in even 5 minutes early. What until 4pm or you will be sorry.

Everything you need.

Beautifully furnished and decorated. Kitchen and bathroom were all updated and modern. The views and balance were gorgeous! The balcony was huge. The only little critique we had was the master bath has a Sulphur smell that comes from the pipes. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay. The owner was very responsive with her communication before and during our stay.
