Este condominio del segundo piso es el refugio perfecto para sus vacaciones en la isla. La espaciosa unidad de dos dormitorios y dos baños ofrece una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, una cama queen en el segundo dormitorio y una tercera habitación con un futón. El baño principal en suite ofrece una bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha separada. Un amplio balcón ofrece una excelente ubicación para disfrutar de las vistas de la piscina, la playa y el Caribe.

Como parte de la familia The Landings at Tres Cocos, que incluye opciones adicionales de una, dos, tres y cinco habitaciones, este condominio está ubicado justo al norte del puente en el corte ya menos de una milla de la ciudad de San Pedro. Cerca de restaurantes, bares y tiendas, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para estar tranquilo y relajado. Landings at Tres Cocos

Property management very responsive and helpful in arranging taxis and tours. Ability to pre-order drinks was nice benefit. Condo was large and clean with nice pools and waterfront lounging.

We have stayed there before so this was our second time. Brittany arranged our multiple airline tickets since we were dividing our trip up in two parts. From meeting us at the airport to providing us with information as well as arranging our golf cart and transportation back to the airport, everything was done smoothly. Thank you!

Perfect getaway

Perfect getaway! The condo was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the views were stunning. The location was perfect. I enjoyed working with Brittany and Mike. They do it all, from welcoming you to the island to booking excursions and making sure everything is set to depart. Highly recommended!

What an exceptional experience! Hosts, Brittany and Mike, were exceptional from the moment we booked until the moment of departure. The property was clean and well-maintained. The condo was spacious and our family of 4 were very comfortable. There was a sufficient amount of kitchenware for us to cook our fresh catch and prepare meals when we chose to do so. Brittany arranged our transportation to and from Belize City, the condo, stocked the refrig, and was available if we needed something. You can't go wrong if you book this property. Thank you! We look forward to returning.

Wonderful first visit to Belize.

The property was great. No bad surprises, everything was as described or better. Brittany and Mike were amazing. They made everything much easier. They booked our local flight and our golf cart, met us at the airport, picked up our bags and gave us a tour in our golf cart and explained how to navigate San Pedro. They also booked a snorkeling trip, put some drinks in our refrigerator and responded to anything we asked for. The condo was great for our group of 4 and we enjoyed the pools and bar area. We would definitely go back! I can’t say enough about how awesome Brittany and Mike helped make our vacation!

Great Spot and Great Service

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks here. My husband and myself along with one other couple stayed in B5 and had a great time for a two full weeks. Brittany and Mike are excellent hosts who responded to everything we needed very quickly. They met us at the airport to help with luggage and arranged all of our flight accommodations. The little extras like a fridge stocked with cold beer upon arrival really go a long way. The unit itself is well appointed and spacious. If I had any critical things to say it would be that the laundry room is in one of the bedrooms making it difficult to access at times, and the mosquitos on the balcony were a bit rough at times (but this is Belize and we brought plenty of bug spray!). The location to town is absolutely perfect and we enjoyed walking next door to Coco's Loco bar several times for their swim-up pool with bar service. The units are quiet and relaxing. I'd definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful experience

Everyone was great, from Chad and Kimberly to the security guys and the neighbors. Town is a little walk over the small bridge, but far enough that it is very peaceful and quiet here. The lizards and racoons and birds were so fun to see. The pool was great, and the patio overlooking it was a delightful space to relax.

Great location near town

This condo is in a good location with supermarket and restaurants a short walk or drive away. Renting a golf cart is a must if you want to explore the area and have a wide selection of restaurants to try out. The condo was clean, modern and well stocked. It sits on the beach and has a nice pool area. The location is a bit busy with a lot of traffic but it didn’t bother us as we are adventurous anyway. The owners Kimberly and Chad are very nice and made our check in and check out a breeze. They met us at the airport, drove us to the condo and were available to drive our luggage to airport on check out. Kimberly is quick to respond to any questions and will arrange any tours you are interested in. I highly recommend this unit if you are wanting to stay near the town center.

San Pedro getaway

We had never been to Belize so we didn't know the layout of the islands. San Pedro is a cute town, good food and friendly people. The condo is on the water with a nice view. However we are beach people and actual beaches are few and far between in this part of Belize. A golf cart is a must to get around. One of the DEFINITE high points is the "concierge" service by Kimberly and Chad the onsite managers. They booked our flights from Belize City (a 20 minute flight), our golf cart, all our tours and met us at the airport. The tour guides were FABULOUS and they were basically a private tour....all at a discounted price. Kimberly was also available for any questions or issues that might come up. Great trip.

Great location, pool, and lounge chairs!

The property was perfect for us. The AC worked well so it was a relief from the hot temperatures outside. It was the perfect distance from town, just over the bridge. It was a quick trip into the heart of San Pedro, but quiet and had our own beachfront to ourselves. Kimberly & Chad were wonderful! They help set anything up we needed; including have a golf cart dropped off at our hotel, any drinks or food we wanted stocked in our fridge, and filtered water. Kimberly was quick to respond prior to and during the trip. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great time in San Pedro

Chad and Kimberly were awesome hosts. They booked our domestic flight, tours etc. Even checked us in at the airport! Communication was great with lots of info before and during our stay. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Perfect Location and Clean

The host was amazing. Great communication. Host set up excursions, local flights and golf carts for us. Took us directly to the property. Accommodations were perfect. Clean, great location, beautiful resort. Highly recommend!

Great Place and Awesome Hosts

This condo was exactly as advertised and was fabulous. Spacious, clean, great AC and internet. The property is also perfect with a great pool, views and beach. We really liked the location as well as it is just over the bridge and out of the busy section of San Pedro. But plenty of restaurants and bars close by and the middle of town is a five minute cart ride at the most. The best part of this place however are Kimberley and Chad. From arrival to planning excursions (several last minute) - they were always there ready to help. They are awesome! Highly recommend this place and look forward to getting back there soon.

Outstanding facility and hosts!

Kimberly was an excellent communicator from day 1 (8 months before start of vacation). I had many questions and she patiently answered every single one. Chad and Kimberly are such warm and kind people! The condo was just like the photos, comfortable and clean. The AC was cool when we needed to have it on but the breeze was just as wonderful. We followed all of Chad and Kimberly's suggestions in their extremely helpful binder. It took the stress out of deciding where to eat and what activities to do. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent apartment and swimming pools with views of the beach

The property was just as described. It was perfect for us. Kimberly and Chad were very helpful answering any questions we had prior and during our stay. The apartment was clean. The futon was comfortable also. Downtown San Pedro, where many of the bars and restaurants are was a short walk way. Hiring a golf cart is useful though.

Great place!

We loved our stay in San Pedro! This property was very nice, very clean and comfortable. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We were close to town and many excellent restaurants. Kimberly and Chad were incredibly accommodating, and communicated everything we needed promptly. They managed our excursions and it was all so easy. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!
