Con una decoración actualizada, un amplio espacio de estar y unas vistas impresionantes de la piscina y el Caribe, este condominio de dos dormitorios en la planta baja ofrece una sensación de "hogar lejos del hogar". El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, un baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha a ras de suelo. Una cama tamaño queen en el segundo dormitorio, un segundo baño completo y una habitación adicional con un futón hacen de esta la casa de vacaciones perfecta para dos parejas o una familia pequeña.

Como parte de la familia The Landings at Tres Cocos, que incluye opciones adicionales de una, dos, tres y cinco habitaciones, este condominio está ubicado justo al norte del puente en el corte ya menos de una milla de la ciudad de San Pedro. Cerca de restaurantes, bares y tiendas, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para estar tranquilo y relajado. Mike and Brittany were wonderful hosts. The condo itself was great with plenty of room and well appointed. The grounds are cleaned and well maintained and the hosts live next to the property. They went above and beyond in planning our air travel from Belize City to San Pedro, coordinating a golf cart rental for the week, booking two excursions and had beverages waiting for us in the unit when we arrived. Mike met us at the airport when we arrived and drove us back to the airport at 6am for our departure. On top of that, during our visit they tollerated our random texts asking various questions. The unit itself was great, two rooms with queen beds and a room with a full size futon. If you are going to San Pedro I highly recommend you considering this unit.

Summary: The Property is comfortable and clean with ocean views/breezes and is located close to town. The property managers, Brittany and Mike, provide over-the-top support to make every piece of your stay (even flights to San Pedro!) smooth and stress-free. As soon as our family of five booked our reservation, the property managers, Brittany and Mike, reached out with helpful information and offered resources, including travel tips, golf cart rentals, cold drinks ready in our fridge on arrival, and tours. Brittany even made our Tropic Air reservations to fly to San Pedro at a discounted rate. Then she provided a detailed itinerary outlining every necessary step to fly. Brittany and Mike met us at the airport, where they took our luggage, connected us to our golf cart, and drove in front of us to guide us to the property. The same was true for our flight back. They made it so that all we needed to focus on was having fun and enjoying beautiful San Pedro - so relaxing! Thank you Brittany and Mike!

Amazing place- can’t wait to come back!

This property was perfect for our stay- right on the water, with a pool that we relaxed at every day. The beds were comfy, the hang out spots were also comfy! Brittany took such excellent care of us leading up to and during our stay. She arranged to have a golf cart delivered to the property and waiting for us, along with stocking the fridge with beverages for us. The location is great- right across the bridge for an easy drive downtown, close to Truck Stop and some other excellent restaurants and over the water bars. She can also help arrange excursions! It was great to have laundry in the unit for washing wet suits and towels. We can’t wait to get back here some day soon, and we’ll absolutely stay here!

We love staying at this property! The location is perfect, the rentals are clean and spacious, and the property managers go above and beyond to help! The beach front massages were so relaxing! Have already booked again for next year!

Best Hosts

This condo is clean and the complex is clean and well taken care of. The best part of staying here is the hosts Mike and Brittany. It was better than staying at an all inclusive. They made our travel arrangements to the island and made sure everything was smooth the whole time we were there. They work really hard making sure everything is perfect for when you arrive. This location is best with a golf cart rental. It is within walking distance to about 3 pubs. Without a cart you will miss out on the great dining experiences on the south and secret beach that has beautiful water where you can walk out 100 metres and the water is only up to your waist. There are plenty of towels, extra sheets and cleaning supplies.The pool is a 20 step walk out the deck door. If this suite is unavailable, you won’t go wrong booking another suite that is hosted by the same grouo

Communication and help while at location was excellent. Loved the pickup/dropoff service at airport along with having refrigerator stocked with favorite drinks. Also helped us find tours that we very much enjoyed. Second time staying here and will do it again when we travel back to San Pedro.

Beautiful property

We enjoyed the ease of working with these property managers. Their communication was excellent, thorough, and they were very available for us every step of the way. The place was clean, well kept, and in a nice location. They gave great recommendations and helped us feel at home during our stay. Highly recommend.

Very nice property great sightline of the pool and beach from our patio. Very relaxing. Property manager Brittany was awesome, she took care of us, as far where to eat, shop, golf cart rental, plane to the islland, drop off, pickup and check-in at the island airport…etc. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Perfect stay and location.

This is an excellent place and location. Perfect distace from the downtown fun and the stretch of restaurants and places to explore to the north. Highly recommended for families. Hosts were excellent and supportive. Be sure to spend time at Coco Locos next door.

Great place for big groups!

12 of us went to this property to celebrate some birthdays. We did two couples per condo and was more than spacious. The property managers were AMAZING. Picked us up at the airport, had golf carts ready for us, and answered all questions promptly. When we had to check out, they were at our door to get our bags, and went with to the airport and actually checked us in. Walking distance to a grocery store, fun bar, and close to downtown. Beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Like a low key resort

Such a great stay. The place was clean and well air conditioned. The pool was 20 steps away and had a paradise view. The cell phone came in handy for making reservations. The property managers are great and set us up with al of our snorkel tours. Thank you!

Beautiful paradise

We arrived in the dark, but Brittany and Mike were waiting for us and made the check in process so wonderful. We woke up the next morning in literal paradise and were greeted with a beautiful view. The condo was bigger and nicer than I expected, large bedrooms, large bathrooms, large kitchen, etc… They also provided a Belize cell phone which was thoughtful and helpful for us to order food or be able get a hold of them from anywhere. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and felt very taken care of and would recommend it to anyone.

Extra service from hosts was an incredible perk!

It was such a treat to have our flights to the caye booked for us and a golf cart waiting upon our arrival with someone to follow to the property, we felt very well take care of the entire time we were in San Pedro. The condo itself had everything we needed and was in a great location, just minutes from everything you need. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful stay in San Pedro

We really enjoyed our stay at the Landings. The property was spacious for us and our 2 small children. The furniture was comfortable and having the pool a few steps away was helpful. Brittany couldn't have been more helpful with checkin, communication and even helping us get our bags to the ferry when we checked out. The service of being able to have water, beer and sodas delivered was a lovely perk! Would definitely book here again!

Beautiful Condo

This was the first time we stayed at San Pedro and at The Landings at Tres Coscos. It was very comfortable and quiet. Kimberly and Chad made everything very easy for us.

Easy Breezy

Great location first of all! Just north of the bridge so you can decide if you’re going North or South that day. Definitely need a golf cart, and Kimberly will hook that up for you. The property is beautiful, laid back patio, the pool was never crowded, it was just what we needed! My favourite thing was to sit in the morning with the breeze and sunshine by the water. Condo was very comfortable with great AC, 2 bathrooms, good living room, parking just behind our back door. It was all so easy! Thanks guys.
