Este condominio frente al golfo de dos dormitorios y dos baños, bellamente decorado, tiene capacidad para 5 personas y cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar, además del lujo de acabados de alta gama, como encimeras de mármol en la cocina, pisos de primera calidad y muebles elegantes. ¡Y no olvide la vista de las aguas color esmeralda del Golfo de México desde el balcón!

La perla de Navarra # 102 es administrada profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

El segundo dormitorio está preparado para la familia con una cama queen y una cama individual y la sala de estar inspirada en la costa tiene cómodos asientos con una gran puerta corrediza de vidrio con vista al Golfo de México. Desde la sala de estar, ingrese al dormitorio principal donde podrá disfrutar de una siesta relajante en la cama King, sumergirse en la bañera de hidromasaje de gran tamaño o simplemente relajarse en el amplio balcón y deleitarse con la impresionante vista, a la que se puede acceder desde ya sea el dormitorio principal o la sala de estar. Al final de un día bañado por el sol en la playa, hay entretenimiento para todos con un gran televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y otro televisor de pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal.

The Pearl cuenta con una piscina termal geotérmica climatizada durante todo el año, una bañera de hidromasaje y gimnasio con vista al Golfo de México y una pequeña sala de reuniones disponible.

Condo was even better than photos! The layout is perfect for families, with large rooms and multiple spots for dining. We enjoyed the large sectional sofa with views of the gulf. There is a huge dining table, bar seating and a breakfast table/coffee nook at back of the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom is HUGE! Nice large balcony, safety rods on sliding glass doors to keep toddlers from opening doors, and lots of room to spread out. Loved the second floor location which has the gym, office, stairs and elevator only a few steps away. The only negatives were the oven takes a while to cook, and the kitchen cooking utensils pots etc were very basic which is pretty normal for beach condos. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the overall property and this condo!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice . They don’t tell you that you can’t get into the condo until 5pm except after you pay your first half of the money. We did get into the condo early and the rental people were good about letting us into the rental as early as possible. One problem we had was not enough toilet paper . We had three women to use the toilet and and they give you two rolls total one for one bathroom and one for the other bathroom. We ran out of toilet paper three days into our 6 days of rental. If there had been 5 people there like the rental said it would hold then two rolls would have not lasted. Didn’t buy any because we thought it would be supplied for 5 people at least. There was a roach in the condo. The sink in the little bathroom started dripping . Except for these few things we had a good time.

We would like to address several things mentioned in your review. To clarify, our 5 PM check-in time is provided in the rental agreement that guests review and sign prior to their stay. While we are always happy to accommodate an early arrival whenever possible, especially during our less busy seasons, early check-in is never guaranteed. When you arrived at approximately 11:15 AM, our team worked to get the condo ready and was happy to provide access as soon as it became available. A guest had checked out the day you were checking in and due to our high cleaning standards and inspections that we perform before and after each guest, that put your check in time in the early afternoon but still before 5 PM. We were also sorry the starter supplies did not meet your expectations. To ensure guests know exactly what is provided and what they may want to bring, we send this information before arrival. An email detailing these items was sent to you on September 17th at 8:01 AM. It sounds as though that communication may have landed in a spam folder or simply been overlooked, which is unfortunate since the purpose is specifically to prevent the inconvenience you described. As is standard with vacation rentals, the items provided are an initial starter supply and are not intended to last throughout an entire stay. Guests staying several days should expect to purchase additional quantities based on their needs. We are also sorry to hear about the other things that you were unhappy with. Please know that we are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have had someone come to the condo to address those concerns. We’re here to work for you! Please don’t ever hesitate to contact us if you need anything.

This is the 5th time we have stayed at Navarre and the Pearl is by far our favorite place to state. The room was great and it worked out well having two children with us and staying on the 1st floor. The two easy flights of steps sure beat waiting for the elevator!!. The view from the room was spectacular. and we really enjoyed the two pools and hot tub. A bonus was how close they were to the beach. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

Nice condo with nice rooms! Nicely decorated and stocked with the necessities. My only complaint is that we were woken up a few times by people slamming weights in the gym next to the room. Not at all the owners fault and we knew we were next to the gym when we booked. Just saying a box fan worked wonders to drown out the noise! Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Views!

We had an incredible time at this condo! The location was perfect, with stunning ocean views and plenty to do without having to travel far. We dined at some fantastic restaurants, savoring delicious seafood in a warm and inviting atmosphere. My grandson had a blast walking on the fishing pier, which was only about 100 yards from the beach.The condo itself was much larger and nicer than we expected – it was clean, neat, and very spacious. The two pools were a great bonus, and although the weather was a little chilly, one of the pools was heated, so we were able to enjoy it.Overall, we loved every moment of our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended

Wonderful condo

Second Time's A Charm, Too

Great.

Everything was great with one exception.Both bathrooms have small children’s commode.I can understand why the second bathroom can use one but for the life on me I don’t understand why the master bedroom has one. Master bedrooms are usually occupied by adults.Everything else was great.

Decent Property

The condo was fine and similar to other options available - very average. Updated kitchen and guest bath look nice. Furniture not very comfortable and bed pillows are poor. Not many basics provided (e.g., salt pepper), but maybe that’s normal lately (?).

The View, Obviously,

The best thing about our unit was the first thing you notice when you open the door - the view of the Gulf. But if all this room had was a great view then I wouldn't give it five stars. It was very clean with none of that typical "stale ocean smell" you get in most properties. It was comfortable - the couch, the beds, the patio furniture, the AC. My best endorsement of this property is this: Moving forward, anytime I vacation in Florida it'll be at Navarre Beach, and I'll book this same unit each time.
