Esta propiedad de alquiler de vacaciones cuenta con la mejor escapada de vacaciones, si está listo para escapar de las concurridas playas de Cabo San Lucas y está buscando algo entre San José Del Cabo o La Paz. Ubicada en la hermosa Los Barriles, Baja California Sur, Bahía las Palmas es una sección curva de 19 millas de costa a lo largo del Golfo de California ubicada en el Cabo Este. Es conocido por la belleza de sus paisajes y las diferentes especies marinas que prosperan en este lugar. Las playas son blancas y arenosas y tienen vistas al Mar de Cortés. En su mayoría es muy tranquilo, y ocasionalmente verá tráfico peatonal, caballos, tal vez una vaca o dos, y lo más probable es que pase el tráfico de ATV. Está situado a lo largo de la autopista 1, aprox. 40 millas al norte del aeropuerto de San José del Cabo y 65 millas al sur de La Paz, que está completamente pavimentado hasta el estacionamiento del condominio. Los amaneceres y atardeceres más increíbles que jamás haya experimentado, ¡este lugar de vacaciones no le decepcionará! Hay algo para que todos exploren. Snorkeling justo en el patio de la playa, kayak, windsurf, kite surf, senderismo, ciclismo, paseos en quad o lo que quiera organizar le espera. La ciudad principal para ir de compras y comer se encuentra a poca distancia de esta ubicación. Ubicado a 5 min. al norte hay un gran hotel donde puede organizar pesca, masajes, restaurantes, etc. Ven a relajarte y disfruta!

Comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable

We stayed at Jay and Erika’s place during our recent trip to Los Barriles, and we really enjoyed our stay. Their unit is well equipped and very comfortable. There is a nice view of the sea and beach below. We didn’t get a chance to experience it, but a neighbor told us the snorkeling in front of the unit is excellent (and snorkeling gear is provided in the unit). There also were adequate towels and linens available and a stackable washer dryer. A full size fridge and we’ll equipped kitchen was also appreciated. Erika was very communicative, quick to respond, and helpful. We would love to stay with them again on a future visit.

Great place!

Honestly, we loved our stay here, not only because we were the only couple staying in the whole complex but this particular condo provides everything you need. It was clean and comfortable and after a long travel day we really appreciated the easy access with the lock code on the door, we felt very safe with the security. We made friends with the two iquanas that sun themselves on the patio and in the grill near the pool and yes, they LOVE lettuce and will eat it out of your hand with a gentle approach! The view is stunning and again, we were amazed at how well stocked with good frying pans and great steak knives, just to name a couple of items that are usually not in such great condition at other places. Highly recommend this place, it really made our vacation even that much better because of it! Thank you!

Great value. Pictures are accurate; while the older fixtures and decor are not “on trend” they are functional and clean and at this price, who cares. AC in both living room and bedroom worked very well, and shower had strong water pressure and range of temps. Good supply of linens (including beach towels), and portable beach chairs and umbrella if you want to drive elsewhere. Washer-dryer was convenient to pack light. Thick walls meant minimal noise from neighbors.Patio is a stunner - both for sunrise (all too easy to experience for these east coasters…) and sunset, and watching all the different avian / reptilian / bovine visitors. Pool was well maintained and comfortable temp for floating during our July stay (not sure if it’s heated or not, but unnecessary in summer). Snorkeling right in front of the property is a treat, and a few minutes’ walk either direction gets you to water that’s clear from the rocks.Only note of caution was that the property’s WiFi barely reached indoors (1 bar comes and goes if you’re on the couch, doesn’t reach kitchen table or bedroom at all), though great at the front of the deck, due to the placement of the router at the corner of the patio. Cell service was also a bit limited the further inside you went. No problem for a short vacation, but if you’re planning on being on the laptop inside at all, you might be frustrated.Great communication with Erika throughout. Overall, very satisfied with our stay!

We had trouble getting into the rental but truly enjoyed the stay! We had a little trouble regulating the bedroom air. The large patio was amazing along with the location of the pool. We met some amazing people

Nice beachfront stay in Los Barrrilles

We love Los Barrilles for the same reasons others come here: it's quiet, low-key, friendly, and centrally located to other areas of Baja that people enjoy. This is a good value, beachfront condo with friendly owner-neighbors who have lived here part-time for years. The property is showing its age and some of the units, including this one, could use some updating, but we come here for access to the water and other amenities.

Breathtakingly Beautiful Sunrises

Fabulous view right on the Sea of Cortez! Owner response to queries immediate! Very comfortable home but stairs could be an issue if your suitcase is heavy or you are elderly. Only drawback I would suggest is no shade on the large patio. Could use a hanging sun screen. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Terrific place to stay!

We have stayed at 3 different condos in this complex, and this one was our favorite. Everything you might need, and then some, was available here, including nice beach chairs, snorkeling equipment (though we had our own), and even kayaks. The location is the best and the bed was comfortable. Thank you!

Jay and I have been traveling to Cabo San Lucas for over 20 years now. As time will have it, Cabo has really grown to a great big city, losing that small town charm feeling that Mexico once offered for us. About 10 years ago, we decided to take a road trip East and ended up in Los Barriles. We vowed to return one day. As luck would have it, we came across this amazing condominium right in the heart of Los Barriles. The decision was easy, we will make this our retirement hub, but until then, we are happy to open it up to guests for their enjoyment as well. We have another vacation rental the Puget Sound, Washington area, that we have owned and operated for over 7 years. It sleeps 14-16, so this will be a fun adventure to host up to 4 in this condo unit.
In the meantime, we hope that you will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere as much as we do that Los Barriles has to offer.

We have heard it said, "Los Barriles is what Cabo used to be 30 years ago." The idea of exploring a town with approximately 1100 people as a population appealed to us for the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by a gas grill and 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex."
